Description

The present invention relates to a refill container.

As this type of refill container, conventionally, for example, as described in Patent Document 1 below, the container main body for storing the contents to be refilled in the present container, and the mouth of the container main body are mounted. 2. Description of the Related Art A refill container is known that includes an inner stopper that closes the mouth, and that is refilled by screwing the inner stopper into the mouth of the container. The above-described inner plug is formed with a spout for pouring out the contents, and a seal member for closing the spout is provided. The seal member is formed of a lid body provided with a pull top, for example.

In the refill container having the above-described configuration, for example, the pull top is first pulled up to open the spout of the inner plug. Subsequently, the refill container is placed in an upright posture (the mouth is in an upward posture), and the mouth portion of the main container in an inverted posture (the mouth is in a downward posture) is screwed onto the inner plug of the refill container. Thereafter, the refill container and the main container are inverted to bring the main container into an upright posture and the refill container into an inverted posture. As a result, the contents in the refill container are refilled into the main container through the insides of the mouths of the refill container and the main container.

However, in the above-described conventional refill container, after opening the spout of the inner stopper, it is necessary to screw the mouth of the main container into the inner stopper, and then turn the refill container and the main container upside down. Work is complicated.
Also, since the mouth of the container is screwed into the refill container after opening the spout of the inner plug, if the refill container is accidentally tilted during the screwing operation, the contents in the refill container will spill. There is a risk of getting out.
In addition, when the mouth of the container is screwed onto the inner plug, the container is turned upside down, so that the contents in the container spill out if the contents remain inside the container. Therefore, there is a problem that the refilling work can be performed only after the contents in the container are used up.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, can facilitate refilling work, is difficult to spill contents during refilling, and the contents in the container remain Even so, an object is to provide a refill container that can be refilled.

In order to achieve the above object, in the refill container according to the present invention, the contents to be refilled in the container are accommodated and the container main body has flexibility, and the inside of the container main body protrudes from the container main body. A pour cylinder that can be inserted into the injection port portion of the main container, closes the inside of the pour tube, and is pressed by a blade portion disposed radially inside the injection port portion. And the container body includes a side seal portion in which left and right side portions of both front and rear sheets are overlapped and joined to each other, and the pouring cylinder is disposed on the side seal portion. An uneven rib extending in the axial direction is provided.

In the present invention, when refilling the contents from the refill container into the main container, first, the refill container and the main container are arranged such that the respective dispensing cylinder and the injection port portion face each other. Next, the refill container and the main container are moved relatively close to each other while the pouring cylinder is positioned inward in the radial direction of the injection port, so that the sealing member of the refill container is pressed by the blade portion of the main container. Then, the pipe is inserted into the inlet. As a result, the contents in the container body of the refill container are poured out into the inlet through the dispensing tube and refilled into the container.

As described above, it is possible to refill the contents by a simple operation of relatively moving the refill container and the main container and pressing the blade portion against the seal member, which facilitates the refill work. it can.
In addition, when refilling, the sealing member that closes the inside of the dispensing tube is broken by the blade portion disposed on the inside in the radial direction of the filling port, so that the dispensing tube and the filling port are simultaneously opened. The contents will be refilled into the container through the part, and spilling of the contents can be suppressed.

In addition, as described above, since the contents are refilled into the main container through the pouring tube and the inlet part at the same time as opening the refill container, it becomes possible to perform the refilling operation without putting the main container in an inverted posture. Even if the contents in the container remain, the contents can be refilled.

Further, since the concave and convex ribs are provided on the both side seal portions of the container body, the rigidity of the both side seal portions can be improved. Therefore, even when the refill container is turned upside down so that the dispensing cylinder faces downward at the time of refilling, the container main body is supported and self-supported by the concave and convex ribs of the side seal portion, so that the container main body can be prevented from being bent. It becomes possible, and refilling work can be performed smoothly.

According to the refill container of the present invention, the refilling operation can be facilitated, the contents are hardly spilled during refilling, and refilling is performed even when the contents in the container remain. be able to.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper cylindrical portion 39 of the lightweight cap 25 (cup body 33) of the container 2 is rotated around the hinge portion 40 to open the upper end opening of the lower cylindrical portion 38.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the refill container 1 and the main container 2 are arranged so that the dispensing cylinder 12 and the lower cylinder portion 38 face each other. At this time, in this embodiment, the refill container 1 is in a state in which the bottom portion 11b is located on the upper side, the main container 2 is in a state in which the mouth portion 21a is located on the upper side, and the refill container 1 is Place above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the refill container 1 and the main container 2 are moved relatively close to each other while the pouring cylinder 12 is positioned inside the lower cylinder portion 38 in the radial direction. Then, the upper end portion of the blade tube portion 41 is inserted into the dispensing tube 12 of the refill container 1, and then the upper end of the blade tube portion 41 contacts the seal member 13, and this seal member 13 is attached to the container body 11. The weakened portion 17 is broken by pushing it in, and the dispensing tube 12 is inserted into the lower tube portion 38 of the measuring cap 25 of the container 2.

