Description

Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a container having a "sealed with a flowable contents" and a support body capable of supporting the same container, which can promote the contents from the adjustment A content supply device that flows out of the container. [Prior Art] The following Patent Document 1 is known as a conventional example of the above-described content providing device. In the invention described in Patent Document 1, a container having a container body for accommodating a content and a sealing cover that is sealed in a mouth portion of the container body is used as a container, and the support body includes: The lid body that is screwed to the "opening portion for receiving the main container discharged from the dispensing container" and the upper lid that is screwed to the upper end of the lid body. The dispensing container is in a downward posture with a sealing cover and is supported by the lower surface of the upper cover. Once the upper cover is screwed downward with respect to the cover body, the sealing cover of the dispensing container supported by the upper cover will be provided on the cover. The cutting edge of the body is broken, and the contents are allowed to flow down through the passage formed in the cover body. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-described conventional content providing device, a cap body having a complicated structure of a cutting edge is required. Further, when the contents supply means is washed after use, it is necessary to clean the support and the cutting edge to which the contents of the inner 201244676 are adhered due to the destruction of the sealing cover. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a content providing apparatus which is capable of forming a simple structure of a container of a container as much as possible and which can be easily cleaned after use. [Means for Solving the Problem] The first characteristic structure of the present invention is a content providing device that supports a container supporting the above-mentioned preparation container by means of an agent that "seals a flowable content", and can promote the outflow of the inner conditioning container. A feature of the present invention is that the container is provided with a "sealing portion that seals the mouth of the container body of the container body for storing the contents of the container", and the support body includes a side that passes through the sealing cover side. The container support portion of the container has a pressurizing means for compressing the container between the container and the container, and a lower opening portion is formed in the container support portion, which may be caused by the compression. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the contents of the peeling container main body from which the sealing cap is discharged can improve the sealing of the sealing lid of the dispensing container by the operation of the pressing means according to the first characteristic structure of the present invention. And discharging the contents, and supporting the support container from the lower side of the support body, and the contents from the body, and Before the toner container, the toner bearing support portion below the opening of the container, and the inner pressure from ± 4 ° form, causes the discharge side of the opening portion -6--201244676 illustrating. Therefore, the support for supporting the container can be formed into a simple structure of "the cutting edge or the like", and the washing operation of the support after use can be simplified. Furthermore, since the contents of the dispensing container are not in contact with the cutting edge, a very hygienic content providing device can be obtained. According to another feature of the present invention, the container support portion supports the container to be adjusted in a state in which the sealing cap is formed in a downward posture, and has a tilt toward the lower opening and gradually descends. Support surface. If the present structure is formed, the seal cap placed on the container support portion of the container adjustment container will be tilted along the inclined support surface of the "lower opening toward the lower portion". Because of the posture, it is easy to cause the storage to smoothly flow out from the dispensing container based on the peeling of the sealing cover. According to another feature of the present invention, the mouth portion and the sealing cover of the container body constituting the above-mentioned dispensing container are provided in an inclined shape corresponding to the inclined supporting surface. In the case where the present structure is formed, when the dispensing container is placed on the container supporting portion by the "seal cap forming downward posture", the sealing cap "positioned at the position protruding downward from the dispensing container" is placed. In accordance with the "position of the lower opening portion of the container support portion", the bottom portion of the container body of the dispensing container is extended horizontally as a whole, and in a subsequent step, a good state in which the pressure can be smoothly compressed by the pressurizing means can be obtained. . Another