Description

13 Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bottle-shaped container for filling a beverage, for example, a bottle-shaped container made of synthetic resin. L·^tr ~Ji Background of the Invention In order to fill various beverages, bottle type containers, such as bottle type containers made of synthetic resin, are widely used. The cross-section of the bottle-shaped containers is mostly rectangular in order to be easily stored or transported to a refrigerator or the like. The bottle type container has a large size of about 2 liters, and such a large bottle type container sometimes cannot hold the body portion sufficiently by a human hand. Therefore, in recent years, in order to easily hold the bottle type container, it is common practice to form the body portion of the container at the waist portion, that is, a wide groove extending in the circumferential direction (see Patent Document 1). PRIOR ART DOCUMENT Patent Document 1 Patent No. 3059975 [Invention Summary] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Problem to be Solved by the Invention However, when a liquid is filled in a bottle type container, particularly a 2 liter bottle type container, the bottle type container becomes equivalent weight. Therefore, when picking up such a bottle type container, one must hold the body portion of the bottle type container with a very strong force. 201116462 The hand of the person's hand, such as the thumb and the four fingers facing it, such as the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger or the little finger, are opened to each other, and the human hand does not produce high grip strength. In order to produce a high grip force, it must be in a position suitable for this... In general, such a posture is a person's big plum finger and a posture in which the four fingers that are opposite to each other are separated from each other only one = head ^ right distance. In the left and right, when picking up the bottle-filled container filled with liquid, the hand that T enters is in the above-mentioned posture, the thumb and the four fingers that are opposite to each other are divided into the other side, and the waist is inserted into the side of the bottle-shaped container. The finger holds and holds the bottle type container with the power of strong venting. Here, the hand of the person viewed from the side of the thumb and forefinger is generally in the shape of a large C. However, when the cross section of the body portion of the bottle type container is rectangular, the cross section of the portion is also the same as the cross section of the body portion, and the waist and the four fingers opposed thereto are partially opened by the waist of the rectangle. Therefore, the thumb method properly holds the bottle type container. Also, 彳f produces nothing. When the container is creeped by the finger, the finger and the related palm portion are not in contact with the waist, and the temple picks up the container. Moreover, since the strong force is mainly generated by the fingers, the burden imposed on the fingers of the human hand is very large. In addition, when the cap is removed in a strong amount when the cap is removed, the liquid in the vial may also flow out. Therefore, it is hoped that when picking up a bottle-shaped container filled with a beverage, the U does not have a strong force to hold the container. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and aims to provide a bottle type container which is quickly picked up without being held by a strong force. In order to achieve the above object, in accordance with a first aspect of the invention, a bottle-shaped container having a mouth portion, a body portion, a shoulder portion connecting the mouth portion and the body portion, and a lower end portion of the body portion is provided a bottom portion, wherein the waist portion extends over the entire circumference of the main body portion, the waist portion includes an upper and lower inclined portion inclined upward from the main body portion, and a groove bottom surface located between the two inclined portions, wherein the waist portion is The cross section of the bottom surface of the groove has four corners formed by circular arcs. That is, in the first aspect of the invention, since the corner portion of the cross section of the waist portion is an arc, and the inclined surface is included in the entire waist portion, the fingers of the person facing each other, such as the thumb and the four fingers opposed thereto, the fingers The fork and the part of the palm of the hand are suitable for the waist and the inclined surface above. Therefore, by inserting the person's opposite finger along the waist and then raising the hand, it is possible to easily pick up the bottle type container without holding it with strong force. According to a second aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the cross section of the main body portion has four corner portions formed by an arc, and the radius of curvature of the corner portion of the main body portion is equal to or larger than a radius of curvature of the corner portion of the waist portion. That is, in the second invention, since the two fingers of the person, for example, the thumb and the palm portion between the thumb and the middle finger are more suitable for the bottom surface of the waist groove and the inclined surface above, the human hand can be more natural. Hold the bottle container in posture. According to a third aspect of the invention, in the first or second aspect of the invention, at least one of the recessed portions formed in the region of the waist portion is further provided, and one end portion of the corner portion of the waist portion is connected to the recessed portion. That is, in the third invention, since the long side of the cross section of the waist portion does not have a linear portion, the two fingers of the person and the portion of the palm associated with the fingers 5 201116462 can hold the bottle more easily. Type container. According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the two concave portions facing each other are formed, and a circumferential distance between a center of the concave portion and a center of the concave portion opposed thereto is 140 mm to 165 mm. Fig. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of the concave portion shown in Fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a side view showing the bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1. [Embodiment] 1 Mode for Carrying Out the Invention Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following figures, the same components are given the same reference numerals. For ease of understanding, the scales are appropriately changed for the scales. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a bottle type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a front view of a bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 201116462. The bottle type container ι shown in the drawings is formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and has a capacity of about 2 liters. The bottle container 10 is formed by blow molding a preform and biaxially extending. Thus, in accordance with the present invention, the thickness of the bottle damper 10 is relatively small. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bottle container 10 mainly includes a mouth portion 11 filled with a liquid such as a beverage, a body portion 12 having a substantially rectangular cross section, a mouth portion 11 connecting the mouth portion 11 and the body portion 12, and The bottom portion of the body portion 12 is closed on the side opposite to the mouth portion u. Further, a cover can be attached to the mouth portion 11, but the cover is omitted for the sake of brevity. Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the bottle type container shown in Fig. 1. In the bottom portion, the center line of the bottle-shaped container 1 is formed (: 0 forms a circular recessed hole 18. Further, most of the bottom groove 14a is radially extended by the circular recessed hole 18 to the outer peripheral surface of the bottle-shaped container 1 (refer to Fig. 2) The circular recessed holes 18 and the bottom groove 14a serve the purpose of reinforcing the bottom portion 14 of the bottle-shaped barn 10. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the waist extends toward the circumference of the body portion 12. 4 15 is formed at a center position in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 12. As shown in Fig. 2, the waist portion 15 is in the form of a wide groove, and extends from the upper portion 4 〇 of the main body portion to the upper side inclined surface 15a and from below the main body portion. The portion 45 extends the lower inclined surface 15b and the groove bottom surface 15c connecting the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface i5b. By the waist portion 15, the body portion 12 is divided into the upper portion 40 and the body of the body portion. The lower portion 45. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B_B of the bottle container shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the cross-sectional shape of the region including the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is also It is roughly rectangular. 7 201116462 Figure 5 is a partial enlarged view of the bottle type container of this embodiment. As can be seen from Fig. 5, the upper edge and the lower edge of the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface 15b extend in the horizontal direction. Further, the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the bottle container 10. Waist 15 The height of the entire longitudinal direction is 41.9 mm, and the longitudinal height of the bottom surface 15C of the waist portion 15 is only 7 mm. Therefore, the thumb and the four fingers opposite thereto, such as the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger or the little finger, and the fingers The fork and the portion of the associated palm are in close contact with the waist portion 15. Further, as shown in the figure, the lower side inclined surface 15b of the waist portion 15 is much larger than the upper side inclined surface 15a, and the lower side inclined surface 15b is formed outward by a convex curved surface. Further, as can be seen from Fig. 5, in the front side of the bottle-shaped container 1, the concave portion 2 is formed in the region of the waist portion 15. The concave portion 2A, as can be seen from Fig. 4, is also mutually yed in the bottle. Further, the concave portion may be formed above or below the waist portion 15. In Fig. 5, the upper end and the lower end of the concave portion 2G are respectively passed over the 'bottom surface in the longitudinal direction of the bottle-shaped container 10, respectively. 