Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a container for tobacco which can accommodate tobacco products. [Prior Art] Tobacco products include smokeless tobacco products such as smokeless cigarettes (snus), chewing tobacco, and snuff. These smokeless tobacco products contain tobacco material that is shredded or ground into a powder. The user uses smokeless tobacco products in the mouth or in the nose. Smokeless tobacco products are generally moisturized articles in which water or perfume is added to the tobacco material. Further, the smokeless tobacco product is provided directly in the form of a tobacco material, or a tobacco bag type (pocket type) in which the tobacco material is contained in a small non-woven bag of 44g to 1.5g. The container for accommodating such a smokeless tobacco product needs to have a sealing property capable of preventing the contents (tobacco material or cigarette bag) from being spilled to the outside or maintaining the amount of water contained in the smokeless tobacco product within a predetermined range. Here, for the container form of the smokeless tobacco product, for example, there is a proposal of a flat cylindrical container shown in Patent Document 1. The container of Patent Document 1 is a resin product, and has a container body and a lid body which are formed in a cup shape, respectively. The cover is overlaid on the container body to open and close the container body. More specifically, the container has convex portions on the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the container body and the inner peripheral surface of the lid body. Further, when the lid body is opened and closed, the convex portion of the lid body passes over the convex portion of the container body by elastic deformation of the container body and the lid body, and the engagement of the convex portions and the engagement can be completed. Lifted. That is, by engaging the convex portions with each other, the lid body is closed, and by releasing the engagement, the lid body is opened. [Patent Document 1] [Patent Document 1] US Patent No. 4,094, 842, [Description of the Invention] (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the case of the container of Patent Document 1, by making the container body The convex portions of the cover are engaged with each other and form an engaging portion, and the container is sealed. In order to further improve the sealing property of the container, it is necessary to increase the engaging force of the engaging portion. For example, in order to increase the engagement force of the engaging portion, it is necessary to form a material which is not easily deformed elastically by the container main body and the lid body. However, in this case, sometimes the user may take considerable effort to open and close the lid. On the other hand, in order to make the lid body easy to open and close, it is easy to use the material which is elastically deformed, which may affect the sealing property of the container, and thus is not ideal. When the container is easily opened, the child can easily open. container. Furthermore, as for the smokeless cigarette type, it is necessary to discard the used cigarette. However, in the case where there is no garbage can in the vicinity, the disposal of the used non-leaf cigarettes may also cause trouble. The object of the present invention is to provide a high degree of sealing of the container, and to easily open and close the lid body, and prevent the child from accidentally playing '::: 22 can simply carry out the disposal of the used tobacco product. [Means for Solving the Problem] 322714 5 201139222 In order to achieve the above object, a container for tobacco according to the present invention is a container for tobacco for containing a tobacco product, characterized in that it has a cylindrical container body and is respectively provided at both end walls The utility model has a circular opening and has a partition wall separating the inner partition into two receiving chambers, and the respective receiving chambers are opened through the corresponding openings; two circular lid bodies are detachably fitted to the openings respectively, The first opening is closed, and the other side is rotatable around the axis of the container body; the two elastic sealing members are respectively disposed on the opening and the cover when the cover is respectively fitted into the opening. Between the two to seal the receiving chamber; and two locking devices, relative to the container body, when the cover is at the first rotation angle position Engaging and disassembling the cover body to prevent detachment of the cover body when the cover body is at a second rotation angle position different from the first rotation angle position, wherein the locking device includes: a protruding portion And a guiding groove provided in the container body for guiding the protruding portion, the guiding groove having: an outer slit formed at a periphery of the opening, available for the cover body The protruding portion of the cover body at the first rotation angle position is placed; and an inner groove is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the