Description

[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a method for producing a resin molded article, a device for producing a resin molded article, and a resin molded article. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, in the drawings -6 - 201208851 In the description, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the overlapping description will be omitted. The dimensional ratio of the drawings may be exaggerated and may be different from the actual ratio for convenience of explanation. The embodiment of the method for producing a resin molded article will be described. According to the invention, the resin molded article is suitable for a vehicle such as a panel, a door panel, a control panel, or the like. With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the resin molded article 50 of the embodiment is integrally formed with a decorative member 60 having a decorative surface 67 formed on its surface, and a surface layer superposed on the decorative member 60. The resin layer 70 and the resin material 80 which is a core material which is emitted to the back surface 69 of the decorative member 60. The decorative member 60 is provided with a first rib 61 formed by bending the outer peripheral portion 65 toward the back surface 69 side. The resin layer 70 includes a second rib 72 that is formed by bending the outer peripheral portion 75 toward the back surface 69 side of the decorative member 60. The first rib 61 provided in the decorative member 60 is provided with the transparent resin layer 70. The second ribs 72 are arranged to overlap each other. The end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 is covered with a resin material 80 for the core material. The decorative member 60 is bonded to the transparent resin layer 70 by a resin material 80 for a core material. Each member constituting the resin molded article will be described. Referring to Fig. 2(A), in the present embodiment, the decorative member 60 is a wooden decorative member using a flat protruding plate, and a pattern is formed by leaving the wood grain and color originally provided by the protruding plate. The decorative surface 67 is formed by the surface having the pattern. Although omitted in the drawing, a backing material for improving rigidity is attached to the back surface 69 of the decorative member 60. 201208851 Referring to Fig. 2(B), the transparent resin layer 70 is formed of a PMMA resin (polymethyl methacrylate) formed into a flat plate shape. When the mirror surface to be described later is transferred to the transparent resin layer 70, the transparent resin layer 70 imparts a gloss to the decorative surface of the decorative member 60, and exhibits a function of improving the aesthetic appearance of the visual decorative surface 67. When the rough surface to be described later is transferred to the transparent resin layer 70, the transparent resin layer 70 functions as a texture when the decorative surface 67 is visually observed or a touch when the transparent resin layer 70 is touched. The resin material of 70 is not limited to the PMMA resin, and other thermoplastic resins or the like may be used. For example, a methacrylic resin, an ABS resin, an AS resin, an ionomer resin, a polycarbonate, or the like. Even for the sake of example, it is particularly desirable to select a resin material having a light transmittance of more than 80%. This is because it is necessary to clearly see the pattern attached to the decorative surface 67. Referring to Fig. 3(A), before the injection molding, the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are temporarily joined to each other to form a preliminary molded body 90. The temporary bonding is performed by using a transparent adhesive 95 composed of a thermoplastic resin (see also Fig. 4(A)). The adhesive 95 interposed between the decorative surface 67 and the transparent resin layer 70 can function to increase the refractive index when the decorative surface 67 is visually observed. Thereby, the decorative surface 67 can express the unique luster or depth of the wood head provided by the protruding plate. The transparent adhesive 95 is applied to the decorative surface 67 in advance before the temporary bonding, and may be prepared to be saturated with the inside of the decorative member 60. The thickness w2 of the transparent resin layer 70 is formed to be larger than the thickness wl of the decorative member 60. The bending forming for forming the ribs 61, 201208851 72 in the preliminary formed body 90 is for preventing the occurrence of streaks in the decorative member 60. Reference is made to Fig. 4 for the purpose of preventing the crack of the decorative member 60. Referring to Fig. 4, the bending forming of the preliminary formed body 90 is carried out by using a bending forming mold 40 including a punch 41 and a die 43. When the punch 41 of the bending mold 40 is pressed close to the decorative member 60, a compressive stress mainly occurs on the inner surface side of the preliminary molded body 90 in the arrow (a) in Fig. 4(B)), and the preliminary formed body 90 is formed. The surface side mainly produces a tensile force (indicated by an arrow b in Fig. 4(B)). When both the compressive force and the tensile force largely act on the decorative member 60, the decorative member 60 is prone to cracks. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 4(A), the degree w2 of the transparent resin layer 70 is formed to be larger than the thickness w1 of the decorative member 60, so that the decorative surface 67 as the upper surface of the garnish 60 is located on the preliminary molded body 90. The neutral axis c of the thickness direction is closer to the punch 4 1 side. By this arrangement, a larger tensile force acts on the transparent resin layer 70 located on the outer surface of the preliminary formed body 90, and acts on the decorative member located on the inner surface side of the preliminary formed body 90. The tensile force of 60 is reduced. Since the decorative member ** acts as a compressive force, it is possible to appropriately prevent the occurrence of cracks. Since the crack of the decorative member 60 is appropriately prevented, the curvature of the rounded corners can be set to be large to perform bending. The thickness w of the decorative member 60 is not particularly limited, and is set, for example, to about 15 mm to about 1. mm. The thickness w2 of the transparent resin layer 70 can be set, for example, to about 5 mm to 3.0 mm. In the case of the size of the decorative member 60, the thickness w2 of the transparent resin layer 70 can be made larger than the thickness w1 of the decorative member 60 by the thickness of the transparent resin layer 70. When it is thick, it is possible to prevent cracking of the decorative member 60 at the time of bending. Referring to Fig. 1 'ABS resin is used for the resin material 80 for the core material. The resin material 80 for the core material can also be made of ABS resin. For example, 'the resin-molded core material can be suitably used: other thermoplastic resins used in general, and a plurality of thermoplastic resins, etc.. The resin material for the core material 80 uses: It is preferable to provide a material having a color similar to that of the decorative member 60 in order to prevent deterioration of the appearance of the resin material 80 for the core material to the decorative surface 67 of the decorative member 60 due to a change in time or the like. The apparatus for manufacturing a resin molded article according to the embodiment will be described. Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7 , a manufacturing apparatus 5 for a resin molded article includes a molding die 10 which is formed by a first die 11 . The second mold 21 is configured to include a first molding surface 12 in which the transparent resin layer 70 faces the same, and the second mold 21 is provided with the first mold 11 The mold is fastened to form a second molding surface 22 of the film cavity 33 on the back surface 6 9 side of the decorative member 60 (refer to Fig. 6). The second mold 21 is provided with a resin material for melting the core material. 80 is guided to the gate portion 31 of the cavity 3 3. The second die 21' of the forming die 10 is disposed to be freely movable and separated relative to the first die 11. By moving the second die 21 toward the first die 11 close to the movement 'the mold fastening of the forming die 10. The mold opening of the forming die 10 can be performed by moving the second die 21 away from the first die 11 of -10- 201208851. The transparent resin layer 70 and the transparent resin layer 70 are disposed in a temporary state of the molding die 1 (refer to Fig. 5). The decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are placed in the mold 1 and the mold is fastened. The film cavity 33 is formed (refer to Fig. 6). After the mold is fastened, the molten resin material 80 for the core material is directed from the gate portion 31 toward the cavity 33. By using a mold, the first molding surface 12 of the first mold 11 is subjected to mirror processing to impart a mirror surface (that is, the first molding surface 12 has a mirror surface property) by using a mold. The injection temperature and the injection pressure of the resin material 80 for the material can transfer the mirror surface of the first molding surface 12 to the transparent resin layer 70. For example, the temperature of the resin material 80 for the core material is set to be smaller than the transparent resin layer 70. The glass is transferred to a higher temperature for injection, and the transparent resin layer 70 can be softened, and the transparent resin layer 70 is pressed against the first molding surface 12 of the first mold 1 1 by the injection pressure. Then, the surface shape of the mirror-finished first forming surface 12 is transferred to the pressed transparent resin layer 70. Thereby, the outer surface of the transparent resin layer 70 can be formed into a smooth and shiny surface. The surface shape of the first