Abstract

例亦可直接應用在,例如原稿壓合板以外之開闔體(例如 墨水匣容納部的蓋體等)的開闔裝置。在此情況下,原稿 n 壓合板開闔裝置即改稱為開闔體或蓋體開闔裝置。另外, 只要是具有本發明之開闔裝置的影印機、印表機、掃描機 或印刷機,皆可為本實施例之裝置本體。 在圖1及圖2中,元件符號1表示例如可稱為影像形 成裝置的影印機。影印機1由裝置本體2及原稿壓合板3 形成,本發明為用來將原稿(圖中未表示)壓合在裝置本 體2接觸玻璃(contact glass ) 4上的原稿壓合板開闔裝置 5,如圖1及圖2所示,原稿壓合板開闔裝置5以原稿壓 合板3後部對於裝置本體2的後部上端,且原稿壓合板3 201044098 可以開闔的方式連結。(圖1的A )且,原稿壓合板3可 分為兩種,連結或未連結圖示未表示之習知結構的原稿自 動輸送裝置。本發明之原稿壓合板開闔裝置,可適用於任 一種原稿壓合板,但較佳為應用於,較輕且未連結原稿自 動輸送裝置,而原稿壓合板之構成可藉由本身中間凹折等 方式對應處理厚原稿。 原稿壓合板開闔裝置5係由,如圖3至圖7所示,組 裝元件7、支撐元件10、滾轴(roller) 12、彈性手段14 以及筒狀彈簧導桿(spring guide ) 15所構成。組裝元件7 具有呈筒狀之組裝腳部6,支撐元件10介由轉轴銷9可轉 動地連接於設置在組裝元件7上部之兩側板部8、8,滾轴 12可轉動地連接於支撐元件10之搖動部11,彈性手段14 容置在沿組裝元件7組裝腳部6的中心部轴方向設置的容 納孔13,並彈性設置在容納孔13底部13a及滾轴12之間, 彈性手段14例如是由壓縮螺旋彈簧構成,彈簧導桿15覆 蓋並嵌合於彈性手段14上端部外側。 組裝元件7例如由POM (polyacetal)合成樹脂材料
