Abstract

An atomized cleaning device includes a container, an atomizing module, and a sprayer. The container has a chamber for receiving a liquid. The atomizing module has a sleeve and an air inlet pipe. The atomizing module is provided with an air hole to connect the air inlet pipe to the chamber to introduce a part of the air current of the air inlet pipe into the chamber. Thus, when the smaller partial air current of the air current in the air inlet pipe is introduced through the air hole into the chamber to balance the air pressure in the chamber, the cleaning liquid in the chamber is accelerated to flow into the sprayer by suction of the larger partial air current to increase the flow rate of the atomized liquid largely.

Description

Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] [0001] The present invention relates to a spray cleaning device and a method for atomizing the same; in particular, it relates to a method for balancing the pressure inside and outside the container and increasing the amount of spray distribution. And the cleaning device that enables the distribution amount to be adjusted according to the use situation or the demand, and the like. For example, Taiwan Patent No. 882001 No. 98, "Nasal Washer", No. 962181 51, "Improved Device for Spray Net Washer", etc., provides a typical embodiment. Basically, they provide a container for containing the cleaning liquid, and a sprayer fitted to the container; the container is manually squeezed or introduced into the air through the air pump, and the liquid is pumped or sprayed through the atomizer. Skills. Q [〇〇〇3] A topic related to the combination of atomizing cleaning devices and air pumps is that if we attempt to increase or increase the amount of liquid dispensed to suit different purposes (such as the supply of water-washing water... etc.), we The pump's air supply or pressure is usually increased to capture the amount of liquid in the container. However, as those skilled in the art know, this increases the cost of manufacturing and using the nasal wash; this is not what we would expect. [0004] Another subject related to the use of the atomizing cleaning device is that in the prior art, the temperature of the liquid spray used by the atomizing cleaning device to the user is cooled, even if the temperature is stored in the container. Hot liquid 100113054 Form number Α 0101 Page 5 / Total 33 pages 1002021757-0 201240686 or water. This is because the warm liquid or water increases the surface area of each water molecule or particle in contact with air after atomization, so that the water temperature is lowered, and even the liquid supplied by the atomizing cleaning device is the temperature of cold water; It will limit the scope of application of the cleaning device, especially in some situations where the cleaning device is required to supply warm water, such as cleaning the last name. [0005] Representatively, these references show the application of airflow for atomizing cleaning devices and air pumps; they also reflect the structural design of these atomizing cleaning devices in certain applications. Among them, there are some problems. If the design of the atomization cleaning device is considered to be different from the conventional one, it will change its use type, which is different from the old method; in essence, it will also increase its applicable range. But how do you overcome or improve the topics we discussed above? For example, the structure is designed to meet the conditions of not increasing (or the same) air supply, and at the same time, the spray distribution amount of the cleaning liquid or the chemical liquid in the container can be increased or the residual amount of the liquid in the container can be improved; or Further, the user can adjust the spray distribution amount, and does not require professional operation and the like; we find that its construction must consider the following design problems. [0006] 1. The air flow supplied by the air pump can be A small portion is separated from the original supply path into the interior of the container to reduce the internal pressure generated in the container or to balance the pressure inside and outside the container to increase the spray delivery amount of the atomization cleaning device. 2. If the internal and external pressure of the container is balanced, the relative amount of liquid in the container will be minimized as much as possible. 3. If the attempt is made to allow the user to adjust the spray 100113054 Form No. A0101 Page 6 of 33 1002021757-0 201240686 according to the use situation, and does not require professional operation; the adjustment control mechanism and atomization The associated combination design and operation of the cleaning device may complicate the structural organization of the atomizing cleaning device. If an attempt is made to achieve a structural simplification, there is a high degree of difficulty in the design of the relevant structure. 4. Under conditions that make the structure not complicated, it is possible to control the dispensing amount of the liquid or liquid in the path of the container or sprayer supply spray to obtain the mechanism design problem of adjusting the control spray volume distribution. 