Description

14 Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a folding table capable of folding a top plate from a use position to a folding position, a top plate for the folding table, and the folding table The method of folding the table legs and the top plate. [Prior Art] Conventionally, there has been known a table (4) in which the top plate can be folded from the use position to the folding position for storage in a warehouse or the like. In addition, this (four) stacking table has a caster that protrudes downward from the lower end of the leg to contact the ground, and becomes a type of mobile table that can be moved on the ground (Patent Document: Special Opening 2〇〇8•购%号 bulletin) : Yes, Figure 1 and Figure 7). Such a mobile table has a swingable fine adjustment lock lever, a link member that drives the float linkage tube as the fine adjustment lock lever swings, and a lifting mechanism that extends the caster as the float linkage tube rotates. Moreover, with the lifting mechanism, when the top plate is in the use position, the chat wheel will leave the ground, and when the top plate is in the folded position, the casters will contact the ground 0 - the lifting mechanism of the moving table Multiple components such as levers and floats. Moreover, the rods and the like must be connected so that each of them can be actuated. Therefore, the number of parts is large and the combination is complicated, which increases manufacturing costs and increases manufacturing time. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the foregoing problems, the folding table of the present invention comprises: a top plate body, = moved to a use position and a folding position; a cam is coupled to the abutting body 'and can support the shaft as the center, along with the foregoing The movement of the top plate body and the 201200071 swinger; the first table leg is connected to the support shaft, and when the top plate body is in the use position, the top plate body is supported; and the second table leg is opposite to the foregoing The first table foot moves, when the top plate body is located at the folding position, and supports the top plate body through the support surface, when the top plate body is located at the use position, the support surface faces the opposite portion of the cam, when When the top plate body is located at the folding position, the support surface abuts against the abutting portion of the cam, and the distance from the support shaft to the abutting portion is longer than the distance from the support shaft to the opposing portion. The effect of the folding table of the present invention is that the first leg support can be easily switched to the second leg support by moving the top plate body from the use position to the retracted position. Moreover, the switching is achieved by a cam attached to the top body of the top plate and the support surface of the second leg. Therefore, the number of parts of the folding table can be reduced as compared with the prior art. In addition, the folding table can be easily assembled due to the small number of parts. Thereby, the manufacturing cost can be reduced while reducing the manufacturing time. [Embodiment] The foregoing and other technical contents, features, and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments. Embodiments of the invention are described below in accordance with the drawings. Fig. 1A is a plan view of the folding table of the present invention in which the n-circle 18 is a rear view of the user who sees the folding table. Further, Fig. 1A and Fig. ib show a state in which the top plate 1 is in the use position. The folding table has a top plate and a table top 2 for supporting the top plate J. This top plate 1 is supported to be movable relative to a pair of table legs 2. And the top plate 4 201200071 1 has a top plate body 11 which, in use, is supported slightly horizontally with respect to the ground 3 . Further, at the time of folding, the top plate body i 1 is supported in a state of being inclined several degrees with respect to the vertical line extending from the ground plane 3 toward the folding table. The table leg 2 has a table frame 21 as a first table leg, and supports the top plate 在 when the top plate body 11 is in the use position. Further, between the pair of leg frames 21, the through members 22 are connected to each other. Further, although not shown in Fig. i, the inner leg body 23 is accommodated as the second leg on the inner side of the leg frame 21, and the top plate 支持 can be supported when the top plate main body 11 is at the folding position (see Fig. 5). The top plate body 11 is mounted with a front bezel 12. Further, a top frame 13 is further mounted on the top plate body u, and the top frame 13 is welded to a pair of top plate arms 17 (Fig. 2). That is to say, the pair of top plate arms π are connected to each other by the top frame 13. Further, a locking lever 14 which is swingable to lock the top plate 1 or to unlock the top plate 1 is attached to the top plate arm 17, respectively. The pair of locking bars 14 are coupled by a shaft 15. Therefore, as long as the lock lever 14 on one side swings around the shaft μ, the lock lever 14 on the other side will also move in conjunction with the shaft 15 as a center. Figure 2 is a side view of the folding table. Fig. 2A shows the state in which the top plate body is in the use position, that is, the folding table in use. In addition, Fig. 2 shows the state in which the top body U is in the folded position, that is, the folding table when the folding is displayed. Further, the folding table of the present invention is bilaterally symmetrical, so that only the side surface of the _ side is displayed, and the other side surface is omitted. 