Abstract

A slider (10) comprising a slider body (20), a pull tab holding body (30) fixed in a cantilever manner to an upper wing plate (21) of the slider body (20), a slide member (40) slidably provided to the slider body (20), an elastic member (5) for pressing the slide member (40), and a pull tab (6) held by the pull tab holding body (30), wherein the pull tab (6) is adapted to be mountable and removable from the pull tab holding body (30). The pull tab holding body (30) has a projection (34) or a recess formed thereon on the free end section (33) side thereof. The slide member (40) has a body section (41) slidable relative to the slider body (20), a closing section (42) raised from the body section (41), and a recess (45) or a projection formed on the upper surface of the closing section (42). The configuration causes the gap (13) formed between the free end section (33) of the pull tab holding body (30) and the slide member (40) to have a shape which is bent in a zigzag pattern in the height direction of the slider, and this makes thin cloth unlikely to enter the gap (13).

Description

Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a slide fastener for attaching and detaching a pull tab to a slider body. [Prior Art] As the slider for the zipper, a puller which can be attached to the slider body and which can be detachably attached to the slider body from the rear has been known. Such a slider is easy to attach various types of pull moons of different colors or shapes to the slider body according to requirements or preferences of the user, or to replace the pull type 1 attached to the slider body with other types of pulls. The sheet is therefore suitable for, for example, a zipper for women's clothing or bags. An example of a slider for a slide fastener that can realize attachment and detachment of the above-mentioned pull tab is disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei. No. 10 (10) (Patent Literature). Here, referring to FIG. 22 to FIG. 24, the sliding member described in Patent Document 1 can be operated by the opposite end edge of the left and right _ pair of key belts. The mounted chain rows slide, so that the left and right chain rows are engaged or separated from each other. Here, the direction in which the sliders are engaged with the element rows and the relative movement of the rows is the front side, and M x and ~(1) are the directions in which the element rows are separated and the direction is the rear. As shown in Figs. 22 and 23, the slider 31A of Patent Document 1 includes a slider body 320 and a pull tab 360. The slider body 32 is configured by connecting the front end portions of the upper blade 32 and the lower blade 322 to each other by a guide post 323. Further, the left and right side edges of the wing 322 are removed from the two wing panels 3, and are directed toward the opposite wing edge and 146,771. Doc -4.  201117742 · The upper wing plate 321 is extended with side guide plates 324. On the upper surface of the upper blade 321, a tab holding body 330 is fixed in a cantilever manner. The pull tab holding body 330 includes: a fixed end portion 331 which is erected from a front end portion of the upper wing plate 321; an extended portion 332 which is bent from the fixed end portion 331 and extends rearward; and a free end portion 333 The extending portion 332 is bent toward the side of the upper flap 321; and between the side 333a of the free end portion 333 of the tab holding body 33 and the upper flap 321 is formed with a mounting shaft for the tab 360 The portion 360a is inserted through a specific insertion gap 3 u. Further, on the upper surface side of the upper blade 321 , a sliding guiding groove 325 is formed from the rear end of the upper blade 321 toward the front, and the sliding member 340 and the elastic member 350 are accommodated in the sliding guiding groove 325, wherein The sliding member 34 is slidably disposed along the sliding guide groove 325 so that the insertion gap 3 11 is opened and closed, and the elastic member 350 presses the sliding member 34 to the rear. In this case, in order to prevent the sliding member 34 from coming off the sliding guide groove 325, the locking portion 326 disposed at the rear end portion of the upper blade 321 is erected, and the locking portion 326 is used by the sliding member 340. Advantageous Effects of Invention A slide for a slide fastener according to the present invention includes: a pull tab holding body that is fixed in a cantilever shape to the upper body of the slider body; and a sliding member that is slidably disposed on the slider body such that The insertion gap formed between the free end of the tab holding body and the upper blade opens and closes. Further, the handle holding body includes a convex portion or a concave portion formed on the end surface on the free end side thereof. The sliding member includes: a body portion slidably embedded in the slider body and pressed by the elastic member; and a closing portion erected on the body portion; and facing the tab holding body at the closing portion The opposing surface is formed with a concave portion formed by inserting