18,是構成爲,當內窗扇12關閉使窗頭鎖件20爲上鎖的 狀態,窗頭框1 4的室內側窗頭壁部1 4 g和室外側窗頭壁 部14h會抵接著位於引導凸部18b兩側的座部18a,使引 導凸部1 8b的前端和溝槽底部1 4j之間形成空隙。 0 補強材1 5,是水平剖面形狀爲Π字形的金屬製構件, 具有:朝進深方向延伸的底片15a;從底片15a的室外側 端部朝窗頭側(縱框1 1 a側)延伸的室外側片1 5b 動的方向,利用鉤部3 7b抵接於支架36上下的轉動管制 片36f,使其姿勢保持著。 此外,轉動管制構件39是由管制構件側彈簧40彈推 成抵接於鉤構件37的解除時抵接部37h。此時,轉動管制 構件的操作片39b是朝向室內側,與操作手把32的保持 部32d形成卡合著。另外,此時,內窗扇12只是由設置 在下框的軌道及上框引導著,所以並未正確定位在縱框 1 1 a進深方向位置。 當從第5(a)圖的狀態關閉內窗扇12時,首先,如 第5(b)圖所示,窗頭框14的室內側溝槽壁部14e和室 內側窗頭壁部14g的角部,是會接觸於引導構件18室內 側的斜邊部18c。此時,鉤構件37的推壓部37c雖不抵接 於承鎖構件22的被抵接部26a,但窗頭框14的前端是開 始進入縱框11a的耩槽部lib。 第5(b)圖的例子,內窗扇12因是比指定位置還位 -20- 201005161 於室外側,所以窗頭框14的室內側溝槽壁部I4e和室內 側窗頭壁部14g的角部就會接觸引導構件18室內側的斜 邊部1 8 c,但若內窗扇1 2是比指定位置還位於室內側時, 則室外側溝槽壁部14f和室外側窗頭壁部14h的角部就會 和引導構件18室內側的斜邊部18c接觸。於此,所謂指 定位置,是指鉤部3 7b比設置在縱框11a的承鎖構件22 的卡合壁部26還位於室內側,推壓部37c和承鎖構件22 φ 的卡合壁部26在平拉方向成並排的位置。 接著,又使內窗扇12朝縱框11a側移動成關閉時, 室內側溝槽壁部1 4e和室內側窗頭壁部1 4g的角部,就會 沿著引導構件18室內側的斜邊部18c滑動,使窗頭框14 ' 朝室內側移動的同時朝縱框側1 1 a側移動。然後,當室內 側溝槽必部14e和引導構件18的引導凸部18b室內側的 面成爲對面後,如第5 ( c )圖所示,位於引導構件18下 方的承鎖構件22的被抵接部2 6a會抵接有鉤構件37的推 • 壓部3 7c。此時,引導構件18的引導凸部18b,是進入在 窗頭框14的溝槽部14c。 當從第5(c)圖的狀況又使內窗扇12朝縱框11a側 移動成關閉時,推壓部37c會由被抵接部26a推壓往平拉 方向使鉤構件37以第1軸34爲中心開始轉動,使鉤部37 的前端反抗鉤構件側彈簧3 8的彈推力朝室外側移動。此 時,隨著鉤構件37的轉動當鉤部3 7b開始朝室外側移動 的同時,解除時抵接部3 7h會開始滑動在轉動管制構件3 9 的管制部3 9c窗頭側的面。然後,解除時抵接部3 7h其與 -21 - 201005161 管制部39c的抵接位置會從第2軸35側逐漸移動至管制 部39c的前端側。 接著,當鉤構件37持續轉動時,鉤部37b會和卡合 孔26b形成卡合。另一方面,當解除時抵接部37h越過管 制部3 9c前端’從窗頭側的側面脫離時,管制構件側彈簧 40的彈推力會使轉動管制構件39往管制部39c前端從窗 頭側朝向室外側的方向轉動。轉動管制構件3 9的轉動, 是會造成管制部39c前端抵接於鉤構件37的管制時抵接 ^ 部37d。接著,於該狀態下,因鉤構件37的管制時抵接部 37d是抵接在管制部39c的前端,所以鉤構件37就不可能 因鉤構件側彈簧38的彈推力而轉動,因此就成爲可維持 件20承鎖構件22和鎖本體30的卡合動作進行說明。 如第6(a)圖所示,在承鎖構件22和鎖本體30的卡 合爲解除的狀態,鉤構件37,是由鉤構件側彈簧38彈推 往可使其前端朝室內側轉動的方向,利用鉤部37b抵接於 支架36上下的轉動管制片36f,使其姿勢保持著。此時, 如以上所述鉤部37b,是比設置在縱框11a的承鎖構件22 的卡合壁部26還位於室內側,推壓部3 7c,是和承鎖構件 22的卡合壁部26 (被抵接部26b)配置在平拉方向成並排 的位置。 此外,轉動管制構件39是由管制構件側彈簧40彈推 抵接於鉤構件37的解除時抵接部37h。此時,轉動管制構 件的操作片39b是朝向室內側,與操作把手32的保持部 32d形成卡合著。 從第6(a)圖的狀態關閉窗扇12時,首先,如第6 (b)圖所示,承鎖構件22的卡合壁部26的前端即被抵 接部26a是會抵接有鉤構件37的推壓部37c。然後,又讓 內窗扇12更接近縱框11a時,如第6(c)圖所示,推壓 部37c會由被抵接部26a推壓往平拉方向使鉤構件37以 第1軸34爲中心開始轉動,使鉤部37的前端反抗鉤構件 側彈簧38的彈推力朝室外側移動。此時,隨著鉤構件37 -24- 201005161 的轉動當鉤部3 7b開始朝室外側移動的同時,解除時抵接 部37h會開始滑動在轉動管制構件39的管制部39c窗頭 側的面。然後,解除時抵接部37h其與管制部3 9c的抵接 位置會從第2軸3 5側逐漸移動至管制部3 9c的前端側。 接著’當鉤構件37持續轉動時,鉤部37b會和卡合 孔2 6b形成卡合。另一方面,當解除時抵接部3 7h越過管 制部3 9c前端,從窗頭側的側面脫離時,管制構件側彈簧 φ 40的彈推力會使轉動管制構件39往管制部39c前端從窗 頭側朝向室外側的方向轉動。轉動管制構件3 9的轉動, 是會造成管制部39c前端抵接於鉤構件37的管制時抵接 部37d。接著,於該狀態下,因鉤構件37的管制時抵接部 ’ 37d是抵接在管制部39c的前端,所以鉤構件37就不可能 因鉤構件側彈簧38的彈推力而轉動,因此就成爲可維持 著鉤部37b和卡合孔26b卡合的上鎖狀態。此時,操作手 把32,是隨著轉動管制構件3 9操作片39b的移動形成移 # 動,使操作部3 2a朝窗頭側移動。 此外,當於鉤部37b和卡合孔26b卡合成上鎖的狀態 ,將操作部32a朝基部構件31的室內側壁部31b側移動 ,反抗管制構件側彈簧40的彈推力使轉動管制構件3 9轉 動解除管制部39c和管制時抵接部37d的抵接時,鉤部 37b的前端會因鉤構件側彈簧38的彈推力而轉動,使鉤部 3 7b和卡合孔2 6b的卡合解除因此能夠容易解除上鎖。