〇 5. How to improve the temperature of the liquid spray supplied by the conventional atomizing cleaning device is cooling? How to reduce the mixing ratio or state of hot water and air after the warm liquid or water stored in the container is sprayed, so that the cleaning device can supply a higher temperature liquid to increase the application range of the cleaning device? 6. Is it feasible to consider the issue of improving the pressure inside and outside the container and the problem of adjusting the design of the spray distribution mechanism? How should we solve the above-mentioned issues we discussed at the same time? Obviously ^, the structural combination of the atomizing cleaning device requires a different design consideration. None of these topics have been taught or specifically disclosed in the above references. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an atomization cleaning health care device and an atomization method thereof, which comprises a container for accommodating a cleaning liquid, and an atomization portion disposed on the container. Having a sleeve and an intake pipe connected to one end of the sleeve; a sprayer fitted in the sleeve, when the gas 100113054 forms No. A0101, page 7 of 33, 201240686 flows through the sprayer Draw liquid or liquid atomization and distribution. An air hole is formed in the air inlet pipe to communicate with the container, so that part of the airflow can enter the container to balance the pressure inside and outside the container; to improve the spray distribution or improve the pushing of the residual liquid in the container, and to spray the spray. The amount can be adjusted according to the use situation or demand. [0010] [0010] According to the present invention, the atomization cleaning health care device has a convex portion; in response to the rotation of the atomizer, relatively closes or controls the diameter of a pipe to adjust The spray state and supply of the sprayer. The conduit is disposed between the container and the sleeve to allow liquid within the container to enter the sleeve. According to the atomization cleaning health care device of the present invention, the convex portion of the sprayer is formed on the surface of the sprayer, and a shape having a spiral flange or a curved shoulder is formed on the surface of the sprayer; The flange or curved shoulder defines a highest zone and a lower zone. Therefore, when the sprayer is rotated, the highest portion of the spiral flange or the curved shoulder is gradually displaced to the position of the pipe, and the pipe is partially closed to reduce the supply of liquid into the sleeve. If the sprayer is rotated back, the highest region of the spiral flange or curved shoulder will be returned to its original position, and the closed state will be gradually released to increase the supply of liquid into the sleeve. The atomization cleaning health care device according to the present invention comprises an atomization method; the atomization method comprises: introducing a gas flow, a majority of the gas flow entering the seat or the intake pipe; and partially discharging the airflow in a split manner Entering the container; and most of the air flow is directed to the sprayer, and the liquid in the container is drawn into the sprayer to produce an atomized state. 100113054 Form No. A0101 Page 8 of 33 1002021757-0 201240686 [0011] The novelty, features, and other purpose disc effects of the present invention will be explained in detail below in conjunction with the drawings. As shown in the figure: [Embodiment] [〇〇12] Please refer to Figures 1, 2 and 3 'The atomization cleaning health care device of the present invention comprises a barr 1 〇 defining an opening 1 2 The chamber 1 1 is used to contain the liquid medicine or the cleaning liquid 20 (the figure number is shown in Fig. 3). The container 1 is equipped with a recovery unit 3 for recovering the rinsing liquid 20. An atomizing portion 30' disposed on the container 〇 is detachably locked to the opening 12 of the container 1 to seal the chamber to 11. The atomizing portion 3 has a sleeve 3 1 having an internal space on the same reference axis and an intake pipe 32 disposed at the end of the sleeve 3, and basically, the intake pipe 32 is connected to a source of pressurized air. The conveying pipe 60 is configured to distribute the airflow 6 i through the sleeve 31 or a sprayer 4〇; the intake pipe 32 is also provided with a variable displacement amount or a pressure value in the input chamber 11 Pressure relief valve hole 3 3 . Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the atomizing portion 3 includes a first pipe 34 extending transversely to the inner space and the outer portion of the middle portion of the sleeve 31, and is located at the innermost end of the inner space of the sleeve 3 1 . At the same time, a second pipe 36 of the transverse through sleeve 3 1 can be additionally provided (refer to Figs. 12 and 13). A sleeve 31 having a single first conduit 34 pattern is shown in Figures 2 and 3, and the first conduit 34 is connected to a conduit 80 that can extend into the liquid 2 in the chamber 1 1; The liquid 2 内 in the chamber 1 1 can enter the inner space of the sleeve 3 1 via the conduit 80 and the first conduit 34 (this portion will be described later). 