characteristic feature of the present invention resides in the feature that the pressurizing means is constituted by a pressurizing member which is formed by the phase 201244676 for the upper opening portion formed above the support body, The lock direction is rotated by the lock, and is approached toward the aforementioned container support. If the present structure is formed, the dispensing container can be subjected to a compression operation by a simple operation of "swinging the pressing member into the locking direction with respect to the supporting body". Further, by performing the peeling of the sealing cap, the pressing member can be further locked by the pressing member, and the upper opening portion can be closed by the pressing member. Another feature of the present invention resides in a main container including a main container for receiving the contents discharged from the preparation container, and the support body has a method of closing an opening provided above the main container. The lower locking portion that forms the locking and the upper opening portion that receives the conditioning container and the pressing means. When the present structure is formed, for example, if the first liquid as the main material is stored in the main container in advance, and the preparation container in which the "second liquid capable of mixing the first liquid" is sealed, the user can autonomously The pressurizing means is operated at any time point where the case permits, and the dip which has mixed the second liquid into the first liquid is obtained. Further, when the support body is locked to the opening of the main container, the opening portion can be closed, and the upper opening portion of the "adjustable container can be provided and the pressing means can be received" can be obtained. According to another feature of the present invention, the container body of the above-described container has a plurality of cylindrical portions having "different diameters" and a flange portion for connecting the ends of the plurality of tubular portions. When the present structure is formed, when the container is compressed by the pressurizing means, it is mainly in a state in which the flange portion of the container body is inclined toward the axial direction, and a plurality of cylindrical portions having different diameters are used. Since the overlap deformation is formed in the radial direction, the internal volume of the preparation container can be sufficiently reduced with a small compressive force, and the internal pressure can be increased. According to another feature of the present invention, the container body of the dispensing container has a protruding portion that protrudes inward in the radial direction in the vicinity of the mouth portion, and the protruding portion can seal the sealing cover corresponding to the compression. Partial preferential stripping. When the present configuration is formed, when the dispensing container is compressed by the pressing means, the protruding portion protruding from the vicinity of the mouth portion of the container body toward the inner side in the radial direction preferentially peels off the partial portion of the sealing cover, so that the fixing can be compressed with a small amount. The force causes the dispensing container to lose its sealed state, and the contents are discharged from the dispensing container. Further, since the first peeled portion can be easily limited to the fixed portion in the sealing cover by increasing the internal pressure, the portion in contact with the "effluent from the regulating container" is limited to a portion in the container supporting portion. Therefore, the subsequent treatment including washing or the like can be simply completed. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. The content supply device shown in Fig. 1 includes a main container 4 for accommodating a first liquid as a main material, and a resin container cover 7 for closing an opening of the main container 4, which can also serve as a preparation for loading The dispensing seat of the container 3. The main container 4 is formed of a heat insulating container made of metal and a heat insulating container made of resin. -9- 201244676 The container 4 is provided with a container body 1 made of resin, and a sealing cover 2 formed of a "tree sheet made of an aluminum laminated film or the like" is adhered to the mouth of the container body by heat fusion or the like. The second container in which the first liquid in the main container 4 can be mixed is sealed in the dispensing container 3. The container lid 7 which also serves as a transfer holder has a lid body 9 (an example of a support body) for closing an opening portion above the main unit 4, and "a support portion 9D (a container support) provided in the lid body 9 Between the upper surfaces of the parts, the pressurizing member 1 2 (an example of a pressure means) of the transfer container 3" is compressed. Herein, the pressurizing member 12 is also used to further lock the closed lid body 9 located at the opening portion above the lid body 9 to have a cylindrical lower tubular portion 9A (an example of the lower locking portion), The flange portion 9B and the upper tubular portion 9C (in the example of the upper opening