Abstract

A mounting device for fixing a fan includes a board mounted in an electronic device and a frame for mounting the fan to the board. The board defines a vent. Referring to FIG. 2 , the first fixing member 32 and the second fixing member 34 of the fixing frame 30 are respectively disposed at the two ends of the fan 10 , so that the baffles 320 and 341 are respectively blocked by the fan 10 . The two end plates 12 are attached to the two sides of the fan 10, and the blocking portion 344 of the blocking piece 340 is stopped at the top of the fan 10. The plurality of screws 50 are respectively inserted into the locking holes 300 of the two baffles 320 and 341 and locked into the corresponding fixing holes 120 of the fan 10 to fix the fan 10 in the fixing frame 30.

Referring to FIG. 3 , the rod portions of the locking posts 60 respectively pass through the through holes 326 of the two fixing pieces 324 of the fixing frame 30 and the through holes 42 of the four damping members 40 , and the four damping members 40 are fixed on the rods 40 . Corresponding to the bottom of the fixing piece 324, the heads of the locking posts 60 are blocked on the top surface of the fixing pieces 324.