201200071 The locking rod 14 is pushed toward the top plate to swing it in the direction indicated by the arrow 50, so that the locking can be released. The top body u, which is located at the use position, is supported slightly horizontally with respect to the ground 3 . By releasing the locking of the top plate, the top plate 1 can be rotated to the folded position as shown in Fig. 2B. In addition, the front bezel is connected to the leg frame 21 through the connecting rod 18, and is connected to the top plate through a connecting rod (not shown). Therefore, if the top plate is rotated between the use position and the folding position, the front bezel is used. 12 will also move with the rotation of the top plate. The top plate 1 in use is supported by the table frame 21. Therefore, the base cover 24 attached to the bottom frame portion 213 of the leg frame 21 and the adjustment member 25 screwed to the bottom frame portion (1) are in contact with the grounding surface 3<> when the top plate} is moved to the collapsed position, the top plate 1 will The inner leg 23 accommodated in the leg frame 21 is moved as a support in a direction away from the ground plane 3. At this time, since the table frame 21 also moves with the top plate 1, the base cover 24 and the adjusting member 25 are also moved away from the ground surface 3. Thereby, the top plate i at the time of folding is supported by the inner leg body 23. Therefore, there is a pair of women's inner leg 23 contacting the grounding surface 3 with the caster 26. A guide cover 27 is embedded in the front end of the leg frame 21. Thereby, the guide cover 27, the cam portion of the top arm arm, and the like are shielded from the outside. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from accidentally getting a finger or the like into the gap between the top arm 17 and the leg frame 21, and the like. In addition, the guide cover 27 is formed with a hook 28 for hanging the article. Alternatively, the hook 28 may not be formed if the article is not required to be hung. Figure 3 shows the top panel 1 of the folding table. Fig. 3A is a schematic side view of the top plate 1, and Fig. 3B is an enlarged view of the A_A cross section of Fig. 3A. In addition, the illustration of the front bezel 12 and the lock spring is omitted in Fig. 3a. Further, since the structure of the top plate 1 is bilaterally symmetrical, only the top side of the i side is displayed in the _3A. 6 201200071 Figure 3A's top plate! Below the top body u of the top plate, that is, on the side of the side of the table leg 2, the top of the top plate is formed from the steel plate. The top arm arm is composed of a support portion m for supporting the top plate body, a cam portion 172 which is a cam of the folding table, and a central portion 173 between the support portion 171 and the cam portion 172, and has a U-shaped cross section. The top plate arm 17 is screwed to the top plate body by screws, and the screws are inserted into the screw holes formed in the center portion 173. Further, the support portion 171 is welded to the top frame frame. Moreover, a locking rod 14 is mounted on the top arm 17. The lock lever 14 is swingable about the shaft 15, and a lock plate 141 is mounted on the inner side of the lock lever 14. Thus, the locking plate 141 abuts against the first locking groove 41 of the through frame 219 of the leg frame 21 when the top plate is supported in the use position (Fig. 5a). Further, the support portion π of the top arm 17 and the cam portion 172 are connected by the stopper i. The stopper 174 abuts against the second locking groove 42 of the through frame 219 when the top plate 1 is supported in the use position (Fig. 5A). Further, a & 177 is formed on the support portion (7) and the cam portion 172 for supporting the top plate! The support shaft is inserted. Further, the cam portion 172 is formed with an abutting portion 175 which abuts against the support surface of the leg 2 when the top plate main body n is in the retracted position. Further, the cam portion 172 is formed with a facing portion 176' facing the supporting surface of the table leg 2 when the top plate body is in the use position. Thus, the distance from the hole 177 of the support shaft to the abutment portion 175 is longer than the distance from the hole 177 of the support shaft to the opposite portion 176. Therefore, by the rotation of the top plate body, the abutting portion 175 abuts against the supporting surface of the leg 2 and the supporting surface is moved, and the supporting shaft moves away from the grounding surface. Thereby, the top plate arm 17 having the cam portion 172 is also moved away from the