portion), the cylindrical lower tubular portion 9A is provided to be "rotatably locked to the port portion 4A formed on the main unit 4 (an example of the opening portion) The first male screw portion 6 of the first inner screw portion 5" extends outward from the upper end of the lower tubular portion 9A in the radial direction, and the upper tubular portion 9C is upward from the upper end of the flange portion. Extend out. The pressing member 12 has a substantially circular disk-shaped scooping portion 12A and a plug portion 12B extending downward from the lower surface of the scooping portion 12A. The plug portion 12B is formed with a second male screw portion 11 that can be screwed to the "second female screw portion 10 provided in the upper tube 9C of the cap body 9". The lower end of the lower cylindrical portion 9A of the cover body 9 has a through hole 14 having a specific cross-sectional area (an example of the lower opening portion), and a portion of the cylindrical shape is filled with the medium and is added to the 9B and the portion of the pin. Even the branch -10- 201244676 is blocked by the 9D. The upper surface of the support portion 9D is formed as an inclined bottom portion 20 (an example of the inclined support surface) that is linearly lowered toward the communication hole 14 . A container accommodating space 8 for accommodating the dispensing container 3 is formed between the inclined bottom portion 20 and the second female screw portion 10 in the lower tubular portion 9A. In a state in which the lid body 9 closes the opening portion above the main container 4, a state in which the container accommodating space 8 of the lid body 9 and the liquid accommodating space 13 of the main container 4 are connected only by the communication hole 14 is formed. As shown in Fig. 5, the mouth portion of the dispensing container 3 extends along a plane which is "inclined with respect to the bottom portion of the base portion 7 at an angle substantially corresponding to the inclined bottom portion 2". Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1 , "If the sealing cap 2 is placed in the downward inverted posture" and the highest portion of the dispensing container 3 faces the communication hole 14 and the dispensing container 3 is placed on the inclined bottom portion 20, the container 3 is adjusted. The bottom 17 will form a substantially horizontal posture. In this state, once the pressing member 1 2 (an example of the pressurizing mechanism) is screwed to the upper cylindrical portion 9C of the cap body 9, the upper surface of the pressing member 12 and the inclined bottom portion 20 are moved up and down. When the internal pressure of the container body 1 reaches a specific enthalpy, the direction of the container 2 is peeled off from the container body 1 so that the second liquid inside is removed from the container body 1 as shown in Fig. 2 The portion where the sealing cap 2 is peeled off is injected into the first liquid of the main container 4 through the communication hole 14 , and the mixed liquid of the first liquid and the second liquid is obtained in the main container 4 . As shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 6, the tubular portion 16 of the container body 1 constituting the dispensing container 3 has a portion -11 - 201244676 conical first tubular portion 16a extending upward from the outer periphery of the bottom portion 17, and A partial conical second tubular portion 16b extending further from the vicinity of the upper end of the first tubular portion 16a, and a partially conical third tubular portion 16 extending further from the vicinity of the upper end of the second tubular portion 16b. c ° However, as shown in Fig. 4, although the bottom portion 17 has a substantially circular outer shape, the cylindrical portion 16 in a plan view angle has a substantially outer portion other than the bottom portion 17 at the lower end of the first cylindrical portion 16a. Oval shape. The ratio of the long side to the short side of the ellipse is set to gradually increase from the upper end position of the first cylindrical portion 16a toward the upper end position of the third cylindrical portion 16c, and the mouth portion of the dispensing container 3 is along the elliptical shape. The long axis forms a slope. The lower end of the second tubular portion 16b has an outer diameter larger than the upper end of the first tubular portion 16a, and the lower end of the third tubular portion 16c has an outer diameter larger than the upper end of the second tubular portion 16b. Then, the upper end of the first tubular portion 16a and the lower end of the second tubular portion 16b are connected by a first annular flange portion 16d having a narrow width and extending substantially horizontally. Similarly, the upper end of the second tubular portion 16b and the lower end of the third tubular portion 16c are also connected by a second annular flange portion 16e having a narrow width and extending substantially horizontally. As a result, the tubular portion 16 has a structure having a substantially bellows shape as a whole. The width (the height in the fifth drawing) of the first tubular portion 16a and the second tubular portion 16b is fixed along the circumferential direction, but the width of the uppermost third