200950731 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 ,本發月係有關香品,尤指一種延長香品燃燒時間的 品製造方法。 θ 【先前技術】 香品為台灣傳統習俗的重要祭祀用品,虔誠的信眾藉 ,燃燒不滅絕的香品來表達其誠敬與追思。目前傳統的香 品為由可燃燒的香腳與香粉製成,香腳為選自竹心、木頭 ❹:等堅硬的材質製成,香粉則用具有香氣的木粉如沈木、 檀木'橋木與檜木等與楠樹皮粉加以混合而製成,其再將 香腳與香粉等預先準備好的材料 ,經過浸、滾、曬等過程, 使香粉重重且很均勻的包覆該香腳上,再經過太陽的曝曬 即完成香品的製作。 此種利用傳統方式製成的香品,其雖可供祭祀時使 用,然其燃燒速度相當快,因此其香品的消耗速度相當的 快,祭祀者需要準備大量的香品才能滿足其燃燒不間斷的 需求,因此其祭祀成本高昂,且大量燃燒香品會產生大量 ® 的空氣汙染,而對環境造成極大的負荷,再者,一般的香 品燃燒的速度相當的快,故,需大量的砍伐樹木及竹子等 植物來製作香品,進而造成減碳環保上的另一個隱憂。 為此台灣專利公告第Μ329403揭露一種耐燃香’其為 藉由模具而成形出一表面具螺旋凹槽的香品’並指稱該香 品會因為該螺旋凹槽的限制而改變燃燒路徑’可透過燃燒 之單位面積的改變以達到干擾及遲滯燃燒周邊路徑的作 用,使之呈忽大忽小的燃燒,據而可增加該香品的燃燒時 間。 5 200950731 然此種耐燃香的香品,其可以增加香品燃燒時間的效 果其實相當有限,這是由於此種耐燃香的香品,光於香品 表面切割一螺旋凹槽,並沒有在於成份上想辦法降低其燃 燒時的燃點,因此,當此香品於有風勢助燃的狀態下燃燒 時,會造成香品的燃燒溫度上升,使其燃燒路徑會沿螺旋 凹槽的中心處直接朝下燃燒,而不會乖乖沿著螺旋凹槽的 路徑燃燒,因此喪失螺旋凹槽的作用,此時螺旋凹槽非但 無助於遲延燃燒的速度,反而容易因為螺旋凹槽導入新鮮 的空氣,而使燃燒的速度增快,因此這種耐燃香的香品, 其延遲燃燒的效果有限,其無助於減少香品的使用,而不 能滿足祭祀者的需求。 【發明内容】 爰是,本發明的目的在於提供一種可延長燃燒時間的 香品製造方法,依據此製造方法所製造出來的香品,具相 當長的燃燒時間,其可減少香品的使用量,而滿足祭祀者 的需求。 基於上述目的,本發明提供一種可延長燃燒時間的香 品製造方法,可用於製造一香品,其步驟包含備料步驟、 成形步驟、加工步驟等三步驟,其中備料步驟為準備一粒 徑為15〜25目的香粉與一香腳;成形步驟為以50〜70磅的 成形壓力讓該香粉包圍覆蓋該香腳並成形為一柱狀體;加 工步驟為藉由一刀具的切削,使該柱狀體的表面形成一環 溝,該環溝連續不間斷圍繞該柱狀體的表面,同時藉由該 刀具切削時的震動破壞該柱狀體的表面結構,如此即完成 200950731 該香品的製作。 據此,該香品在燃燒之時,由於其藉由高磅數的壓力 所製造出來的柱狀體具相當的緊實度,且柱狀體的表面結 構已經被破壞,因此該香品在點燃時,其點燃溫度能維持 在將滅未滅的燃燒狀態,其一方面藉由該柱狀體的緊實度 而使該香品不易燃燒,另一方面破壞該柱狀體的表面結 構,可增加香品的含氧量而使其燃燒不致於中斷,又一方 面藉由該環溝所切割形成的路徑,可迫使該香品沿著此路 ® 徑燃燒,來增長燃燒路徑進而延長燃燒的時間,使得本發 明所製造出來的香品,不但可在維持燃燒的狀態下降低該 香品的燃燒速度,更可據此延長此香品的燃燒路徑,故, 本發明除了可以提升該香品的使用時間,更可減少資源的 消耗並降低空氣汙染的效果。 