In the above process, when the weakened portion 17 of the seal member 13 is broken, the contents of the container main body 11 pass through the extraction cylinder 12 and partly passes through the blade cylinder 41 and the lower cylinder 38. The other part is poured into the lower cylinder part 38 through between the outer peripheral side of the blade cylinder part 41 and the extraction cylinder 12. Then, the poured out contents pass through the insertion tube portion 36 and are injected into the container body 21.
Here, in the present embodiment, since the container main body 11 has flexibility, the container main body 11 is deformed and deformed as the contents are poured out. The container body 11 is supported by the rigidity of the rib 16A of the side seal portion 14. Therefore, the container body 11 is restrained from being deformed and reduced so as to block the communication between the inside of the container body 11 and the inside of the dispensing cylinder 12, and the inside of the container body 11 and the inside of the dispensing cylinder 12 are suppressed. Communication is ensured.

As described above, according to the refill container 1 of the present embodiment, a simple operation in which the refill container 1 and the main container 2 are moved relatively close to each other and the blade member 41 is pressed against the seal member 13. Thus, the contents can be refilled, and the refilling work can be facilitated.
Further, at the time of refilling, the sealing member 13 that closes the inside of the dispensing tube 12 is broken by the blade tube portion 41 disposed on the inner side in the radial direction of the lower tube portion 38. The contents are refilled into the main container 2 through the dispensing cylinder 12 and the lower cylinder portion 38, and the contents can be prevented from being spilled.

Further, as described above, since the contents are refilled into the main container 2 through the dispensing cylinder 12 and the lower cylinder portion 38 simultaneously with the opening of the refill container 1, the refilling operation is performed without placing the main container 2 in an inverted posture. Thus, even if the contents in the container 2 remain, the contents can be refilled.

In addition, since the ribs 16A are provided on the side seal portions 14 of the container body 11, the rigidity of the side seal portions 14 can be improved. Therefore, when the refill container 1 is turned upside down so that the dispensing cylinder 12 faces downward at the time of refilling, the container main body 11 is supported and self-supported by the ribs 16A of the side seal portions 14, so the container main body 1 is bent. Can be suppressed, and the refilling operation can be performed smoothly.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of the refill container by this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, It can change suitably in the range which does not deviate from the meaning.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the rib 16A of the side seal portion 14 has a wave shape in side view, but is not limited to such a shape. For example, the rib (uneven rib) 16B of the first modification shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 has a pair of straight lines extending in the direction of the first container axis O1 (FIG. 1) in a side view, and one side seal portion. 14, two ribs 16B and 16B are disposed.
The two ribs 16b, 16b that are curved in cross-sectional view have shapes protruding to different sheet surface sides. In the second modification shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, spherical ribs (concave ribs) 16 </ b> C are arranged at a predetermined interval over the entire side seal portion 14.

Moreover, the structure of this container 2 is not limited to embodiment mentioned above.
For example, in the present embodiment, the cylindrical blade cylinder 41 is employed as the blade, but the blade is not limited to such a shape. For example, various shapes such as a cylindrical body in which a plurality of slits are formed in the circumferential direction and a conical protrusion can be employed.
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the blade cylinder part 41 shall be arrange | positioned in the radial inside of the said lower cylinder part 38 of the measurement cap 25, it replaces with this, for example, the extraction cap 24 of You may arrange | position in the said nozzle cylinder part 23. FIG. In this case, the pouring cylinder 12 may be inserted into the nozzle cylinder portion (injection port portion) 23 of the pouring cap 24 of the container 2. Furthermore, it is good also considering the nozzle cylinder part 23 located in the radial inside of the extraction cap 24 as a blade part. In this case, the dispensing cylinder 12 may be inserted into the upper portion (injection port) 27 of the outer cylinder portion 28 of the container 2.
In the above-described configuration, the metering cap can be refilled in a state where it is removed from the dispensing cap 24, and a general cap consisting of one part can be used as the metering cap.
In the above embodiment, the measuring cap 25 is attached to the pouring cap 24. However, instead of the measuring cap 25, an overcap for simply covering the pouring port 30 is employed instead of the measuring cap 25. Also good.

In addition, it is possible to appropriately replace the components in the above-described embodiments with known components without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