tubular portion 16c is specific along the circumferential direction. The ratio of the change occurs, and the mouth of the dispensing container 3 having the "third annular flange portion 16f located at the upper end of the third tubular portion 16c" is formed, as described above, with respect to the first tubular portion 1 6 a, the second cylinder The portion 1 6b and the bottom portion 17 form an inclined configuration. -12-201244676 As shown in Fig. 4, a tip end portion 18 that protrudes from the mouth portion of the container body 1 toward the inside in the radial direction is formed at one portion in the circumferential direction of the third tubular portion 16c (protruding) One of the departments). The tip end portion 18'' extends substantially from the second annular flange portion 16e located at the lower end of the third cylindrical portion 16c to the third annular flange portion 16f located at the upper end of the third cylindrical portion 16c with respect to the bottom portion 17. In the vertical direction. The front end in the radial direction of the tip end portion 18 forms an acute angle. The position of the tip end portion 18 in the circumferential direction is the highest position at the inclined mouth portion in FIG. 4, and as shown in FIG. 8, the dispensing container 3 is disposed in the "upward posture in which the sealing cover 2 is downward". When the inclined bottom portion 20 of the cover body 9 is formed, it is formed at a position facing the communication hole 14. Since the cylindrical portion 16 of the dispensing container 3 has a bellows-like configuration, as described above, when the pressing member 12 is screwed to the upper cylindrical portion 9C of the cap body 9 from the state shown in Fig. 1, the canister The portion 16 receives the compression in the vertical direction between the lower surface of the pressing member 12 and the inclined bottom portion 20, and the edge of each of the first annular flange portion 16d and the second annular flange portion I6e. a phenomenon in which the edge portion of the portion closer to the outer diameter side is lowered (sinked), and a phenomenon in which the first tubular portion 16a enters the inner side of the second tubular portion 16b, and "the second tubular portion 16b enters the third tubular portion 16c" The phenomenon of the inner side is relatively easy to be deformed in the form of interaction or almost simultaneous operation. By the deformation of the tubular portion 16, the volume of the dispensing container 3 is reduced, and the internal pressure is rapidly increased, so as described above, A part of the sealing cap 2 of the dispensing container 3 is peeled off from the container body 1 , and the portion of the internal second liquid that has been peeled off from the sealing cap 2 is injected into the main container 4 via the communication hole 14 ; -13- 201244676 Liquid. That is, by rotating the pressing member 12 toward the cap body 9, the lower surface of the pressing member 12 presses down the "bottom portion 17 of the dispensing container 3 supported by the inclined bottom portion 20" and borrows The sealing cover 2 is peeled off by an increase in internal pressure. Therefore, the pressurizing mechanism is constituted by the cooperation of the cap body 9 and the pressing member 12. In the deformation process of the tubular portion 16, since the portion of the sealing cover 2 that is close to the tip protruding portion 18 is more preferentially peeled off than the other portions of the sealing cover 2, the tip protruding portion 18 constitutes "promoting under a specific internal pressure." The peeling-inducing portion 1 of the sealing cover 2 is peeled off. The size of the inclined bottom portion 20 is set so as not to obstruct the aforementioned initial peeling process. The tip protruding portion 18 is not located above the inclined bottom portion 20 but in the manner of being disposed in the communication hole 14. The point that the upper surface of the inclined bottom portion 20 is inclined with the mouth portion of the dispensing container 3 'when the pressing member 12 is screwed down relative to the lid body 9' has the following effect: by The friction between the lower surfaces of the pressing members 12 suppresses the situation in which the rotation is inadvertently formed above the inclined bottom portion 20. Further, as shown in Fig. 7, the base end portion (the upper end portion in Fig. 7) of the tubular portion 9A below the lid body 9 is locked with a seal ring 21 formed of an elastic rubber ring. The sealing of the "between the first female screw portion 5 and the first male screw portion 6" and the "between the second female screw portion 1 and the second male screw portion 1 1" can be carried out to carry the present invention. When the contents are supplied, the liquid of the main container 4 does not leak. Since the dispensing container 3 is housed inside the lid body 9, even if 14 - 201244676 is used, the contents of the dispensing container 3 are mixed into the main container by the pressurizing operation. After 4 is inside, the dispensing container 3 is also held by the lid body 9. In this way, the hand does not have to directly enter the inside of the main container 4, and the unopened dispensing container 3 can be simply taken out by