opening, extending from the outer slit toward a circumferential direction of the opening, and when the cover body is at The protrusion is guided when the first rotation angle position is rotated between the first rotation angle position and the second rotation angle position. According to the tobacco container of the present invention, the lid body is rotatably fitted between the first rotation angle position and the second rotation angle position in the opening of the container body, and the lid body is allowed to be in the first rotation angle position. Since the lid body is fitted and detached, the opening and closing operation of the lid body can be easily performed. Further, the first 6 322714 201139222 can prevent the cover from being detached when the cover is at the second rotation angle position, thereby effectively preventing the cover from being inadvertently opened. Further, since the container for tobacco is provided with an elastic sealing member, the sealing property of the storage chamber can be maintained. Further, since the container for tobacco has two storage chambers, for example, the wet type smokeless tobacco product before use can be accommodated, and the used smokeless tobacco product can be accommodated. Preferably, in the container for tobacco of the present invention, the lid body includes a handle having the protruding portion integrally formed on the outer surface thereof. According to the tobacco container, the lid body can be rotated by operating the handle, and the switching operation between the first rotation angle position and the second rotation angle position can be easily performed. Further, preferably, the container body has an inner flange that is closer to the storage chamber side than the inner groove and protrudes toward the inside of the opening, and the elastic sealing member is when the cover body is at the inner peripheral surface of the opening When fitted in the state of the opening, the O-ring is sandwiched between the inner surface of the cover and the inner flange. According to the tobacco container, since the inner flange faces the inner surface of the lid and the O-ring is interposed therebetween, the sealing property in the storage chamber can be maintained by a simple structure. Further, preferably, the brake device is configured to prevent the cover from rotating from the second rotational angular position toward the first rotational angular position when the cover is positioned at the second rotational angular position. According to the tobacco container, since the cover can be prevented from rotating from the second rotational angular position to the first rotational angular position by the brake device, the cover 7 322714 201139222 can be restricted from moving toward the detachable position, and the cover can be prevented. Inadvertently opened. Furthermore, it is preferable that the brake device includes a slip preventing member that is provided in the end wall of the container body in a state of being allowed to operate from an outer side of the container body, and is protruded into the inner groove. The braking position reciprocates in a radial direction of the container body between a rest position that is retracted from the aforementioned inner groove. According to the tobacco container, by projecting the anti-slip member in the inner recess, the protruding portion of the cover that moves in the inner recess is restricted from moving with the rotation of the cover, so that the cover cannot reach the first rotational angular position. That is, the detachable position of the cover. Since the anti-slip member can be operated from the outside of the container body, the locking of the lid body and the release of the lock can be easily performed. Furthermore, it is preferable that the slip preventing member moves from the rest position to the braking position when the lid body is at the second rotation angle position, whereby the protruding portion of the lid body is sandwiched at the end of the inner groove Between the aforementioned anti-slip members. According to the tobacco container, since the protruding portion of the lid body is sandwiched between the terminal end of the inner groove and the slip preventing member protruding in the inner groove when the lid body is located at the second rotation angle position, the protrusion portion It will be fixed in the inner groove, and can effectively and surely restrict the movement of the cover body to the first rotation angle position, that is, the detachable position of the cover body. Furthermore, preferably, the brake device further includes: a passage opening provided to the end wall of the container body to open the slip preventing member; and a shield detachably covering the passage opening. According to the tobacco container, the portion of the anti-slip member can be shielded by the covering 8 322714 201139222, and the cover of the container can be prevented from being accidentally opened by the child. Further, preferably, the cover body is formed of a transparent material. According to the container for tobacco, since the lid body is transparent, the contents