Abstract

An annular mouth member (12) is welded to a top edge opening of a container body (2). First embedded parts (19, 30) are provided on the annular mouth member (12). On the other hand, an annular embedded part (8) is set on a lid member (3). At the bottom of inner circumferential surface of the annular embedded part (8), a second embedded part (22) is set for temporary engagement with the first embedded part (19). Meanwhile, at the top inner face of the annular embedded part, third embedded parts (24, 25) are set for actual engagement with the first embedded parts (19, 30). As such, a packaging container with the container body (2) embedded with lid member (3) is formed so that lid member (3) can be temporarily embedded in the container body (2), and detached easily as necessary.