100113054 Form No. A0101 Page 9 of 33 1002021757-0 201240686 [0013] Figures 2 and 3 also depict a sprayer 40 and a seal ring 5 设置 disposed at the ends of the sprayer 40, which is rotatable and The loading and unloading is fitted in the sleeve 31. The sprayer 40 defines an outlet 41 and an inner passage 42 therein for communicating with the intake pipe 32, and a plurality of slots 43 formed in the sprayer 40 for allowing the liquid 20 to pass from the slot 4 3 Enter the spray airway 42. [0014] Referring again to FIGS. 2 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, the intake pipe 32 is provided with at least one air hole 35 for communicating with the chamber 11 of the container 10. Therefore, the airflow 6 entering the intake pipe 3 is 'divided into' - most of the airflow 6 1 2 enters the inner passage 4 2 ' of the sprayer 40 and can be pumped out of the liquid 2 ;; Part of the airflow 6 1 ] will enter the chamber 1 1 from the air vent 3 5 , releasing the internal pressure of the chamber to 11 or the internal and external pressure of the balance chamber 1 1 , for example, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 3 . . [0015] It can be understood that when the internal pressure of the chamber 11 is released or the internal and external pressures of the chamber 11 are balanced, those airflows 61 entering the inner passage 42 are more easily captured in the chamber 11. The liquid 2 passes through the first pipe 34 and the slot 4 3 and enters the inner passage 42 to increase the spray distribution and gas-liquid mixing of the sprayer 40. In contrast, since the liquid 20 in the chamber worker is easily taken up by the air stream 6 1 and added to the small portion of the air stream 6 1 1 entering the chamber 1 , the liquid in the container is known. A situation in which a residual amount is easily generated will also be significantly improved. [0016] Specifically, the atomization cleaning health care device includes an atomization method; the atomization method includes: guiding a gas flow 6 i into the atomization 100113054 portion 30 or the intake pipe 3 2; And the flow 6 is divided into a flow number 6 form number A0101 page 10 / page 33 of 1002021757-0 201240686 - part (small part) airflow 6 1 1 into the container 1 ;; and the remaining part (large The airflow 6 i 2 is directed or flows to the atomizer 40 and the inner passage 42 to draw the liquid 2 in the container 10 into the sprayer 40 to mix the gas stream 6 1 2 to be dispensed in an atomized state. [0017] Ο G [0018] Referring to Figure 4, in a modified embodiment of the invention, the sprayer 40 has a projection 44; it is relatively partially closed or controlled in response to rotation of the sprayer 4〇 The diameter of the first pipe 34 is used to adjust the spray state and supply amount of the sprayer 40. The convex portion 4 of the sprayer 4 is formed on the surface 45 of the sprayer 4, and is opened on the sprayer surface 45 into a shape having a spiral flange or a curved shoulder 46; The helical flange or curved shoulder 46 defines a highest zone 47 and a lowest zone 48. Therefore, the helical flange or curved shoulder 4 is caused when the sprayer 4 is rotated. 6 gradually moving or reversing partially closing or opening the first conduit 34 to control the supply of liquid 20 in the container chamber 1 through the first conduit 34 into the sleeve 3 1 and the sprayer 40. Figures 5 and 6 respectively depict the operation of the sprayer 4 〇 rotation to control the supply of the liquid 2 Q. Figure 5 shows the state in which the sprayer projection 4 4 does not close the first conduit 34; therefore, the liquid 20 entering the first camp 34 via the guide 80 is allowed to fully enter the sleeve 3 1 and the sprayer. The inside of the slot 4 3 is then ejected from the outlet 4 1; for example, the situation shown by the arrow portion of Fig. 5. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, 'because the first pipe 3 4 is in a completely open state, the sprayer 40 can be larger than the liquid spray stem and can form a 100113054 form. No. A0101 No. 1 page / Total 33 pages 1002021757-0 201240686 Close to the amount of willingness, and can be used for class (4) tooth water (four). It can be understood that 'in this embodiment, because the liquid 20 is atomized to a lesser degree', the mixing ratio of the liquid 2 Q to the air can be lowered, and the temperature of the liquid 20 can be maintained, so that the cleaning device can be supplied higher. The temperature of the liquid is 20, which makes it more widely used. [0019] § month reference to Figure 6 'When the sprayer 40 is rotated, the helical flange or curved shoulder 46 is gradually displaced to the position of the first conduit 34 and partially sealed_第_ The conduit 341 thus allows a portion of the liquid 2 in the first conduit 34 to enter the sleeve and into the sprayer slot 43 and then eject from the outlet 41; for example, as indicated by the arrow portion of Figure 6. Compared to Figure 5, in this embodiment, :! The atomization distribution amount of the mister 4 will be better than that of the embodiment shown in Fig. 5 (4). That is, by operating the reciprocating rotation of the sprayer 40, the helical flange or curved shoulder 46 of the convex portion 44 is relatively partially closed = the mechanism of the first conduit 34, which can control the adjustment of the liquid atomization distribution or The amount of the fog supply. [0020] ........ 