of the containing chamber can be seen, and the removal of the tobacco product is easier. Further, the storage chamber in which the product before use is placed and the storage chamber in which the product is used can be clearly seen, so that the wrong cover can be prevented from being opened. (Effect of the Invention) Since the container for tobacco of the present invention can easily open and close the lid body while ensuring the sealing property, it is possible to prevent the wet type smokeless tobacco product from being dried and to easily take out the tobacco product. Further, since the container of the present invention is provided with a locking device, the cover can be prevented from being inadvertently opened. In particular, since the anti-slip member and the covering covering the passage opening to the anti-slip member are provided, it is possible to surely prevent the child from simply opening the lid of the container. Furthermore, since the container of the present invention has two accommodating chambers, by putting the used smokeless cigarettes into one of the accommodating chambers, the action of finding a place where the used smokeless cigarettes are to be discarded can be omitted, and I feel that it is troublesome to discard. [Embodiment] (First Embodiment) Referring to Fig. 1, a container 2 according to a first embodiment includes a container main body 4; and two lid bodies 6 attached to the upper end and the lower end of the container main body 4. Specifically, the container 2 is a container for accommodating a bag-type smokeless cigarette 80 in which a powdery tobacco material is placed in a small bag made of non-woven fabric, and a used smokeless cigarette 82. Further, the container body 4 and the lid body 6 in this embodiment are formed of a synthetic resin material which is opaque to 9322714201139222. The container body 4 is formed into a flat cylindrical shape and has openings 14 at both ends. The smokeless cigarette enters and exits through the opening 14 of the container body 4. The openings 14 can be opened and closed by the insertion of the lid body 6, respectively. As shown in Fig. 1, the lid body 6 is a lid body 8 having a circular disk shape; and a handle 1b provided on the outer surface 16 of the lid body 8. As shown in Fig. 2, the cover main body 8 has an outer diameter dimension substantially the same as the inner diameter of the opening 14, and can be fitted into the opening 14. As shown in the figure, the handle 10 is composed of a rectangular bar, and both end portions 12 project outward in the radial direction of the cover main body $. The cover body 6 can be attached to the container main body 4 by engaging the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 with the guide grooves 34 provided at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the container main body 4. Hereinafter, the structure for attaching the lid body 6 to the container body 4 and the configuration of the container body 4 will be described in detail. As shown in Fig. 1, the container body 4 is provided with a rounded periphery i 18 forming its outer peripheral portion. As clearly shown in Fig. 3, inside the container body 4, a partition wall 2 is provided which is orthogonal to the axis of the peripheral wall 18. The partition wall 2 of the zone partitions the interior of the container body 4 into two spaces. Further, the container main body 4 has an annular end edge projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 18 toward the inside of the container main body 4 and extending along the inner peripheral surface at a portion of the upper end and the lower end opening 14. That is, the inside of the container main body 4 is surrounded by the partition wall 2, the peripheral wall 18, and the end edge 22, and the upper and lower storage chambers 24, 26 which can be opened and closed by the lid body 6 are formed. 322714 10 201139222 Here, although the end edge 22 is symmetrical with respect to the upper side and the lower side, it has the same structure. Therefore, the following description will be made in detail with respect to the edge 22 of one side. As clearly shown in Fig. 3, the inner peripheral surface of the end edge 22 has a cross-sectional shape with a segment portion attached thereto. More specifically, the end edge 22 is provided with a support end wall 30 positioned on the opening face 28 side of the opening 14, and an inner flange 32 positioned on the side of the accommodating chamber 24 and having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the support end wall 30. As shown in Fig. 1, the pair of guide grooves 34 are provided at positions where the support end walls 30 are opposed to each other in the radial direction. These guide grooves 34 have the function of being inserted and guided at both end portions 12 of the handle 10 of the cover body 6 into which the opening 14 is fitted. Further, the guide grooves 34 are formed to be symmetrical with each other about the axis of the container body 4, and therefore the following description will be directed to the shape of the guide grooves 34 on one side. The guide groove 34 is constituted by an outer slit 38 provided