201143739 六、發明說明： 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於將包裝有吸收性物品之包裝體複數個連 續地配置且能拆離成各個包裝體的吸收性物品之連續包裝 - 體。 【先前技術】 衛生棉等的吸收性物品，一般是以一定數量裝塡在包 裝袋（使用樹脂薄膜等的外裝薄片而形成）內的形態來販 售。 此外，將吸收性物品個別獨立包裝之包裝體以沿著縱 方向連續地配置之連續包裝體的形態販售的情形，是以開 發中國家和新興國家爲中心而廣泛地進行著。依據這種販 售形態，需要者是將包裝體拆離而僅購入所需數量的吸收 性物品。沿縱方向連續地配置之複數個包裝體，可掛設在 店鋪內之適當場所進行販售，因此對於店鋪空間狹窄的情 況非常適合。 在這種吸收性物品之連續包裝體，若將一個包裝體拆 離，沿著形成於外裝薄片（用來包裝吸收性物品）之穿孔 使外裝薄片一起破裂而將包裝體開啓的構造，是已知的（ 參照專利文獻1 )。 [專利文獻1]國際公開第02/09467 8號 【發明內容】 -5- 201143739 然而，上述習知的連續包裝體的構造，存在著以下的 問題。亦即，若將一個包裝體拆離，由於包裝薄片會一起 破裂而將包裝體開啓，所包裝的吸收性物品在開啓的時候 容易掉下。掉到地板、地面等之吸收性物品，被弄髒而成 爲不衛生的狀態，結果有變得無法使用的問題。此外，上 述習知的連續包裝體的情況，受到輸送時的振動等會使包 裝體內部的吸收性物品發生位置偏移，而有吸收性物品容 易變形的問題。 於是，本發明的目的是爲了提供一種吸收性物品之連 續包裝體，在包裝有吸收性物品之包裝體連續地配置且可 拆離成各個該包裝體的情況，能夠抑制拆離時之吸收性物 品的掉落、在包裝體內部之吸收性物品的變形。 爲了解決上述課題，本發明具有以下的特徵。首先， 本發明的第1特徵，是將吸收性物品（衛生棉1 〇 )藉由 外裝薄片（外裝薄片3)個別包裝而構成包裝體（包裝體 2)，將複數個包裝體連續地配置且能沿著形成於包裝體 之截斷線部（截斷線部4 )拆離成各個包裝體的吸收性物 品之連續包裝體（衛生棉之連續包裝體1 )，吸收性物品 之至少一部分，是固定在外裝薄片的內側面。 本發明的第2特徵，是在本發明的第1特徵中，吸收 性物品係具備：與穿戴者的皮膚抵接之表面（表面6A ) 、與穿戴者的衣服抵接之背面（背面6B )，吸收性物品 的背面之至少一部分是固定在外裝薄片的內側面。 本發明的第3特徵，是在本發明的第2特徵中，在吸 -6 - 201143739 收性物品的背面形成可黏著於衣服之黏著部（背面黏著部 17)，黏著部是可剝離地固定於外裝薄片的內側面（內側 面7)。 本發明的第4特徵，是在本發明的第3特徵中，在吸 收性物品的背面和外裝薄片的內側面相對向的狀態下，沿 著與包裝體所連續的連續方向（連續方向D2)正交的方 向（折疊方向D 1 )將吸收性物品和外裝薄片一起折疊， 藉此來形成包裝體；在外裝薄片，沿著連續方向形成開啓 用拆離線部（開啓用拆離線部8)，開啓用拆離線部，在 包裝體俯視下，是形成在與外裝薄片的內側面和吸收性物 品的背面之固定部分不同的位置。 本發明的第5特徵，是在本發明的第4特徵中，包裝 體的折疊方向上之吸收性物品的一端部，在將折疊的包裝 體展開後的狀態下，並未被外裝薄片覆蓋而形成露出。 依據本發明的特徵所提供之吸收性物品之連續包裝體 ，在包裝有吸收性物品之包裝體連續地配置且可拆離成各 個該包裝體的情況，能夠抑制拆離時之吸收性物品的掉落 、在包裝體內部之吸收性物品的變形。 【實施方式】 以下，針對本發明的衛生棉之連續包裝體1的實施形 態，參照圖式來作說明。又在以下圖式的記載中，對於相 同或類似的部分，是賦予相同或類似的符號。但應注意的 是，圖式是示意的，各尺寸的比例等是和現實的物品不同 201143739 因此’具體的尺寸等，應參酌以下的說明來判斷。又 圖式彼此間’當然會包含彼此的尺寸關係和比例不同的部 分。 (1 )衛生棉的連續包裝體1 (以下稱連續包裝體1 )的槪 略構造 第1圖係本實施形態的連續包裝體1之整體立體圖。 第1圖所示的連續包裝體1.係包含：衛生棉10、以 及包裝衛生棉10之外裝薄片3。外裝薄片3，是連續的薄 片狀物’用來將衛生棉10包裝成袋狀。作爲外裝薄片3 的材料可列舉：厚5〜5 〇em的聚丙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯、 聚乙烯醇、不織布、紙、以及其等的複合材料等。再者， 外裝薄片3的內側宜經由剝離處理劑等實施剝離處理，如 此可與衛生棉1 〇的防移位黏著劑直接固定。具體的是採 用，在40 a m的聚乙烯薄膜的內側，藉由黏著劑固定剝 離紙的方法。 在連續包裝體1形成有密封加工部5，其能將藉由外 裝薄片3包裝之衛生棉10各個分開。密封加工部5，是 藉由嚙入壓花、黏著材、膠帶等將外裝薄片3接合而形成 。藉由密封加工部5，可形成複數個將衛生棉1 0個別包 裝之包裝體2。在本實施形態，藉由將五個包裝體2連續 地配置而形成一個連續包裝體1。 此外，在本贲施形態，是在密封加工部5實施穿孔加 201143739 工而形成截斷線部4 ’藉此可按照所需的衛生棉1 〇數目 而從連續包裝體1將包裝體2拆離。從連續包裝體1拆離 後的包裝體2成爲第2圖的狀態。 (2 )包裝體的構造 第2圖係顯示從連續包裝體1拆離後的包裝體2之立 體圖。第3圖係沿著第2圖的A-A線之包裝體2的截面 圖。 如第2圖、第3圖所示，是將衛生棉1 0的衣服抵接 面（背面6B )和外裝薄片3的內側面7以相對向的狀態 一起折疊，藉此來形成包裝體2。 具體而言，是在衛生棉1〇的背面6B側配置外裝薄片 3，並將衛生棉1 〇的背面6B之至少一部分固定在外裝薄 片3的內側面7。在本實施形態’衛生棉1 〇的背面6 B和 外裝薄片3的內側面7 ’是透過黏著部14、黏著部1 5固 定在一起。藉由黏著部14及黏著部15固定後的衛生棉 1 〇和外裝薄片3，是朝向衛生棉1 0的皮膚抵接面（表面 6 A )側且沿著折疊方向D 1 ’ 一起折成三折。包含黏著部 1 4、1 5之衛生棉1 〇的詳細構造隨後敘述。 外裝薄片3及衛生棉1 〇，折疊成包裝體2的狀態下 形成於外側之折疊方向D 1的端部分別爲端部3 A、端部 1 0 A。此外，外裝薄片3及衛生棉1 〇，折疊成包裝體2的 狀態下形成於內側之折疊方向D1的端部分別爲端部3 B、 端部10B »在此情況，在將包裝體2朝折疊方向D1展開 ~ 9 -
