Electric bicycle circuit with complex charging function comprises a power source device, a function even switch device, a first step-down circuit, a motor energy recovery anti-reflux device, an electric bicycle motor, a boost circuit, a lighting circuit, a power brake energy recovery unit, a second step-down circuit and a driving unit. The power source device has a battery and a power switch. The function even switch device having an electric bicycle switch and a charging/discharging switch connected to the power switch. The first step-down circuit is connected to the battery and the function even switch device. The motor energy recovery anti-reflux device is connected to the function even switch device. The electric bicycle motor is connected to the motor energy recovery anti-reflux device. The boost circuit is connected to the electric bicycle motor. The lighting circuit is connected to the first step-down circuit. The power brake energy recovery unit is connected to the first step-down circuit. The second step-down circuit is connected to the first step-down circuit. The driving unit having a driving signal circuit and a driving circuit is connected to the second step-down circuit.