ground contact surface. Further, in the state where the top plate is mounted on the table 201200071, the distance from the support shaft 19 to the abutment portion 175 is longer than the distance from the support shaft 19 to the opposite portion 176. (Figure ι〇). In the α·A section in Fig. A, as shown in Fig. 3B, a locking plate 141 is attached to the locking rod μ. The locking plate 141 is swung with the swinging of the locking rod 14 and the other locking spring 144 is inserted into the spring receiving portion 143 of the locking rod 14. One end of the locking spring 144 abuts against the central portion (7) of the top plate arm 17, and the other end abuts the stop member 148 of the locking bar 14 (Fig. 4). Thereby, the locking spring 144 gives the elastic rod b to the direction of the locking rod 14 away from the top plate body 11. Therefore, when the locking is released, the user must swing the locking rod 14 against the elastic force of the locking spring 丨44. . Further, the lock lever 4 and the lock plate 141 are inserted by the shaft 15. The shaft 15 is also inserted into the cam portion 172 of the top plate arm 17 and the hole 142 of the support portion (7). Therefore, the "locking lever 14" can swing around the shaft 15. Further, the shaft 15 is attached to the cam portion 172 by the outer fixing member 145, and is attached to the supporting portion ι71 by the inner side fixing member 146. The circle 4 shows the knife lock lever 14, the lock plate 141, and the lock spring 144. The inside of the locking rod 14 is formed with a groove for receiving the locking (four) i. The locking plate (4) is embedded in this groove 147+. Further, a spring receiving portion 143 is formed on the lock lever 14. The locking spring 144 is embedded in the spring receiving portion 143. The end of the locking spring 144 embedded in the magazine receiving portion 143 abuts the stopper 148 of the locking rod 14. A hole 149 through which the shaft is inserted is formed inside the lock plate 141 and the spring receiving portion 丨43. Further, since the cross section of the shaft 15 of the present embodiment is rectangular, each of the holes 149 has a rectangular outer shape. Further, the locking plate 141 is formed with a locking groove that the 201200071 locking projection 40' abuts against the through frame 2i9 of the leg frame 21. (4) Fig. 5A is a schematic side view showing the table leg 2 in a state where the top plate 1 is in the use position. Further, Fig. 5B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of Fig. 5B. Further, since the pair of table legs 2 have a symmetrical structure, only the table legs 2' of the side are shown in Fig. 5, and the table legs 2 of the other side are omitted. Further, the table leg 2 in this embodiment has a hook 28 (Fig. 2), but for the sake of simplicity of explanation, the hook 28 is illustrated. The table leg frame 21 of the table leg 2 has a bottom frame portion 213 and a frame body 212. The frame body 212 is welded to be inclined with respect to the bottom frame portion 213. Further, the through frame 219 in which the snail is formed of a steel plate is used as a supporting member for connecting the top plate 1 and the table leg 2. A first locking groove 41 and a second locking groove 42 are formed in the through frame 219. The first locking groove 41 and the second locking yoke are locked with the locking protrusions 40 of the locking plate 14 (FIG. 4), and the locking protrusions 40 of the locking plate 141 are connected to the locking rod. 14 on the one. In other words, the first locking groove 41 and the second locking groove 42' of the through frame 219 and the locking projections 4' of the locking plate 141 form a locking mechanism for the folding table. Further, the through-frame 22 is welded to the through frame 219, and the through-frame 22 is connected to the through-frame 219 of the other leg. Further, a through hole 214 is formed in the through frame 219 for insertion of one end of the support shaft 19 (Fig. 6) for supporting the top plate. In addition, the other end of the support shaft 19 is inserted into the hole 177 of the top plate arm π (Fig. 3). Thereby, the top plate 1 is connected to the table legs 2 and is supported. Referring to Fig. 6, the state in which the top board 1 is connected to the table foot 2 will be described below. Fig. 6 shows the connecting portion of the top plate 1 and the table leg 2 of the folding table in use, and the C-C cross section in Fig. 2 is also enlarged. In Fig. 6, a through frame 219 is connected to the frame body 212 of the 201200071 of the leg frame 21, and the through frame 219 is welded with the through-web 22. Further, the support shaft 19 is inserted into the support portion (7) of the top arm 7 and the hole 177 of the cam portion 172. Thereby, the support portion 171 and the cam portion 172 are connected to the through frame 219 through the support shaft 19. That is, the top plate 连接 connects the table legs 2 having the frame body 212 through the support portion 171 and the cam portion 172. Thus, the top plate 连接 is connected to the table foot 2 only by the support shaft 19 and is supported. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, and the folding table can be simply combined. Moreover, the top plate 丨 and the table legs 2 can be easily separated by simply removing the support shaft 19. By this, the folding space of the folding table can be reduced, and the folding table can be easily carried. Further, in use, there is a gap between the opposing portion 176 of the cam portion 172 and the inner end block 231 of the (10) body 23 housed in the leg frame. That is to say, the inner leg body 23 does not support the top plate i. Further, in the ® 6, an inner plate 215 is disposed between the frame body 212 and the inner leg body 23. The through frame 219 and the inner plate 215 are screwed together on the leg frame 21. However, the through frame 219 and the leg frame 21 can also be formed in a body. At this time, the through-hole 22 is welded to the leg frame 21, and a part of the frame body 212 of the leg frame 21 extends in the direction of the top plate i. The locking projection of the locking plate 141, as shown in Fig. 4), is locked at the extended portion. Referring back to Fig. 5, the foot frame 21 houses the inner leg body 23, and the inner leg body 23 is provided with the caster 26. The front end of the leg frame 21 is inserted with a guide cover 27 to restrict the movement of the inner leg body 23. Therefore, when the inner leg body 23 will frame the table legs. When the inner side is pushed in the direction of the top plate 1, the inner leg body 23 will protrude to the portion of the guide cover 27. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the leg body 23 from being detached from the leg frame 21 when the table legs 2 are combined. In addition, the guide cover 27 has a guide portion 271 that is inserted into the leg frame 21. 10 201200071 When the inner leg body 23 is attached, the inner end piece 231 of the inner leg body 23 is inserted into the inner side of the guide portion 271. Thereby, even if the inner leg body 23 moves inside the leg frame 21, the movement of the inner leg body can be restricted by the abutment of the inner end block 231. Therefore, when the folding table is moved, the inner leg U can be prevented from coming into contact with the inner surface of the leg frame 21 to generate a click sound. Further, the inner leg body 23 has a base portion 232 to which the caster 26 is attached, and an inner leg body 233 which connects the base portion 232. The inner leg body 233 is internally hollow, and an inner guide 234 is attached between the inner leg body 23 and the leg frame 21. More specifically, the inner guide 234 is mounted on the outer side of the inner leg body and is located inside the frame body 212. The inner leg body 23 is housed in the leg frame 21 in a state in which the inner guide 234 is attached. Regarding the inner guide 234, a more detailed description will be made below with reference to the drawings. The inner guide 234 has a locking projection 235' which is engaged with the locking hole 236 of the inner leg body 233. Further, a plurality of convex portions 237 are formed on the outer surface of the inner guide 234 to abut against the inner surface of the frame body 212. Thereby, even if the inner leg body 23 in the leg frame 21 is biased, the movement of the inner leg body 23 is restricted by the plural projections π abutting against the inner surface of the frame body 212. Further, the inner guide member 234 is sized to abut against the outer surface of the inner leg body 233. Further, the inner guide 234 is fitted from the front end of the inner leg body 23 and slidable to the locking hole 236 of the inner leg body 233. Further, the inner guide 234 can be attached by sliding the locking projection 235 of the inner guide 234 to a position where it engages with the locking hole 236. Further, the inner leg body 23 is movable in the direction of the grounding surface 3 and the direction of the top plate i with respect to the table leg frame 21. That is, the inner leg body 23 can be moved in the direction of the ground plane 3 and the side of the top plate i 201200071 in the leg frame 21. Further, the height of the rear side of the bottom frame portion 213 of the leg frame 21 is formed to be lower than the height of the front side. That is, the height of the bottom frame portion 213 on the side of the user is formed to be lower than the height of the side of the front bezel 12. On the other hand, the base portion 232 of the inner leg body 23 disposed inside the bottom frame portion 213 is also formed such that the height of the rear side is lower than the height of the front side. This prevents the user from being caught by the bottom frame portion 213 when the user enters the space where the folding table is located on the side of the user. Therefore, the user can easily enter and exit. The table frame 21 will be described in further detail with reference to Fig. 7'. Further, Fig. 7 is a view showing a state in which the leg frame 21 is seen from the inner side of the folding table, that is, a state in which the leg frame 21 is viewed from the center side of the folding table. Further, the upper side of Fig. 7 shows the guide cover 27 inserted into the leg frame 21. On the right side of Fig. 7, a through frame 219 which is screwed to the outside of the leg frame 2i is