Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention pertains] The present invention relates to the identification of users who are wireless and ready. More specifically, the wireless device can be identified using the Internet Protocol address stored here to access an Internet Protocol-based network. [Prior Art] In the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), a mobile platform (MS) includes a wireless terminal (i.e., a mobile phone) and a removable smart card called a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM). In the second generation (3G) global mobile telecommunications system (U]yfpss), the user equipment (ue) contains mobile equipment (ME) and a mobile intelligent called the Global Mobile Telecommunications System User Identification Module (USIM). card. The mobile device can communicate with a global wireless access network (utran) node that is in turn connected to a circuit switched (cs) or packet switched (ps) core network. International Mobile Equipment Identification (IMEi) is the only identification mobile device. The Subscriber Identity Module or the Global Mobile Telecommunications System Subscriber Identity Module card contains the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) that uniquely identifies the subscriber. International mobile device identification and international action user identification are independent of each other, thereby contributing to personal mobility. In the case of the third generation of global mobile telecommunications systems, the base station controller corresponds to the Radio Network Control (IV) (RNC). Here, a plurality of base systems are sequentially connected to the Node B control of the wireless controller. . The Subscriber Identity Module or the Global Mobile Telecommunications System Subscriber Identity Module provides a removable command that allows users to access subscription services regardless of the particular terminal*. By inserting the subscriber identity module card into another mobile communications global system or third generation terminal, subscriber 201029346 can receive calls, call and receive other subscription services from the terminal. The first figure shows a conventional third generation global mobile telecommunications system 1 (8) that includes a typical mobile platform or user equipment 105, a handset 11 with individual Global Mobile Telecommunications System User Identification Modules or User Identification Module Cards 115. The Global Mobile Telecommunications System User Identity Module or Subscriber Identity Module Card 115 stores Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) information and international mobile subscriber identification information. When the request to connect to the mobile platform is received (by dialing or receiving a call) (Si), the public land mobile network and the national mobile subscriber identification information are identified from the global mobile telecommunications system subscriber identity module or user identification. The module card 115 is converted to the handset 11 to facilitate initial cell search and to be determined from the cell to be searched (S2). A communication link between the mobile platform or user equipment 105 and the earth wireless access network node 120 is established, and system information is transmitted from the earth wireless access network node 120 to the mobile platform or user. Device 105 (S3A, S3B). In response to the 'Mobile Platform or User Equipment 1 '5 transmission containing the stored International Mobile Subscriber Identification Information to the Earth Radio Access Network Node 120 (S4) - the connection is received by the Earth Radio Access Network Node 12 (85 Eight, S5B) ❿ Allow, then the mobile platform or user equipment 105 can be used to request a switch or connection to the circuit switched or packet switched core network 125 (S6A, S6B). Once the mobile platform or user device 105 is connected to the core network 125 (S6B), the data can be converted between the core network and the mobile platform or user device 105 (S7). Enhanced by the agreement specified by 3GPP TS 23.003, which facilitates the delivery of Internet Protocol packets to mobile nodes in the Internet. The Internet Protocol package is the basic unit that is transmitted across any network that uses the Internet Protocol. The Internet Protocol data contains the source address and the designated address, and the data is checked against a number of transactions that define the length of the packet, the header 5 201029346 can be (or has been) split, and indicate whether the packet is in the field. The basin master =: = whether the current point is attached to the Internet is usually done by changing the network F-bit or router from one network or sub-network to the other. The action node can change its position without changing the material tweeting layer, then the action is continued. Γ Γ Γ 杂 杂 杂 杂 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 于 于 于 于 于 于 于 勉 勉When placed away from its starting network, it is also handed over to the singer, who provides (4) its domain to the Internet system ^^ Beixun. The transfer address plane faces the end point of the line_point. The channel is the address of the external medium used by the packet to be logged into the mobile node. Commonly placed === 仃 = point to its own network interface - the externally obtained local address. The agreement provides for the transfer of the address to the internal medium. The internal medium is the action: the router on the starting network of the point can open the data packet away from the starting network to the mobile node and maintain the current position information of the mobile node. Internal media = Overpass transmits the packet intended for the mobile node to the forwarding address. Upon arrival at , , , , , , each packet is then transmitted to the mobile node. =Transfer to the location of the 敎 敎 敎 系 敎 :: :: :: :: :: :: 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 、 The transfer address identifies the current point at which the mobile node is attached to the Internet, and can be connected at different locations without changing the primary address of the Wei (the permanent Internet Protocol bit). This can be transferred to the postal address via the referral address. Letter: When the recipient 201029346 is arrived at the discrepancy, the crane is sent to the known Yongxin site to find the interest and send it to the transfer parent address. Therefore, when the Weier evades the address, it must change the address to the temporary address and change it back when it returns to the starting network. /, orientation When the mobile device is far away from its starting network, it is assigned the forwarding address = mediation: the address is 'the static network of the external medium on the battled network = 疋 address, or a total _ placement The location of the site, the new assignment of the temporary network age of the node (4). The system can be obtained by reference to (7), or it can be assigned to connect to a specific external scale.