at the outer end surface 36 of the support end wall 30; and an inner recess 40 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the support end wall 30. More specifically, the outer slit 38 has an opening formed on both the outer end surface 36 and the inner peripheral surface 42 of the support end wall 30, and extends from the inner peripheral surface 42 toward the radially outer side of the container body 4. That is, the outer slit 38 has a width dimension and a length dimension of the end portion 12 of the handle 10 that can accommodate the cover body 6 (see Fig. 2). As shown in Fig. 1, the inner groove 40 is in communication with the outer slit 38, and a portion communicating with the outer slit 38 serves as a base end 54 from which the inner peripheral surface 42 of the support end wall 30 extends. More specifically, as shown in Fig. 2, the inner groove 40 is formed in an arc shape having the same depth as the radial length of the outer slit 38 of the aforementioned 11 322 714 201139222, and concave along the axis of the container body 4. The groove width is the same as the height dimension of the handle 10 of the cover 6. The cover 6 can be mounted to the opening 14 by the end portion 12 of the handle 10 being placed in the corresponding guide recess 34. Further, in this state, the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is moved along the guide groove 34 through the handle 10, so that the lid body 6 can be rotated in the circumferential direction or the axial direction can be fitted and disassembled with respect to the container body 4. operating. In detail, first, when the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is positioned at the portion of the outer slit 38, the movement of the handle 10 in the direction along the axis of the container body 4 is not restricted, but may be directed toward the container body. The direction of the axis of 4 moves. Therefore, the lid body 6 can be inserted and detached with respect to the opening 14 of the container body 4. Here, when the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is positioned at the inner side wall portion of the inner groove 40 located inside the axial direction of the container body 4, the inner surface 44 of the cover main body 8 abuts against the inner flange 32. Next, in this state, when the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is moved along the internal recess 40, the cover main body 8 is rotated in the circumferential direction of the container main body 4. In the case where the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is located in the inner recess 40, the handle 10 restricts the movement of the container body 4 in the axial direction, so that the lid main body 8 maintains the abutment state with the inner flange 32. Here, as shown in Fig. 3, the inner flange 32 has an annular groove 48 coaxial with the inner flange 32 at the outer surface 46 opposite the cover body 8. Further, a ring-shaped ring 50 is disposed in the annular groove 48. Thus, where the end 12 of the handle 10 is located within the internal recess 40, the inner surface 44 of the cover body 8 is a beak ring 50 that is intimately attached to the inner flange 32. Therefore, the 形 12 322714 201139222 /. The ring 50 maintains the seal between the cover body 8 and the inner flange 32, that is, the accommodating chamber 24. Further, as shown in Fig. 2, the support end wall 30 is provided with a slip preventing member 56. The non-slip member 56 limits the movement of the end portion 12 of the handle 10 toward the base end 54 side of the inner recess 40 when the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is at the terminal end 52 of the inner recess 40. Therefore, the rotation of the cover main body 8 is restricted. The anti-slip member 56 is provided to prevent the user from accidentally moving the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 toward the outer slit 38 to form a state in which the lid body 6 is detachable. As shown in Fig. 2, the slip preventing member 56 is provided with a guide hole 58 provided on the outer end surface 36 of the support end wall 30, and a slider 60 disposed in the guide hole 58. The slider 60 can be guided by the guide hole 58 to advance and retreat within the inner groove 40. As shown in Fig. 2, the guide hole 58 is provided in a state in which the slider 60 is in a state of protruding from the inner recess 40, and the handle 10 is in a state of abutting against the terminal end 52 of the inner recess 40. The end portion 12 is sandwiched between the slider 60 and the terminal 52 and restricts the position at which the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is moved toward the outer slit 38 side. More specifically, as shown in Fig. 4, the guide hole 58 has a rectangular passage opening 62 extending radially toward the container body 4 at the outer end surface 36 of the support end wall 30. Further, the guide hole 58 extends from the passage opening 62 in the axial direction of the container main body 4 to the same depth as the inner side wall portion of the inner groove 40. Moreover, the guide bore 58 has a rectangular inner opening 64 at its inner end