shown. The guide cover 27 is formed with a first screw hole 276. The through hole 219 is formed with a first screw hole 216, a second screw hole 217, and a third screw hole 218. Further, a first screw hole 226, a second screw hole 227, and a third screw hole 228 are formed in the inner plate 215 which is screwed to the frame body 212 of the table leg frame 21 and the inside of the table leg frame 21. Further, a hole 214 for supporting the insertion of the support shaft 19 of the top plate is formed on the through frame 219. Further, the through material 22 is welded to the outer surface of the frame 219, that is, the surface of the frame body 212. The first screw hole 276 of the guide cover 27, the first screw hole 216 of the through frame 219, and the first screw hole 226 of the frame body 212 and the inner plate 215 are disposed coaxially. The positions of the second screw holes 217 and 227 and the third screw holes 218 and 228 are also disposed coaxially. The first screw holes 276, 216 and 226 12 201200071 are inserted by screws from the outer surface side of the through frame 219. Thereby, the through frame 219, the inner plate 215, and the guide cover 27 are oppositely connected to the frame body 2^2. Similarly, the second screw hole 217 of the Beton frame 219, the frame body 212 and the second screw hole 227 of the inner plate 215 are also screwed, and the third screw hole 218 of the through frame 219 and the frame body 2 i 2 and the inner plate 2 are similarly inserted. ! The third screw hole 2 2 8 of 5 also has a screw insertion. A bottom frame portion 213 is welded to the frame body 212. The rear side of the bottom frame portion 213 is an inherent adjustment member 25. When in use, by rotating the adjustment member 25, the height of the folding table can be adjusted. Further, the front side of the bottom frame portion 213 is also screwed to the base cover 24. This base cover 24 has a step portion 241 inside. The position of the step portion 241 corresponds to the position of the step portion 238 (Fig. 9) of the base portion 232 of the inner leg body 23. Thereby, even if the inner leg body 23 moves in the direction in which it is detached, the step portion 241 of the base cover 24 abuts before the inner leg body 23 comes off from the table frame 21. Therefore, the inner leg body 23 can be prevented from coming off the table frame 21. With such a step portion 24j, it is not necessary to separately provide a member for preventing the inner leg body 23 from coming off, and the number of parts can be reduced. Next, referring to Fig. 8, the guide cover 27 will be described in more detail. Fig. 8A shows the guide cover 27 as seen from the inside direction of the folding table, and the 胄 8B shows the D-D section in Fig. 8a. Further, Fig. 8C shows the guide cover 27 as seen from the front side of the folding table. Further, the guide cover 27 of the present embodiment is formed with a hook 28, but the illustration of the hook 28 is omitted. In Fig. 8B, in addition to the guide cover 27, the inner leg body 23, the inner plate 215, the screw 277, and the table leg frame 21 are all shown by two dotted lines. The guide cover 27 is formed with a first recess 279 that fits the inner leg body 23. On the outer side of the first recess 279, a second recess 278 is formed for mounting in the inner surface of the leg frame 21 13 201200071. Further, the guide cover 27 is formed with a screw hole 276. The screw 277 inserted into the screw hole 276 penetrates the leg frame 21 and the first screw hole 226 of the inner plate 215. Thereby, the guide cover 27 is relatively screwed to the leg frame 21. The lower end of the cow cover 27, that is, the side of the table frame 21, is formed with a guide portion 271. The end portion of the guide portion 271 is formed with a slope 280. By this inclined surface 28, the end portion of the guide portion 271 becomes thinner. Therefore, the guide cover 27 can be easily inserted into the leg frame 21 in a state in which the inner leg body 23 has been accommodated. Further, as shown in Fig. 8C, the front end portion of the guide cover 27 is formed with a second recess 28 to secure the arrangement space of the cam portion 172 of the top plate arm 17. In a state in which the folding table has been assembled, the facing portion I% and the abutting portion 175 of the cam portion 172 are located inside the third recess portion 281. Therefore, the opposing portion 176 and the abutting portion are used both at the time of use and at the time of folding. The crucible 5 is in a state of being shielded by the head portion 282 of the guide cover 27. Next, the inner leg body 23 will be described in more detail with reference to Fig. 9. The inner leg body 233 and the base portion 232 of the inner leg body 23 are formed of a steel plate. The inner leg body 233 is welded to the base portion 232. One of the base portions is formed with a splicing block projecting toward the inner leg body 233. Further, the front portion of the base portion 232 is formed with a step portion 238. Further, it is mounted on the leg frame The base cover 2' of the bottom frame portion 213 of the bottom portion 213 is formed with a step portion 24 at a position corresponding to the