molding surface 12 of the first mold 11 is not particularly limited, and the first molding surface 12 may be subjected to rough surface processing so that the first molding surface 12 has a rough surface (that is, The first forming surface 12 has a rough surface property). The rough surface includes a surface shape having minute irregularities for forming a folded pattern such as leather, embossed surface polishing, wood grain, cloth, or the like. Thereby, the outer surface of the transparent resin layer 70 can be formed into, for example, a surface having a wrinkle pattern of leather, satin surface polishing, wood grain, cloth, or the like. Here, for example, when a PMMA resin having a glass transition temperature of about 110 ° C is used as the material of the transparent resin layer 70, the resin material 80 for the core material can be used, for example, an ABS resin having a melting temperature of about 26 (TC) can be used. In this case, by setting the injection pressure to about 40 MPa, the surface shape of the first molding surface 12 can be appropriately transferred to the outer surface of the transparent resin layer 70. Referring to Fig. 4, the manufacture of a resin molded article The device 5 has a bending molding die 40 for bending the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70. The bending molding die 40 is shaped to have a predetermined shape that approximates the shape of the product. There are: a die 43 for placing the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70, and a punch 41 provided to be freely movable to the die 43. The bending is performed by placing the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 thereon. The die 43 is formed so that the punch 41 is close to the die 43. As shown, both the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 may be simultaneously bent and formed, or the decorative member 6 may be used. 0 or one of the transparent resin layers 70 is bent. Next, a method of manufacturing the resin molded article of the embodiment will be described. Referring to Fig. 3(A), the transparent resin layer 70 is superposed on the decorative surface 67 of the decorative member 60. At this time, the preliminary molded body 90 is produced by temporarily bonding the transparent adhesive 95 applied to the decorative surface 67 in advance. Next, the shaping process is performed to form a shape similar to the shape of the product. 201208851 Referring to Fig. 4(A), the preliminary molded body 90 is placed on the die 43 of the bending mold 40. Referring to Fig. 4(B), the punch 41 is moved close to the die 43 to press the preliminary formed body. 90. The outer peripheral portion 65 of the decorative member 60· which constitutes the preliminary molded body 9 and the outer peripheral portion 75 of the transparent resin layer 70 are respectively bent. The decorative surface 67 as the upper surface of the decorative member 60 is set to be compared with the preparation When the neutral axis c in the thickness direction of the molded body 90 is closer to the punch 41 side, the tensile force acting on the decorative member 60 can be reduced at the time of bending forming. Thereby, cracking in the decorative member 60 can be appropriately prevented. Refer to Figure 3 (B) The decorative member 60 is formed with a first rib 61 bent toward the back surface 69. The transparent resin layer 70 is formed with a second rib 72 that overlaps the first rib 61. Next, the core is used to eject the core. The injection molding of the resin material 80 for the material is referred to in Fig. 5, and the preliminary molded body 90 is placed in the molding die 10. The transparent molding layer 70 is placed facing the first molding surface 1 2 of the first mold 1 1 . When the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are temporarily joined to each other and integrated, the positioning operation is performed toward the molding die 1 so that the positioning operation can be easily performed, and the work efficiency can be improved. Referring to Fig. 6, the preliminary molded body is disposed. After 90, the mold of the forming die 10 is fastened. The cavity 33 is formed on the side of the back surface 69 of the decorative member 60 by mold fastening. In the mold fastening state, a space S is formed between the end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 and the second rib 72 - 13 - 201208851 of the transparent resin layer 70. The resin material 8 用 for the molten core material is ejected from the gate portion 31 into the cavity 3 3 . The resin material 8〇 for the core material is ejected to the back surface 69 of the decorative member 6〇. Since the high-temperature resin material 8 is prevented from coming into contact with the decorative surface 67', carbonization or discoloration on the decorative surface 67 can be appropriately prevented. The transparent resin layer 7 is softened by the heat of the resin material 80 for the core material. The injection pressure is applied to the softened transparent resin layer 70 in accordance with the ejection