that communicates with the inner recess 40. The slider 60 has a front end portion 66 having a cross-sectional shape identical to the inner opening 64 and projecting toward the inner recess 40, and a base end portion 68 positioned in the guide hole 58. The width dimension of the slider 60 is the same as the width dimension of the guide hole 58 13 322714 201139222, and is fixed from the front end portion 66 to the base end portion 68. Further, as shown in Fig. 4, the dimension of the slider 60 in the thickness direction is such that the base end portion 68 is thicker than the tip end portion 66. That is, a step 70 is generated at the boundary between the front end portion 66 and the base end portion 68. Further, a projection 72 is provided on the upper surface of the base end portion 68. By operating the projection 72 of the slider 60 through the passage opening 62, the front end portion 66 of the slider 60 can be protruded and immersed in the inner recess 40. More specifically, in Fig. 4, when the slider 60 is moved in the direction of the arrow C, the front end portion 66 protrudes into the inner recess 40 through the inner opening 64, and the movement of the handle 10 of the cover 6 can be restricted. At this time, the step 70 of the base end portion 68 of the slider 60 abuts against the inner end wall of the guide hole 58, which prevents further movement and limits the length of the leading end portion 66 into the inner groove 40. Conversely, when the slider 60 is moved in the direction of the arrow D, the front end portion 66 is immersed with respect to the inner recess 40, and the handle 10 of the cover 6 is freely movable along the inner recess 40. That is, the handle 10 can be rotated to move the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 to the outer slit 38, and the cover 6 is removed. Here, a rectangular shield 74 that is in close contact with the passage opening 62 can be mounted in the passage opening 62 of the cleat 56. The shield 74 is detachable so as to prevent the protrusions 72 of the slider 60 from being seen from the outside and hidden, and has the effect that the child cannot operate the slider 60. Therefore, there will be no cases in which children open the cover 6 indiscriminately. Next, the following describes the method of using the container 2 as described above. As shown in Fig. 3, since the container 2 of the present embodiment has two storage chambers 24 and 26, the storage chamber 24 and the storage chamber 26 can accommodate the smokeless cigarettes 80 and the used smokeless cigarettes before use. Cigarette 82. First, a plurality of smokeless cigarettes 80 before use are placed in the accommodating chamber 24 of the container 2, and the lid body 6 is closed. Further, as shown in Fig. 2, the handle 10 of the cover 6 is in a state in which its end portion 12 is locked by the slip preventing member 56. At this time, a shield 74 (not shown) is fitted in the passage opening 62. From this state, the user first removes the shield 74 from the passage opening 62 to expose the base end portion 68 of the slider 60. Next, the projection 72 of the slider 60 located inside the passage opening 62 is operated to slide the slider 60 toward the radially outer side of the container body 4. Thereby, the locking of the slip preventing member 56 is released, so that the cover body 6 can be rotated. Here, the user rotates the lid body 6 in the direction of the arrow A in Fig. 2 to move the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 to the outer slit 38. Thereby, the lid body 6 can be detached from the container body 4, so that the user can grasp the handle 10 to open the lid body 6, and expose the containing chamber 24. Thereby, the operation of opening the lid body 6 is completed, and the user can take out the smokeless scented tobacco 80 from the accommodating chamber 24 and use it. Next, the user performs an operation of closing the cover 6. That is, first, the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 are aligned with the outer slit 38 and pushed into the inner side wall portion of the inner groove 40 via the outer slit 38. Thereby, the inner surface 44 of the cover body 8 and the outer surface 46 of the inner flange 32 are in close contact with each other through the stirrup ring 50. From this state, the handle 10 is grasped again, and the cover main body 8 is rotated in the direction of the arrow B in Fig. 2, so that both end portions 12 of the handle 10 are moved to the terminal end 52 of the inner recess 40. At this time, the lid body 6 is restricted from moving in the axial direction of the container body 4 by the engagement of the both end portions 12 of the handle 10 with the inner groove 40. Moreover, since the seal between the cover main body 8 and the inner flange 32 15 322714 201139222 is ensured by the 〇 ring 50, the tightness in the accommodating chamber 24 can be maintained to prevent the remaining smokeless cigarette 80 from drying. Next, in order to fix the end portion 12 of the handle 10 to the terminal end 52 of the inner recess 40, the front end portion 66 of the slider 60 is projected into the inner recess 40. That is, the slider 60 is caused