position of the step (10), thereby preventing the inner leg body 23 from coming off the leg frame 21. The base portion 232 and the inner leg body 233 may also be formed from a steel plate body. The base portion 232 has a caster 26 screwed thereon, and the caster % can be pivoted around the screw. Therefore, when moving the folding table, Change the direction of the caster 26 to the direction of movement. Also 'for screwing The screw hole 14 of the caster 26 201200071 is not limited to two. The position of the caster 26 can also be changed by forming three or more screw holes. The front end of the foot body 233 of the inner leg body 23, that is, the top plate 丨The end portion of the side is embedded with a resin inner end block 23A. The inner end block 231 is formed with a support surface 239 which is inclined with respect to the opposite portion 176 of the cam portion 172. The support surface 239 is located at the top plate. When the position is closed, the abutting portion 175 of the cam 172 of the top plate arm 17 is abutted. Thereby, the top plate 1 is supported via the inner end block 231, the inner leg body 233, the base portion 232 and the casters 26. At the table leg 2 of the inner leg body 23, the caster 26 is first screwed to the base portion 232 of the inner leg body 23. The inner guide member 234 is then inserted into the inner leg body 233. At this time, the inner guide member 234 is slid until the latching projection 235 (as shown in Fig. 5) and the locking hole 236 of the inner leg body 233 are locked to each other. Thereafter, the inner end block 231 is inserted into the front end of the inner leg body 233. Then, the combined inner leg 23 is inserted into the leg frame. 21, and the through frame 219 and the inner plate 215 are screwed to the leg frame 21. Finally, the guide cover 27 is embedded in the table leg The front end of the 21 is screwed to the table frame 21. Further, the through frame 219' of the combined table leg 2 is connected by the top arm 17 of the top plate 1 and the support shaft 19. Next, the folding will be described using FIG. The operation of the table. Fig. 1A shows the state during use. Fig. 1 〇B shows the state in the middle of the pick-up, and Fig. 1 shows the state at the time of folding. In addition, the action of the locking mechanism and the cam are also shown in Fig. 10. The operation of the portion 172. For the sake of convenience of explanation, the members such as the guide cover 27 are omitted. First, the operation of the locking mechanism will be described. Folding table in use, lock 15 201200071 The locking projection 40 of the fixing plate 141 abuts against the first locking groove 41 of the through frame 219. The stopper 174 of the top arm 17 abuts against the second locking groove 42 of the through frame 219. Thereby, the top plate 1 is locked and fixed with respect to the table leg 2 when in the use position. Further, when the top plate 1 is in the use position, the lock lever 14 is biased toward the table 2 by the lock spring 144 (Fig. 4). When the top plate 1 is to be folded, the user opposes the elastic force of the locking spring 144, so that the locking rod swings in the direction of the top plate with the shaft 15 as the center. The locking of the locking projection 40 and the first locking groove 41 is thus released. After the lock is released, the user lifts the top plate 1 in the direction indicated by the arrow 5 with the support shaft 19 as the center. Thereby, the lock lever 14 and the lock plate 141 are moved to the midway position shown in Fig. _. Further, the stopper m is simultaneously moved to the position halfway up as shown in Fig. iB. As a result, the stopper m moves in a direction away from the second locking groove 42. ▽ After standing, the occupant stops operating the locking rod... The locking rod 14 is again subjected to the locking spring = the elastic potential energy to the table foot 2 direction. Thereby, the lock lever 2 swings in the direction of the table leg indicated by the arrow 52. As a result, when the locking projection 4 of the lock plate 41 is abutted, the top plate 1 is locked and fixed with respect to the table leg 2 with respect to the footrest-locking groove 42. Next, the description of the cam portion 丨72 will be described.

導件部 a… 22Style Zhuo #4@, action, and the action of the J-type fruit accompanying the action. As shown in Fig. 1A, the arm 17 > hall is not, the folding table in use, in the opposite direction of the top cam section 172, there is a support 5 board with the arrow 'with the inner end block 231 The arm Π support portion 171, =: gap. The top plate 1 is supported by the (4) 19, the Beton frame 219, the frame body 212 16 201200071 bottom frame portion 213, the base cover 24 and the adjusting member 25. Therefore, in use, the base cover 24 and the adjusting member 25 of the bottom frame portion 213 abut against the grounding surface 3 as indicated by an arrow b. That is, in use, the top plate 1 owes support to the leg frame 21 . Further, at the time of use, the inner leg body 23 moves in the direction of the ground contact surface 3 inside the leg frame 21 due to its own weight. Therefore, the caster 26 of the inner leg 23 also abuts against the ground