removing the cover body 9. For example, the warmed hot water is stored in the main container 4, and the dispensing container 3 sealed with the concentrated soup liquid is previously set in the cap body 9, and is adjusted by the operation of the pressurizing mechanism as necessary. The concentrated soup in the container 3 is mixed with hot water to drink a warm soup. In addition, for example, the liquid of the coffee is contained in the main container 4, and the dispensing container 3, to which the milk has been sealed, or the container 3 to which the sugar has been sealed, is placed in advance in the lid body 9, and when necessary, milk or The sugar mixed with the coffee can be drunk. [Other Embodiments] <1> The pressing means for compressing the dispensing container 3 between the support portion 9D and the pressing means for pressing down the regulating container 3 as shown in Figs. 9 and 10 may be a piston type which is pressed downward. Pressing member 1 2 . In this embodiment, the inner peripheral surface of the upper cylindrical portion 9C of the cap body 9 is a flat cylindrical shape having no internal thread, and the pressing member 12 has an inner peripheral surface that is fitted to be vertically slidable upward and downward. The disk-shaped piston member 22A and the rod-shaped pillar member 22B extending upward from the piston member 22A and the button member 22C provided at the upper end of the pillar member 22B. In the case of this embodiment, the preparation operation for providing the contents can be performed, for example, in the following manner: First, the pressing member is taken out from the cap body 9 that has been screwed to the upper port portion of the main container 4. 12, the container -15-201244676 container 3 is reversed and placed on the upper surface of the support portion 9D. Next, the piston member 22A of the pressurizing member 12 is inserted and inserted through the upper tube portion 9C of the cap body 9. Yes (state of Figure 9). Next, when necessary, once the button member 22C is pressed downward as shown in Fig. 1, the dispensing container 3 is compressed between the upper surface of the support portion 9D and the lower surface of the piston member 22A, and In the same manner as in the embodiment of the first embodiment, a part of the sealing cap 2 of the dispensing container 3 is peeled off from the container main body 1 and the inner liquid is injected into the main container 4 through the communication hole 14 from the portion where the sealing cap 2 is peeled off. 1 liquid, a mixed liquid of the first liquid and the second liquid is obtained in the main container 4. <2> When the container container 3 is housed in the recessed space 8, in addition to being housed in an inverted position, a posture in which the mouth portion is formed in a lateral direction or inclined downward may be employed, and the peeling-inducing portion 19 may be disposed so that It is located on the bottom 2〇 side, and constitutes the aspect facing the communication hole 14 . In this case, however, the pressurizing mechanism must be formed to be compressible from the lateral direction with respect to the dispensing container 3. <3> Even if the main container 4 is not used, only the lid body 9 for accommodating the dispensing container 3 and the pressing member 12 are combined, and it can be used as a content providing device. <4> The container 3 can also be extended as shown in the first and second figures, and the portion of the crotch portion 23 on which the tip end portion 18 is provided is extended outward in the radial direction for the purpose of reinforcement. <5> The adjustment container 3 may have a structure in which a part of the sealing cap 2 (the peeling-inducing portion 19 or the like) may be opened when the dispensing container 3 is pressurized, and the tip protruding portion 18 is not necessarily provided. -16- 201244676 That is, as shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, it is also possible to form, for example, a strong adhesive portion 23A having a strong sealing force and a weak weak adhesive portion 23B, once the dispensing container 3 is disposed. When pressurized, the structure is opened from the weakly bonded portion 23B having a weak sealing force. Alternatively, as shown in Fig. 15, Fig. 16, and Fig. 17, by using a laser beam or the like, a cutting line 28 is provided as a fragile portion on the outer side surface of the sealing cover 2 in advance, and pressure is formed by pressurization. And the structure of the opening from the cutting line 28 8 . However, as shown in the example of Fig. 17, the sealing cover 2 is usually made of "polyester resin (PET) layer 24, printed layer 25, aluminum foil layer 26, polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) layer from the outside. 27 layers of laminated film formed by a laminated film. <6> In addition to the liquid, the powder container (such as one of the contents that can be shed) can be accommodated in the dispensing container 3, but as described above, although for convenience and drawings The figure number is indicated by reference to 'but the invention is not limited to the configuration in the drawing because of the above indication. Further, it is a matter of course that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