of the resin material 8 〇 for the core material. The transparent resin layer 7 is pressed against: the first molding surface 12 of the first mold 11 subjected to mirror finishing or rough surface processing (or having mirror surface properties or rough surface properties), and the surface shape of the first molding surface 12 is transferred. To the transparent resin layer 70. Thereby, the outer surface of the transparent resin layer 70 is shaped in accordance with the surface shape 'of the first forming surface 12': a smooth and shiny surface or a surface having a pattern of leather, satin surface polishing, wood grain, cloth, or the like . Referring to Fig. 7, the resin material 80 for the core material is filled into the cavity 33. At this time, the resin material 80 for the core material is filled in the space s formed between the end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 and the second rib 72 of the transparent resin layer 70. The end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 is covered with a resin material 80 for the core material to conceal it. Thereby, moisture can be prevented from being absorbed from the end surface 63 of the first rib 61. The product quality of the resin molded article 50 can be maintained for a long period of time. The resin material 80 for the core material in the space s formed by the division is in contact with the transparent resin layer 70. The transparent resin layer 70 is melted and adhered while being mixed with the interface of the resin material 8〇 of the core material -14-201208851. The decorative member 60 is bonded to the transparent resin layer 70 by the resin material 80 for the core material. By holding the decorative member 60 inside, it is possible to form a resin molded article 5 which maintains the shape of the shaped product. After the mold is opened, the resin molded article 50 is taken out. By performing the above steps, the decorative member 60 having the decorative surface 67, the transparent resin layer 70 covering the decorative surface 67 of the decorative member 60, and the resin material 80 for the core material can be obtained. Molded product 5〇 (refer to Figure 1). As described above, the transparent resin layer 70 that overlaps the decorative surface 67 of the decorative member 60 and the first molding surface 12 facing the first mold 11 are placed in a combined manner by the method of manufacturing the resin molded article 50 of the present embodiment, and the core is placed. When the resin material 80 for the material is emitted to the back surface 69 of the decorative member 60, it is possible to prevent the resin material 80 for the molten core material from coming into contact with the decorative surface 67. Further, the carbonization or discoloration of the decorative surface 67 caused by the injection molding can be prevented, and the appearance quality of the resin molded article 50 can be improved. Further, the preparation step of applying the heat-resistant paint or the like to the decorative surface 67 can be saved. Therefore, the productivity of the resin molded article 50 can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In the state in which the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are temporarily joined to each other and integrated, the positioning operation is performed toward the molding die 1. Therefore, the positioning operation can be easily performed, and the work efficiency can be improved. The thickness w2 of the transparent resin layer 70 is formed to be larger than the thickness w1 of the decorative member 60, and the decorative surface 67 as the upper surface of the decorative member 60 is set to be closer to the neutral axis c in the thickness direction of the preliminary formed body 90 - 15- 201208851 Near the punch 4 1 side. Then, the bending force acting on the decorative member 60 can be reduced at the time of bending. Thereby, it is possible to appropriately prevent the occurrence of cracks in the decorative member 60, and to fill the space s formed between the end surface 63 of the first rib portion 61 of the decorative member 60 and the second rib 72 of the transparent resin layer 70. The resin material 80 for the core material is used. The decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 can be joined to each other via the resin material 80 for the core material to be filled. Then, it is obtained that the end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 is covered by the resin material 80 for the core material, and the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are bonded via the resin material 80 for the core material. Resin molded product 50. (Modification) Next, a modification of the above embodiment will be described. In the present modification, the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 are not temporarily joined, and the bending forming step and the disposing operation toward the forming mold 10 are performed. This point is different from the above-described embodiment in which the preliminary formed