to slide toward the radially inner side of the container body 4 via the passage opening 62 and through the projection 72 thereof. Thereby, the end portion 12 of the handle 10 is fixed between the terminal end 52 of the inner recess 40 and the front end portion 66 of the slider 60. As a result, the cover 6 can be prevented from rotating, so that the cover 6 does not accidentally open. Finally, the operation of closing the cover 6 is ended by embedding the shield 74 in the passage opening 62. In addition, the user can temporarily store the used smokeless cigarettes in the accommodation room 26. At this time, the user reverses the container 2 so that the storage chamber 26 side is above, and in the same manner as described above, the lid body 6 on the side of the storage chamber 26 is opened, and the lid body 6 is opened, and the used smokeless cigarette is used. 82 is placed in the accommodating chamber 26, and then the operation of closing the lid 6 is performed in the same manner. Thereafter, the user can discard the used smokeless cigarettes 82 in the containing chamber 26 at an appropriate place. The present invention is not limited to the above-described first embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the container body 4 and the lid body 6 in the present embodiment are formed of an opaque synthetic resin material, but may be formed of a metal material or one of the container body 4 and the lid body 6 may be formed of a synthetic resin material. One side is formed of a metal material. Alternatively, different types of smokeless cigarettes may be accommodated in the storage chambers 24, 26, for example, or one of the storage chambers may be used to place small items such as 16 322 714 201139222. Moreover, the container of the present invention is not limited to the storage of smokeless cigarettes, and may of course be used for containing other smokeless tobacco products such as chewing tobacco or snuff, and may also be used for containing tobacco tobacco products, or nicotine lozenges, nicotine gum, nicotine patches. And other tobacco-related products. (Second Embodiment) Fig. 5 shows a container 2 according to a second embodiment, which is the same as the container 2 of the first embodiment except that it is formed of a colorless transparent synthetic resin material. When the lid body 6 is formed of a colorless transparent synthetic resin material as described in Fig. 5, the contents can be seen even without opening the lid body 6. Therefore, the removal of the smokeless cigarette 80 is easier, and the user can be prevented from The lid body 6 on the side of the storage chamber 26 in which the used smokeless cigarettes 82 are accommodated is carefully opened. Further, the lid body 6 in the present embodiment is formed of a colorless transparent synthetic resin material, but the present invention is not limited to this aspect, and may be a colored or translucent material as long as it is a transparent material in which the content can be seen. (Third Embodiment) The container 2 of the third embodiment is shown in the same manner as the device 2 of the first embodiment except that the pattern 8 is attached to the outer end surface 36 of the upper portion. This pattern 83 is a pattern 84 having six triangular shapes arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the container 2, and is stopped only at the outer end surface 36 of the upper portion of the container 2. Thus, the upper end surface 36 of the upper portion of the container 2 is formed with a pattern 83' as a symbol to easily recognize the upper side of the container 2. Since the container 2 of the present invention includes the storage chambers 322714 17 201139222 24 and 26 on the upper side and the lower side, respectively, the storage chambers 24 and 26 can be easily distinguished by forming the pattern 83 on either side. That is, the difference between the storage chamber of the unused smokeless tobacco 80 and the storage chamber of the used smokeless cigarette 82 can be easily performed. Here, the mark for distinguishing the upper and lower storage chambers 24, 26 may be a pattern of any shape. Also, you can use text. Further, in addition to the pattern, the surface of the container 2 may be processed to provide a concave portion or a convex portion as a mark. Here, the surface processing of the container 2 may be a matte process in which a plurality of fine concavities and convexities are provided on the surface of the container, or a mirror surface process in which the surface of the container is finished into a mirror shape. In this case, the matte-finished portion will be in a matte state, and the mirror-finished portion will be in a glossy state, so that the portion subjected to these processes can of course be visually distinguished from other portions by the touch of the hand. The sense can also be easily distinguished. Further, the position in which the marks are provided in the container 2 is not particularly limited, and as long as the upper and lower portions of the container are identifiable, the mark may be set at any of the upper, lower, and side portions of the container 2 or at any of these positions. .
