Description

Novel environmentally friendly floor tile and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a floor tile, in particular to a novel environment-friendly floor tile and a manufacturing method thereof.

Due to the convenience of interior decoration and floor finishing, the laying of floor tiles is very common. Generally, the design of bricks mainly consists of magnetic tiles or plastic floor tiles made of plastic (PVC). The price is different according to different materials and sizes. The difference.

In the prior art, the general plastic floor tiles contain halogens or contain volatile substances, which are not environmentally friendly. Furthermore, the so-called environmentally-friendly plastic floor tiles or urea-formaldehyde resins, or modified melamine resins, phenolic resins, etc., have various degrees of toxicity and are not in line with the health needs of the public. For example, in Taiwan Patent Publication No. I280998, a method of making a plastic floor tile for reinforcing a wear-resistant surface is disclosed, which is shown in FIG. First, at least a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrate 10 and a surface film 12 are used, and then the two are attached. The surface of the surface film 12 has a layer of pre-coated wear-resistant glue, and the surface film 12 is The surface of the PVC substrate 10 is adhered to one surface without a wear-resistant rubber. After the PVC substrate 10 and the surface film 12 are combined, they are hot pressed and rolled, and then cut to obtain a plastic floor tile. From this technology, although the better wear resistance can be achieved, the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrate of this example has the presence of halogen, and still has the problem of environmental protection.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and proposes a novel environment-friendly floor tile and a manufacturing method thereof to solve the problems caused by the prior art.

The main object of the present invention is to provide a novel environment-friendly floor tile and a manufacturing method thereof, which are separated from the general plastic floor tile technology, and use water-based resin, fiber layer and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) environmental protection materials to meet the health needs of the society. In addition, the high wear resistance and high slip resistance of the thermoplastic polyurethane can increase the service life of the tile.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a novel environment-friendly floor tile comprising a multi-layered bottom fiber layer comprising a first environmentally-friendly water-based resin, and a top wear layer of a thermoplastic polyurethane is disposed on a top surface of the bottom fiber layer. It is combined with a multi-layered bottom fiber layer containing an environmentally-friendly water-based resin.

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a novel environment-friendly floor tile, which firstly provides a multilayer bottom fiber layer comprising a first environmentally friendly water-based resin.