plane 3. Thereafter, when the user lifts the top plate 锁 to lift the top plate ,, as shown in Fig. 10B, the cam portion 172 also oscillates with the rotation of the top plate 1. That is, the cam portion 172 which can support the pivoting of the shaft 19 is connected to the top plate body u as a part of the top arm 17. Therefore, the cam portion 摆动2 is swung with the rotation of the top plate body u. As a result, as the arrow 〇 does not, the abutting portion 175 of the cam portion 172 abuts against the supporting surface 239 of the inner end block 231. Further, in FIG. 3A, the distance from the support shaft 19 of the top plate 1 to the abutment portion 175 of the cam portion 172 is indicated by an arrow g. The distance from the support shaft 19 of the top plate j to the opposite portion 176 of the cam portion 172 is indicated by the arrow "the distance indicated by the arrow g, which is shorter than the distance indicated by the arrow h. That is, the self-supporting shaft 19 The distance from the abutting portion 175 is longer than the distance from the support shaft 19 to the opposite portion 176. Therefore, as the top plate 1 is rotated, the abutting portion 175 moves up to the support surface 239 and supports upwardly. In other words, the abutting portion climbs up the support surface 239 and moves away from the ground plane 3. Thereby, the abutting portion 175 abuts the front end closer to the inner position 231, and as a result, with the rotation The distance between the movable top plate 1' from the support shaft 19 to the grounding surface 3 will become longer. Also 17 201200071 means that the support shaft 19 moves away from the ground plane 3 = the shaft 19 is connected to the top plate through the support portion of the top plate arm 17 Ben =, = through frame 219 to connect the frame body of the table leg frame 21 away from the ground plane 3, then the top plate of the second plate Si moves away from the ground plane 3, and when the table leg = 1 far_ground 3, pure (4) Support of the convex body 23. Also illusion Figure _ shows that the top plate 1 掀 to a certain extent, and the top W is received inside The state supported by the body 23. In this state, as shown by the arrow W, the adjusting member 25 and the base cover 24 float from the ground plane 3, and if passed through the caster 26 abutting the grounding surface 3, the inner leg body 23 is supported. Further rotating the top plate to move the top plate to the folding position shown in FIG. 1c, the position at which the abutting portion 175 abuts the supporting surface 239 is moved to a position more than the supporting surface 239 as indicated by an arrow e. Therefore, the support shaft (4) moves further away from the ground plane 3, and the top plate body and the table frame Μ also move further away from the ground plane 3. As a result, the top plate i is rotated to the retracted position. When the gap between the grounding surface 3 and the adjusting member 25 and the base cover 24 is the widest as shown by the arrow f, the above description is directed to the embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited by the configuration of the embodiment. The configuration of the above embodiment can be appropriately changed within the scope of not substantially changing the scope of the present invention. For example, the through frame 219 of the above embodiment is screwed to the inner side surface of the leg frame 21, that is, near the side of the top plate 1. Side. However, it can also be used with table legs. The frame 21 is integrally formed with the through frame 219. At this time, a part of the leg frame 21 can be extended, and the through frame 219 is formed by the extending portion by 18 201200071. In addition, the top plate arm 17 of the above embodiment, The support portion i7i and the cam ^ 172 are formed separately. However, the support portion m and the cam portion (7) may be formed separately. At this time, the support portion (7) and the cam portion 172 are respectively screwed to the top plate body 11. In the embodiment, the leg body 23 is prevented from coming off by the guide cover 27. However, a long hole may be formed in the (10) body 23 so that the screw inserted into the screw hole of the through frame 219 is also inserted into the long hole to prevent this. Fall off. At this time, even if the leg body 23 is biased in the table leg frame 21 0, the movement of the inner leg body 23 can be restricted because the screw abuts against the periphery of the long hole. Further, the support surface 239 of the inner end block 231 in the present invention may have a shape in which the height from the caster 26 can be increased. Therefore, the shape of the support surface 239 is not limited to the inclined plane, and may be a curved shape or a stepped shape having a slight height difference. Further, the inner end block 231 may not be provided, and the support surface 239 may be formed directly at the front end of the inner leg body 23. The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, that is, the simple equivalent changes and modifications made by the scope of the invention and the description of the invention are All remain within the scope of the invention patent.