1 work called Dyle Bf, combined with the spiral flange or the singularity of the κ 1 d 曰 edge w curved shoulder 46 the highest area 4 wide back to the original Position, and gradually release the closed Lin: You can increase the material of the 〇_筒 31 and her 4q. It should be noted that the reciprocal rotation of the nebulizer 40 allows the user to adjust the amount of the read supply according to the actual use situation, and the professional is required to perform a convenient function. In a possible embodiment, the sprayer 4〇 allows the tool to adjust the spray 4Q reciprocating rotation. 100 100 100113054 Form No. A0101 Page 12 of 33 1002021757-0 201240686 [〇〇21] In one possible embodiment, when the inner diameter of the conduit 80 is corrected, the spray of the sprayer 4 可 can be changed status. Please refer to Fig. 7 for depicting the conduit 8 〇 to select a larger inner diameter type so that the inner diameter of the conduit 8 系 is larger than the inner diameter of the first conduit 34; therefore, the conduit 8 〇 / and take full The amount of water increases the throughput of the sprayer and the amount of liquid spray. When the conduit 8 is selected to have a smaller inner diameter, the inner diameter of the conduit 80 is less than or equal to that of the first conduit 34. At the inner diameter, the amount of the sprayer 4 配送 and the amount of liquid spray are also relatively reduced, for example, as shown in Fig. 3. [0022] In a derivative embodiment, the size or size of the sprayer slot 43 is changeable; in particular, the present invention provides a plurality of sprays that are replaceable and replaceable with the sleeve 31. For the fogger, each sprayer is equipped with different colors or annotations to mark or distinguish the different sizes of the slot 4 3 specifications, so that the user can choose to replace according to the need to control the liquid 20 into the slot The flow in the bore 4 3 and the inner passage 4 2 . Referring to Figure 8, in a modified embodiment, a cushioning member 7 is fitted at the position of the sprayer outlet 41; the cushioning member 7 has an interference portion 171 disposed on the path through which the atomizing airflow passes. . The figure shows that the interference portion 7 1 - sheet or strip shape, formed in the central region ' of the buffer member 70 ' includes a stopper portion 72; the buffer member 7 is capable of interfering with the flow of the injection (four) 'To avoid direct atomization of the atomizing airflow. [0024] Referring to FIG. 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, a sprayer state and a supply amount of 100113054 〇 are combined with a regulator 9 〇 a modified embodiment. Specifically, the form number Α0101, page 13 / total page 33 to adjust the sprayer 4 'inner of the sprayer 40 1002021757-0 201240686 track 4 2 in this embodiment 'includes - the - cone portion 42a, - the first : Although the part is 42M° - the thread is cut. Corresponding to the first taper portion 42 a of the device 40, the second taper portion 42b, and the threaded portion 4 including the -th portion 91, a second taper portion - the thread portion 9 3 ; 9 threaded portion 9 3 can be engaged with the threaded portion 49 of (4) (4), so that the adjustment 岑q system, that is, the combination of the rotation and movement of Is 90 is in the inside of the sprayer 40, in contrast to the regulator The first tapered portion 9 1 and the second tapered portion 9 2 form different gaps between the first taper portion 4 2 a and the first taper portion 42 b of the sprayer 4 , to adjust the spray state of the sprayer 4 〇 . [0025] Therefore, the regulator 90 has an inner passage 94, an air flow inlet 915 and an outlet 96, and the airflow enthalpy that is delivered by the intake pipe 32 enters the inner passage 94 from the inlet 9.5, and then passes through The outlet 96 and the sprayer outlet 4 1 are output. In a preferred embodiment, the adjuster 90 is formed with a shoulder portion 7 7' for restricting a washer 55 to fit the washer "on the adjuster 90" but is limited to the shoulder portion 97 and spray The mist is between the ends of the crucible. In the embodiment taken, the gasket 55 is preferably made of an elastic material, so that the gasket 55 has an elastic action, and the shoulder portion 7 and the end of the nebulizer 4 Q Cooperate (this section will be described below). See section 1 G®, which depicts the case where the loop 5 5 is not compressed by the adjuster shoulder 97; therefore, the first and second tapers of the adjuster 9 1 , 92 will form a relatively large gap with the sprayer _ and the second taper 42a ' 42b. The opposite 'the gap will allow more liquid 2 〇 to enter, so that the sprayer 40 and the amount of liquid Spray quantity change 100113054 Form No. A0101 Page / Total 33 page 1002021757-0 201240686 [0027] Ο [0028] ❹ [0029] 100113054 is relatively large. Refer to Figure 1 1 when turning the sprayer 4〇 or regulator 9〇 :: When the adjustment