body 90 to be temporarily joined is subjected to a bending forming step and an arrangement operation to the forming die 10. The same members as those of the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a part of the description is omitted. Referring to Fig. 8(A), the decorative member 60 is prepared. The decorative member 60 is subjected to bending forming to perform a forming process. -16- 201208851 Referring to Fig. 8(B), a transparent resin layer 70 is prepared. The transparent resin layer 70 can be produced, for example, by a molding die for producing a transparent resin, and the molding die is provided with a molding surface which has been subjected to mirror finishing. In the illustrated example, the second rib 72 is formed in advance by injection molding of a molding die for producing a transparent resin. Referring to Fig. 9, the transparent resin layer 70 is placed in a state where the mold 10 is opened by the mold. The first forming surface 12 facing the first mold 11 is disposed in a closed configuration. Referring to Fig. 10, the decorative surface 60 is placed on the transparent resin layer 70 to dispose the decorative member 60 in the forming mold 10. After the mold is clamped to the mold, the resin material 80 for the core material is ejected to the back surface 69 of the decorative member 60. Further, a resin molded article 50 in which the decorative member 60, the transparent resin layer 70, and the resin material 80 for the core material are formed is formed. Since the step of temporarily joining the decorative member 60 and the transparent resin layer 70 is saved, the working procedure can be further reduced as compared with the above-described embodiment. Similarly to the above-described embodiment, the decorative surface of the decorative member 60 can be prevented during injection molding. 67 is carbonized or discolored, and the appearance quality of the resin molded article 50 can be improved. Therefore, the preparation step of applying the heat-resistant paint or the like to the decorative surface 67 can be saved, so that the productivity of the resin molded article 50 can be improved. In the modification 'the space 5 is also formed between the end surface 63 of the first rib 61 of the decorative member 60 and the second rib 72 of the transparent resin layer 70, by filling the resin material 8 for the core material to In the space s, the resin molded article 50 which conceals the end surface 63 of the first rib 61 can also be obtained. -17-201208851 (Other Modifications) In the above-described embodiment, the decorative member 60 is a wood decorative member using a flat protruding plate, and the decorative member 60 is not limited to wood, even if cloth, paper, or metal foil is used. When the paper decorative member 60 is used, the decorative surface 67 is constituted by a concave-convex pattern provided on the original surface of the paper, or a pattern, a graphic, a color block, a color halo, a character, or the like applied on the surface of the paper. Further, if the decorative member 60 such as a gold foil is used, the decorative surface 67 can be formed by the surface of the glossy metal foil. A backing material for improving rigidity can be attached to the back surface of the decorative member 60 using cloth, paper, metal case, or the like in the same manner as the wooden decorative member. When the cloth, the paper, the metal foil, or the like is used as the decorative member 60, the method of producing the resin molded article and the apparatus for manufacturing the resin molded article are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus the description thereof will be omitted. The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the modifications thereof, and the embodiments and the like are merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific technical matters disclosed in the above embodiments and the like, and various modifications, changes, substitution techniques, and the like which are easily derived therefrom are also included. For example, in the decorative member of the above-described embodiment, the surface on which the wood grain is left on the protruding plate is used as a decorative surface, and the decorative surface may be formed by attaching a film or the like with a pattern to wood or the like. The pattern in this case is not limited to the wood grain pattern, and may be appropriately changed depending on the intended use. -18- 201208851 The material or type of wood or the like constituting the wooden decorative member, the material or type of the cloth constituting the decorative member of the cloth, the material or type of the paper constituting the decorative member of the paper, and the metal foil of the decorative member constituting the metal foil The material or type is not particularly limited and may be appropriately changed. Further, the use of the resin molded article is not limited to the interior parts for vehicles, and can be widely applied to furniture or members constituting other pattern appearances.