15e, partially extending to the upper inclined surface... and, the roll In addition, the edge portion 15b is formed on the upper edge portion 2 of the upper inclined surface, and is formed on the lower edge portion 23 of the lower inclined surface (10) and the bottom surface of the lower (four) surface. Further, as shown in Fig. 5, the concave portion 2 has a flat bottom portion % of the concave portion, and the concave bottom surface 26 has a rectangular shape extending in the lateral direction and has a downward isosceles which shares the upper bottom with the long side of the lower side of the rectangular portion. As shown in Fig. 5, the isosceles trapezoidal portion of the bottom surface of the recess enters the area of the bottom surface of the groove. Further, the bottom surface 26 of the recess may have a shape different from that shown in Fig. 5, but preferably 8 201116462 is enough to accommodate the first joint of a person's finger. In Fig. 5, the lower edge portion 23 of the recess 20 is curved downward in a convex shape. Further, as can be seen from Fig. 5, the lower edge portion 23 is much larger than the upper edge portion 21, and as a result, the radius of curvature of the lower edge portion 23 is much smaller than the radius of curvature of the upper edge portion 21. Since the lower edge portion 23 has such a shape, the human finger can be easily accommodated in the concave portion 20 through the lower edge portion 23 from the outer surface of the main body portion 12. As can be seen from Figs. 4 and 5, the lower edge portion 23 of the concave portion 20 is coupled to the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion by the first and second C-shaped curved surfaces 33, 34 adjacent to each other. Both end portions of the first C-shaped curved surface 33 extending from the lower edge portion 23 are coupled to the inclined surface 32 connecting the intermediate edge portion 22 and the concave portion bottom surface 26, and the second C-shaped curved surface 34 adjacent to the concave portion bottom surface 26 is not connected to Inclined surface 32. Further, the second C-shaped curved surface 34 has two ribs 35, 36 extending partially in the lateral direction. By the ribs 35, 36, the recess 20 of the bottle container 10 can be reinforced in the lateral direction. In addition, the ribs 35, 36 achieve the purpose of slipping with respect to the fingers of a person. The upper edge portion 21 of the concave portion 20 is coupled to the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion by the upper surface 31. In the fifth embodiment, the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface portion 31 of the concave portion 20 are curved upward in a convex shape. When the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface portion 31 extend substantially in parallel with respect to the waist portion 15, when the bottle container 10 is picked up, a human finger may fall into the upper edge portion 21, the upper surface 31, and the like. On the other hand, in the present invention in which the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31 are curved upward in a convex shape, the human finger does not fall into the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31. Further, as is apparent from Fig. 5, the central portion of the concave portion 20 in the lateral direction is curved convexly at the uppermost portion. In the recessed portion 20, the distance D3 in the lateral direction of the recessed portion, which will be described later, is the length of the chord, and is drawn in an arc shape. However, the central portion of the recessed portion 20 in the lateral direction may be the uppermost portion, and may be included in the center portion of the recessed portion 20 Straight part. 201116462 Fig. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line A_A of the bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of the concave portion shown in Fig. 6. In particular, as can be seen from Fig. 7, the upper surface 31 is curved in a convex shape toward the inner side of the 'i-barr 1' in the vicinity of the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. The upper surface 31 may be formed of at least one curved surface and may also be formed by a plurality of flat surfaces. Since the recessed portion 20 has such a shape and size, when the human finger holds the bottle-shaped container 10, the front end of the finger received in the concave portion 20 becomes a bent portion between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. Therefore, even if the bottle-shaped container 10 is heavy when the beverage is filled, the front end of the finger is not easily slid out by the concave portion 2〇. Therefore, in the present invention, the bottle type container 10 can be simply picked up. Further, since the pair of recessed portions 2 are formed opposite to each other, different fingers such as a thumb and a middle finger can be inserted into the respective recessed portions 2''. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the bottle type container 1 can be easily and surely held. Further, in the present embodiment, the depth of the concave portion 20 (corresponding to the distance between the waist portion 15 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion perpendicular to the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion) is relatively high. Each depth D1 of the recess 20 is 5 mm to 7 mm, preferably 6 mm. When the depth D1 is less than 5 mm, the front end of the finger becomes difficult to buckle on the curved portion between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. On the other hand, when the depth D1 is larger than 7 mm, it is difficult for the front end of the finger to reach the curved portion between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. Further, the lateral direction distance D3 of the concave portion 20 is 54 mm to 62 mm, preferably 58 mm. Since the recess 20 is of such a size, when the bottle container 10 is held, the first joint of at least one of the person's thumb or middle finger is sufficiently accommodated in the recess 20. Further, when the thumb