the convex portion of the handle holding body or a convex portion formed by being inserted into the concave portion of the handle holding body. The sliding portion of the free end portion of the body is opposed to each other. [The sliding member of the present invention is formed by a convex portion or a concave portion formed on the end surface of the pull tab, and is formed on the sliding member 146771. Doc -13· 201l17742 The concave or convex portions of the surface are disposed corresponding to each other, and the end surface of the end portion is freely formed with the upper surface of the closed portion of the sliding member. Therefore, when the sliding member is provided with a slit with respect to the upper wing and the sliding member and the free end portion of the tab holding body are moved, f" is moved, so that the attachment or detachment of the tab can be stably performed. Smoothly, the end face of the free end side of the moon seal = the opposite side of the U of the sliding member, so that the convex portions or the concave portions are mutually inserted when the convex portion is inserted into the concave portion, and then placed. The end face of the free end side of the movement 4 4 (4); the gap formed between the upper surface of the door (the gap formed between the convex portion and the concave portion 4) is one side, and the other is 7 pieces. In the direction of the girth, the girth is curved, and one side is formed in the entire width direction of the slider. As described above, the slit is formed into a mineral tooth shape.  It is difficult for foreign matter such as cloth to enter the slit 9 to make the child awkward, and it is possible to prevent the installation of the following defects or the fabric from being obstructed; or the operation of the slider is hindered by the cloth or the like. ^ Further, the sliding member of the sliding member comprises: an auxiliary closing portion, the shackle private a is placed in the relatively closed portion of the body portion, and the pressing direction _ position: when the member slides against the pressure of the elastic member, can be closed Or narrowing the insertion gap; and accommodating the groove portion disposed between the closing portion and the auxiliary closing portion, and accommodating the uranium portion of the uranium portion. P. As a result, the sliding member is slid in a state in which the mounting shaft portion of the pull-tab is received by the sliding member, and the sliding member is slid. Thus, the attachment or detachment of the pull-tab can be smoothly performed. Further, the auxiliary closing portion is provided at a position closer to the pressing direction side of the relatively closed portion of the main body portion. Therefore, for example, even a foreign matter such as a thick cloth touches 146771. Doc •14- 201117742 When the rear side of the sliding member is hit, the sliding member is slid by the foreign matter, and the foreign matter can be prevented from entering by closing or small insertion of the gap with the auxiliary seal]f. The pull and the gap are the free ends of the indicator body, and the foreign matter is bitten between the sliding members. Therefore, it is possible to further reliably prevent the occurrence of the following: a good condition: the cloth or the like becomes obstructed when the pull-tab is attached or replaced; or the operation of the slider is hindered by the cloth or the like. In this case, the protruding height of the auxiliary closing portion from the upper wing is set to be lower than the protruding height of the closed portion from the upper wing. The installation operation of the film. Further, in the slider of the present invention, the free end portion of the tab holding body is extended to a position on the direction side of the sliding member which is moved to the sliding end of the (four) direction side. Thereby, the mounting portion of the tab can be easily guided to the insertion gap between the free end portion of the tab holding body and the upper blade, so that the mounting operation of the tab becomes smoother. On the other hand, the slider of the other zipper of the present invention includes: a tab holding body that is fixed in a cantilever manner to the upper body of the slider body; and a sliding member that is slidably disposed on the slider body, The opening gap between the portion and the upper blade is opened and closed by the free portion of the tab holding body. Further, the movable member includes a main body portion slidably fitted to the slider body and is housed by the elastic member, and the closing portion is erected on the body portion to move to the pressing direction side of the body portion When the sliding end is closed, the insertion gap is closed; the auxiliary closing portion is erected on the body portion than the above seal [S] 146771. Doc -15· 201117742 The position of the closed portion on the side of the pressing direction can close or reduce the insertion when the sliding member is pressed against the sliding end opposite to the pressing direction by the pressing of the elastic member. a gap; and a receiving groove portion