201012503 VI. With regard to the above-described matching recombination profiles, such formations can advantageously be configured to detachably mount the counterweight means thereon. In particular, the weighted composite portion can include a plurality of hollow members configured to receive fluid and/or particulate material in the weighting means. As an alternative, the weighted composite portion can be configured to removably receive a plurality of hollow members, each of which is configured to receive a fluid and/or particulate material therein. As a particular feature, the hollow member can be pivotally mounted to vary in position relative to the device, particularly for different routine movements. • A particular deflection may be advantageously included in the arm, and in a particular embodiment, the arms may be curved in areas where they are connected to the central region. In a particular embodiment, the central region is configured to extend behind the neck of the user. As can be seen from the above, and as illustrated, the following exercise can be performed as follows: 201012503 However, the apparatus of the present invention can be easily used in relation to abdominal movement regardless of the user's established posture or supine posture. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the present invention will be exemplified only with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring first to Figure 1, a side perspective view of an abdominal exercise device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The abdominal exercise device (10) is configured for the user to wear on the shoulder and includes a central region 12 from which a pair of side arms 14, 16 extend in a lateral and forward manner as shown. A pair of grips 18, 20 are respectively disposed at the ends of the side arms 14, 16 away from the central portion 12, which are configured in consideration of ease of use and comfort of the ergonomic equipment. - The recessed weight engaging regions 22, 24 are respectively provided in each of the side arms 14, 16 " which are used to detachably engage the weight body as will be described later. However, such recessed weight engaging regions 22, 24 may be provided at any suitable location on or near the central region 12 on each of the side arms 14, 16 φ. The central region 12 includes a neck portion 26 that is configured to allow the device to be easily mated behind the neck of the user, and an individual shoulder portion 28 that is configured to lie flat over the shoulder of the user, since then, The individual front supports 30, 32 extend in a forward manner. As will be explained later, the distal ends of the supports 30, 32 include engaging profiles 34, 36 for removably mounting the weight body thereon. A back support plate portion 38 extends downward from the central region 12 and the shoulder portion 28, and the back support plate portion 38 has an inner back support surface 40 having an arc configured to be mated with the human spine; and an outer surface 42 (refer to FIG. 2) configured to engage the floor when the user uses the exercise device 10 in a supine position. A pair of casters 44 extend downwardly from the lower region of the outer surface and are configured to facilitate movement of the motion equipment, particularly the lower portion of the back support plate portion 38, as desired on the floor. 0 The complete details of the configuration of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 can be seen from Fig. 2, and Fig. 2 includes a perspective view taken from the back and the bottom, whereby the exercise device 10, the central neck 26, and the pair of shoulders can be easily understood. Portion 28, outer surface 42 and pair of casters 44. Also visible in Fig. 2 are a plurality of curved portions 46 that are disposed in regions where the arms 14, 16 are in contact with the central portion 28, and allow the arms 14, 16 to be relative to the central portion 28 and the front supports 30, 32. And the back support 38 is curved. This type of bending is included to improve the comfort of the athlete, especially when the user uses the 〇 in the upright position. The complete details of the illustrated embodiment of the invention will be more apparent from the third and fourth figures. Figures 3 and 4 provide an illustration of two distinct routine exercise devices 10 for abdominal muscles. Referring first to Figure 3, it can be seen that when the user can wear the exercise equipment while in the upright position, the arms 14, 16 extend behind the shoulder of the user, and then the upper arm of the user provides support, and the individual is held in the hand. Under the grips 18, 20 (please refer to Figure 1), place the user's front arm comfortably. 201012503 Figure 3 also shows each pair of weighted blocks 48 that are removably mounted to the recessed composite sections 22, 24 of the apparatus (see Figure 1). The weight block may advantageously comprise a plurality of straight hollow blocks that are configured to contain fluid and/or particulate matter and that increase weight in an easily controllable manner. The manner in which the weight body 48 is attached to each arm portion allows the weight body to be vertically suspended as shown in Fig. 3 or pivoted 90 degrees in the direction of the arrow A, and the large φ is extended inward in the horizontal direction. As explained below with reference to Figure 4, the substantially horizontal configuration can be advantageously utilized when the user performs routine floor motion. However, with reference to Figure 3, the user can safely and comfortably wear the device regardless of the additional weight provided by the weight block 48, which provides a routine "central twist" motion in which The foot does not move substantially, and the user reverses his body in a reverse manner while engaging the arms 14, 16 and the grips 18, 20. The increase in weight has proven to be advantageous in terms of the amount of work required to initiate a general circular motion with the user to stop using the counterweight to provide enhanced routine movement.