and the middle finger of the person press the bottom surface 26 of each recess of the recess 20, the center axis of at least one of the thumb or the middle finger becomes 10 201116462 which is located inside the recess 20 in the inner side than the outer surface of the body portion 12. As a result, the thumb or the middle finger can be surely fastened to the upper surface 31 of the recess 20. Further, when the distance between the short sides of the transverse wear surface including the region of the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is D2, the distance D2 is 67 mm to 74 mm, preferably 71 mm. When the finger of the hand and the finger other than the thumb are naturally opened, the person feels that it is easy to hold the object when holding the object. Therefore, when the distance D2 is less than 67 mm, since it is difficult to hold in a narrow width and exerts a strong force on the tip end of the finger, when the lid of the bottle type container 10 is removed, it is easy to make the liquid in the bottle type container 10 from the mouth. 11 outflow. On the other hand, when the distance D2 is larger than 74 mm, it is felt that it is difficult to hold with a large width, and similarly, the liquid in the bottle-shaped container 10 is easily discharged from the mouth portion 11. Further, the ratio of the total depth (D1 + D2) of the two concave portions to the distance D2 is about 0.16, and the ratio is preferably 〇13 to 0.20. In this case, the bottle type container 1 can be more appropriately held. Further, as can be seen from Fig. 4, the lower portion 45 of the body portion of the bottle-shaped container 10 has a substantially rectangular cross section, and the four corner portions 19 are formed in a circular arc, and the upper portion 40 of the main body portion has the same cross section. . In the present invention, the cross section of the region including the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is also substantially rectangular in shape, and the four corner portions 16 are also formed in a circular arc shape. Fig. 8 is a side view showing the bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1. In Fig. 8, in order to hold the bottle container, two fingers of the person, such as the thumb and the middle finger, are inserted into the opposite portions of the waist portion 15 in the direction of the paper surface of Fig. 8. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal dimension of the waist portion 15 is 41.9 mm and relatively large, and the waist portion 15 is formed on the entire outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 12. Further, referring to Fig. 5, the waist portion 15 is included as described above. The structure of the upper side inclined 11 201116462 surface 15a and the lower side inclined surface 15b. Therefore, the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface 15b achieve the purpose of guiding. The two fingers of the above-mentioned person are guided to the outer periphery of the groove bottom surface 15c. Further, in Fig. 4, a line A1 passing through the center of the two long sides of the cross section of the body portion 12 is shown. This line A1 is common to the lines connecting the two centers of the two recesses 2 to each other. The two points ci and C2 arranged on the line A1 are located at the intersection of the extension of the circumferential direction of the groove bottom surface 15c and the line A1. As shown in Fig. 4, the circumferential distance D4 from the one point C1 through the extension line of the groove bottom surface 15c and the groove bottom surface 15c to the other point C2 is 140 mm to 165 mm, preferably 150 mm to 156 mm. When the circumferential direction distance D4 is shorter than 140 mm, when the finger-length person holds the bottle-shaped container 10, the front end of the finger will pass over the concave portion 20. Further, when the circumferential direction distance D4 is longer than 165 mm, when the person with a short finger holds the bottle container 1 ,, the front end of the finger cannot reach the curved portion of the upper surface 31 of the concave portion 20. On the other hand, when the circumferential direction distance D4 is in the range of 140 mm to 165 mm, the bottle-shaped container 10 can be easily held regardless of whether the finger is long or the finger is short. Also, when the person's hand is viewed from the thumb and forefinger side, the person's hand is usually in a substantially C shape. The distance D2 size is determined such that the human hand does not have to open the finger excessively. Since the radius of curvature of the four corner portions 16 of the groove bottom surface 15ct of the waist portion 15 of the container 10 is relatively large, the container 10 conforms to the hand of a person having a substantially c-shape. Therefore, when the bottle type container 10 is held, the person does not need to open the finger excessively. Further, the four corner portions 16 of the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 have a radius of curvature of 24 mm to 34 mm, preferably 28 mm to 30 mm. When a person's two fingers are inserted into the waist 15, two fingers of the person, such as the big thumb and the middle finger, are suitable for the waist 15 12 201116462 and the upper inclined surface 15a. Thereby, the front end of the finger of the person can reach the % curved portion of the upper surface 31 of the recess 2 . Therefore, if the human hand is raised by this state, the bottle type cereal 10 is supported by two fingers of the person, such as the thumb and the middle finger, and the fingers and the related palms. Therefore, when the bottle type