of the thief shoulder 9 7 gradually compresses the washer 5 5, the adjustment of the thief, a cone portion 91, 92 and The gap between the first and second taper portions 4 2 3 4 2 b of the mister becomes small, and less liquid 2 容许 is allowed to enter, so that the amount of the sprayer 40 and the amount of liquid spray become smaller. Changing the gap size of the first tapered portion 42a, 91 and the second tapered portion 42b by adjusting the reciprocating rotation of the sprayer 4〇 or the adjuster 9〇 can control the liquid atomization distribution amount or the spray The amount of supply. It can be understood that the combination of the sprayer 4〇 and the regulator 9〇 establishes a structural design similar to the two-stage throttling; specifically, when the sprayer is slightly rotated or adjusted When the adjuster shoulder 9 7 is slightly compressed by the washer 5 5, the gap between the adjuster second taper 9 2 and the sprayer second taper 42 b is first reduced to form the first segment. Flow mechanism; if the sprayer 4〇 or the adjuster 9 is further rotated to cause the adjuster shoulder 97 to significantly compress the washer 55, the adjuster first taper 9 1 and the spray first taper portion 4 2 a The gap between them becomes significantly smaller, making the tolerance of the liquid 20 into the gap less, and forming a second-stage throttling mechanism. Therefore, the first and second stages of the sprayer 40 and the adjuster 9 G form a fine adjustment effect of the liquid mist amount. Please refer to Fig. 12 or Fig. 13 again. Another type of atomizing portion 30 of the present invention is disclosed, which is closer to the inside (4) of the sleeve 3 i except for the first pipe 34 formed outward from the middle portion of the inner space of the sleeve 3 At the innermost end, the outer form is formed _ through the form number A0] 01 〖5 pages / a total of 33 pages 1002021757-0 201240686 two pipes 3 6; accordingly, if the conduit 8 is used, the first - a replacement connection between the pipe 3 4 and the second pipe 3 6 allows the liquid 20 and the small portion of the gas stream 6 ii to change into the inner space of the sleeve 3 and the inner passage 42 of the atomizer 40, thus, It can change its atomization effect, water output, strength, etc., and it can be changed more flexibly. [0031] Typically, this atomized cleaning health care device is designed such that it conforms to the condition of not increasing (or the same) air supply, and includes the following design considerations: The airflow supplied by the air pump can be divided into a small portion, and enters the inside of the container i from its original supply path; that is, 'at least one vent 3 5 is provided on the intake f3 2, A small portion of the air flow 6 的 6 丨丨 can enter the inside of the chamber 1 1 to reduce the internal pressure of the chamber 11 or to make the chamber work! The internal and external forces are balanced to increase the spray throughput of the atomizing cleaning device. At the same time, the problem of the amount of liquid residue in the old method is also improved, so that the residual amount of the liquid in the chamber 11 is minimized as much as possible. - As described above, the atomization cleaning health care device has a combination design of the adjustment control mechanism and the atomization cleaning device under the condition that the user can adjust the spray delivery amount according to the use situation and does not require professional operation. And the operation of LU1 single and convenient role; overcomes the design of the relevant structure, there is a high degree of difficulty 'and the structure of the atomization cleaning device may become complicated. 100113054 Form No. 1010101 Page 16 of 33 1002021757-0 201240686 3. The structural combination of this atomized cleaning health device provides a different design consideration through the venting of the structure without complicating the structure. 3 5, the chamber 11 is communicated with the intake pipe 32; and the mechanism for cooperating with the first pipe 34 by the sprayer 40 and the convex portion 44 is used to improve the pressure inside and outside the container 10 The subject and adjustment control spray volume distribution mechanism design issues. 4. The adjustment mechanism and structure combination of the atomization cleaning health device can control the mixing ratio of the liquid 20 to the air, and can supply the liquid with higher temperature; not only the improvement of the supply of the conventional atomizing cleaning device The liquid spray temperature is in a cool state and also increases the range of applications of the cleaning device. Therefore, the present invention provides an effective atomization cleaning health care device and an atomization method thereof; the spatial pattern is different from the conventional one, and has the functions not in the old method, which obviously shows considerable progress. . [0032] However, the above is only a possible embodiment of the present invention, and Q is not intended to limit the scope of the practice of the present invention, that is, the equivalent variations and modifications made by the scope of the present invention are the present invention.