disposed between the closing portion and the auxiliary closing portion to receive the mounting shaft portion of the pull tab. Thereby, the sliding member is slid in the shape "4" in which the mounting shaft portion of the pull-tab is housed in the accommodating groove portion of the sliding member, whereby the attachment or detachment of the pull-tab can be smoothly performed. Further, since the auxiliary closing portion is erected at a position closer to the pressing direction side of the closed portion of the main body portion, even if a foreign matter such as a thick cloth collides with the rear side of the sliding member, the sliding member is pressed by the foreign matter. In the case of sliding, it is also possible to prevent foreign matter from entering by closing or reducing the insertion gap by the Xiang auxiliary closing portion and preventing biting of foreign matter between the free end portion of the tab holding body and the sliding member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the following problems: the cloth or the like becomes obstructed when the pull tab is hit or replaced; or the operation of the slider is hindered by the cloth or the like. The left and right locking pieces 27 are in which the coil springs 5 are accommodated in the spring receiving grooves 26b, and are further bent inwardly and tightly pressed in a state in which the sliding members 40 are inserted into the sliding guiding grooves %. In this way, the end surface (the end surface on the meshing port side) of the guide portion 44, which will be described later, of the sliding member 4 that is pressed by the coil spring 5 is brought into contact with the screw member 5, and thus functions as a stopper of the sliding member 40. The pull tab holding body 3 integrally formed with the slider body 20 comprises: fixing 146771. Doc 201117742=After the front end of the second upper blade 21 (the middle of the slider 1〇 in the front-rear direction, the more "square"), the extension 32 extends rearward from the fixed end; The free end portion 33 is curved from the extended portion 32 to the upper wing 21". The free end portion 33 is in a state in which the upper wing 21 has a gap between the riding members. The handle holding body 3 is formed in a downwardly concave shape as a whole, and between the lower edge of the lower member 3G and the upper surface of the upper blade 21, a receiving tab 6 is formed, and the mounting shaft portion is described later.收容 accommodating space u. Further, the end surface 33a on the side of the free end portion 33 of the handle holding body 3G (the surface opposite to the sliding member 40) is formed in the direction of the sliding direction of the sliding member 4 (the direction toward the moon) (the length direction of the piece) The cross section is a substantially rectangular convex portion 34. In this case, an insertion gap 12 is formed between the lower end surface of the convex portion 34 of the tab holding body 3 and the upper surface of the upper blade 21 so that the mounting shaft portion of the tab 6 can be inserted. Furthermore, in the present embodiment j, the tab holding body 3 is integrally formed with the slider body and fixed in the present invention, and after the tab holding body 30 and the slider body 2 are separately formed, The tab holding body 3 is fixed to the slider body 20 by fastening or the like. The sliding member 40 of the first embodiment includes: a body portion 41 that slides along the sliding guide groove 26 of the slider body 20; and a closing portion 42 that is protruded from a central portion of the body portion 41 in a front-rear direction; a guide rib portion 43 which is formed as a ridge-like ridge in the front-rear direction on the lower surface (back surface) side of the body portion 41, and is inserted into the spring accommodating groove 26b to guide the sliding of the sliding member 40; The portion 44 is disposed on the left and right side edge portions of the main body portion 41, and is fitted in the guide portion of the sliding guide groove 26 to be fitted with the groove 26a. 146771 . As shown in FIG. 2, the convex portion 34 is formed on the end surface 33a of the side of the free end portion 33 of the tab holding body 3, and the end faces of the both sides of the convex portion 34 in the left-right direction are located on the front end side of the convex portion 34. Further, the bottom surface 42a of the recess 45 in the opposing surface 42a of the sliding member 40 is opposite to the end surface 33a of the front end side of the convex portion 34. Further, at the free end of the tab holding body 3 In the 33, the dimension of the width direction (left-right direction) of the convex portion 34 is set to be smaller than the overall width direction of the handle holding body 30. Therefore, when the mounting shaft portion 6b of the pull tab is formed in an arc shape in particular, When the mounting shaft portion 6b is pressed against the closing portion 42 as described later and pushed in against the pressing force of the coil spring 5, the free shaft portion 6b of the pull tab 6 and the free end of the tab holding body 30 can be made. The portions 33 are difficult to interfere with each other, and are easily pushed into the mounting shaft portion 6b of the tab 6. Further, such an effect can be similarly obtained, for example, in the slider shown in Fig. 6 or Fig. 12 which will be described later. 