container is picked up, it is not necessary to hold the bottle type container 10 with a strong force. Therefore, the bottle container 10 can be easily picked up. Further, since it is not necessary to apply a strong force at the front end of the finger, for example, even when the lid of the bottle type container 10 is removed, the liquid in the bottle type container 10 does not flow out from the mouth portion 11. Therefore, it is possible to stably pick up and carry the bottle type container. Here, referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 , the upper portion 40 of the main body portion of the main body portion 12 is formed with a plurality of grooves 41 extending in the circumferential direction, and the lower portion 45 of the main body portion is formed to extend in the circumferential direction. Most of the grooves 46. The grooves 41, 46 achieve the purpose of elastically deforming the body portion 12 of the bottle container 1 in the longitudinal direction when the longitudinal force is applied to the bottle container 10. Usually, in order to attach a product label (not shown) to the upper portion 40 of the main body portion to see the product label well (not shown), when the vertical rib is set in the groove 41 of the upper portion 40 of the main body portion, The lower portion 45 of the body portion of the body portion 12 is elastically deformed. Further, as shown in Fig. 6, the region XI between the shoulder portion 13 and the main body portion 12 is formed by a circular arc, and the region χ3 formed between the groove 46 of the lower portion 45 of the main body portion and the lower portion 45 of the main body portion is also the same. The ground is formed by an arc. Further, in the lower portion 45 of the main body portion, the second groove 46 is represented as the region X3 from the upper portion, but the other grooves 46 in the lower portion 45 of the main body portion are also the same. Further, as will be further described with reference to Fig. 5, the region X2 between the lower side inclined surface 15b a 13 201116462 of the waist portion 15 and the lower portion 45 of the body portion is also formed by a circular arc. As can be seen from Fig. 6, in the region XI, the radius of curvature R1 of the bottle-shaped container 10 is relatively large when viewed from the side, but is smaller than the radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 13 itself. Similarly, as can be seen from Fig. 2, in the region XI, the radius of curvature R1' of the bottle-shaped container 10 as viewed from the front is also relatively large, but is smaller than the radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 13. Further, the radius of curvature R1 is also smaller than the radius of curvature R3 in the region X3, but smaller than the curvature half R2 in the region X2. Further, as can be seen by comparing Figs. 5 and 6, the radius of curvature R2 in the region X2 is larger than the radius of curvature R3 in the region χ3. Further, the radius of curvature of the side view is from the ruler (7) to R28, preferably R16 to R2. The radius of curvature R1 viewed from the front is R1 R to R26, preferably R14 to R18. When the radius of curvature ri, r is larger than the above value, when the force is applied to the crucible container 10 in the longitudinal direction, the shoulder portion 13 of the bottle container 1 is easily plastically deformed. As described above, the bottle-shaped container 10 carries a full-size corrugated box (not shown) and then stacks up most of the corrugated boxes. At this time, a very strong force is applied to each of the bottle-shaped containers 10 in the longitudinal direction. ... -. It is called Ding Ding, and Κ 1' is larger than the curvature radii R2 and R3, but it is half the curvature of the shoulder and itself. Therefore, it can be said that the shoulder U is in a state of being close to the axis of the container 10. That is, in the embodiment, the radius of curvature R1, Ri is smaller than the radius of the shoulder portion, so that the shoulder portion 13 is larger than the horizontal plane angle ^, L. Therefore, when a very powerful force is applied in the longitudinal direction to the bottle type, the shoulder portion 13 and the waist portion 15 of the bottle-shaped container 10 are almost U-like, such as "% of the force is transmitted straight to the body portion. Square portion 45. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the longitudinal force 14 201116462 is applied, the portion of the bottle container 10 which is located above the waist portion 15 is substantially equally settled, and the lower portion of the body portion 45 is mainly elastically deformed. That is, in the present embodiment, even if a force is applied to the bottle-shaped container 10 in the longitudinal direction, the shoulder portion 13 and/or the waist portion 15 are not bent obliquely. Therefore, the shoulder portion 13 can be prevented. In addition, as is apparent from Fig. 1 and the like, the shoulder portion 13 of the bottle container 10 is smooth across the entire circumferential direction, and no bulging portion or the like is formed. When the longitudinal force is applied to the bottle-shaped container 10, no stress is concentrated on such a ridge. Therefore, there is no such plastic deformation of the ridge portion. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the shoulder of the bottle-shaped container 10 can be prevented. The portion 13 is plastically deformed. Further, in the present embodiment The bottle type container 10 is described by a synthetic resin. However, the bottle type container 10 may be formed of other materials such as glass.