'the end surface 33a on the free end portion 33 side of the tab holding body 30 and the convex portion 34 formed on the end surface 33a, and sliding A slit 13 is provided between the upper surface 42a of the closing portion 42 of the member 40 and the recess 45 formed in the upper surface 42a so that the tab holding body 30 is not in direct contact with the sliding member 4A. The convex portion 34 of the tab holding body 30 and the concave portion 45' of the closing portion 42 are bent in a zigzag manner in the up and down direction (slider height direction), and are formed in the entire left and right direction (slider width direction). The state in which the portion 34 is inserted into the recess 45 has an end surface 146771 of the convex portion 34. It is located at a position on the upper side of the front end surface of the convex portion 34 in the portion of the pull-tab holding body. Further, the front end surface of the convex portion disposed at the central portion of the tab holding body 30 in the left-right direction is opposed to the bottom surface of the concave portion 封闭5 in the closing portion a, and is located on the opposite side to the left and right sides of the closed portion. The position of the (upper surface) 42a on the lower side (the body of the sliding member on the side of the body 41). Wrongly, a slit 13 bent in a zigzag manner is provided between the sliding member 4A and the free end portion 33 of the tab holding body. Here, the serrated slit 13 is formed to have a curvature of approximately 90. In the left-right direction, for example, in the left-right direction, the left side and/or the right side portion and the central portion have a step in the up-and-down direction, and may be, for example, a straight line having a specific angle. The approximate v-shape of the intersection. The pull tab 6 of the present embodiment (4) includes a flat plate-like main body portion 6a that can be pinched by a finger, and a round fox-shaped Annon shaft portion 6b integrally formed with one end of the pull-tab main portion 6a. The procedure for assembling the slider 1 of the present embodiment will be described. First, the operation of assembling the sliding member 40 and the coil spring 5 to the slider body 2 is performed. Specifically, the coil spring 5 is inserted into the (four) receiving groove 26b formed in the upper surface of the slider body 2G, and then the front end surface 33a of the sliding member abuts against the rear end of the spiral spring f5. The magazine 5 is compressed, and the sliding member 4A is inserted into the sliding guide groove %. 146771. Doc • 21 - 201117742 When the sliding member 40 is inserted into the sliding guide groove 26, the guide ridge portion 43 of the sliding member 4 is fitted into the magazine receiving groove of the upper blade 21, and the sliding member 40 is made The guide portion 44 is fitted in the guide portion of the upper blade 21 to engage the groove 26a. Then, after the sliding member 4〇 is inserted into the sliding guide groove %, the locking pieces 27 which are erected at the rear end portions of the upper blade 21 are bent and fastened in the direction in which they approach each other, whereby the sliding member is pressed 4〇 is slidably attached to the upper blade 21 in a state of being pressed by the coil spring 5. At this time, the fastened locking piece 27 functions as a stopper of the sliding member 4q. Therefore, the position of the sliding member 4 that abuts against the locking piece 27 becomes the pressing direction side of the sliding member 40. The sliding end 'is formed in the gap between the free end portion 33 of the tab holding body 30 and the upper wing (4) by the closing portion 42 of the sliding member 40 when the sliding member 4 is located at the sliding end of the pressing direction side ( The insertion gap) 12 is closed (or reduced). On the other hand, the sliding end opposite to the pressing direction of the sliding member 4A causes the closing portion 42 of the sliding member 40 to abut against the portion of the upper blade 21 that is covered by the sliding guide groove (4). Further, the slider 1 of the first embodiment is configured such that when the slider 10 is viewed from the side surface side, when the sliding member 40 is pressed by the coil spring 5 and is located at the sliding end of the pressing direction side, the pull tab is held (4). The free end portion 33 extends to the rear end side of the closing portion 42 of the sliding member 4A which is located at the sliding end on the pressing direction side (see Fig. 3). Thereby, a gap 14 of the shirt is formed between the free end portion 33 of the tab holding body 30 and the upper flap 21 on the rear side of the closing portion 42 of the sliding member 40. By providing the gap 14, as will be described later, in order to make the sliding structure (10) forward 146771.