【實施方式】 茲有關本發明的詳細内容及技術說明,現以實施例來 作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該等實施例僅為例示說明 之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。 請參閱「圖1」與「圖2」所示,本發明為一種可延 長燃燒時間的香品10製造方法,其可用於製造一香品10, 其步驟包含備料步驟、成形步驟、加工步驟等三步驟;首 先為備料步驟,本發明準備一粒徑為15〜25目的香粉12 與一香腳11,其中該香粉12為木粉與楠樹皮粉混合而成, 又木粉與楠樹皮粉的重量百分比混和比例為4 0〜6 0:6 0〜4 0 者為佳,且木粉可以選自沈木、檀木、楠木與檜木的任一 200950731 種,而該香腳11可以用竹心與木頭心的任一種製成。 接著為成形步驟,本發明以50〜70磅的成形壓力讓該 香粉12包圍覆蓋該香腳11並成形為一柱狀體20,其作法 可以讓該香腳11設於一擠壓機具内,該香粉12灌入該擠 壓機具,讓該香粉12被該擠壓機具擠壓而以50〜70磅的 成形壓力包圍覆蓋該香腳11並成形為該柱狀體20。 最後為加工步驟,本發明藉由一刀具的切削,使該柱 狀體20的表面形成一環溝21,同時藉由切削時的震動破 ® 壞該柱狀體20的表面結構,即完成該香品10,其中該刀 具可以安裝於一車床上,以藉由車床的帶動對該柱狀體20 的表面進行切削而完成該環溝21。 本發明藉由備料步驟、成形步驟、加工步驟等三步驟 所完成的香品10,其包含香腳11與香粉12,該香粉12 的粒徑為15〜25目,且該香粉12以50〜70磅的成形壓力 形成柱狀體20,該柱狀體20包圍覆蓋該香腳11,又該柱 狀體20的表面設有車削形成的環溝21,該環溝21連續不 間斷圍繞該柱狀體20的表面,並該柱狀體20的表面結構 被形成該環溝21的車削震動來破壞。 請參閱「圖3」所示,本發明的香品10在燃燒之時, 由於其藉由高磅數的壓力所製造出來的柱狀體20具相當 的緊實度,且柱狀體20的表面結構已經被破壞,其一方 面藉由該柱狀體20的緊實度而使該香品10不易燃燒,另 一方面破壞該柱狀體20的表面結構,以增加含氧量,而 使該香品10燃燒不致於中斷,因此該香品10在點燃時, 200950731 其點燃溫度能維持在將滅未滅的燃燒狀態,並且,藉由該 環溝21所切割形成的路徑,可迫使該香品10沿著此路徑 燃燒,而增長燃燒路徑進而延長燃燒時間,再者,由於本 發明之香品10於燃燒時,係處於將滅未滅的狀態,因此 燃燒時不致會發生跨過該環溝21,而直接往下燃燒的現 象。 如上所述,因而本發明所製造出來的香品10,可在維 持燃燒的狀態下降低該香品10的燃燒速度,並可藉由該 ® 環溝21所切割形成的路徑,可迫使該香品10沿著該路徑 燃燒,據此以增長燃燒路徑進而延長燃燒時間,使得,本 發明可以提升該香品10的使用時間,以減少資源的消耗 並降低空氣汙染。 惟上述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,並非用來限定 本發明實施之範圍。即凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做的均 等變化與修飾,皆為本發明專利範圍所涵蓋。 200950731 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1,為本發明的流程圖。 圖2 ’為本發明的香品結構圖。 圖3,為本發明的香品燃燒示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 A:備料步驟 B:成形步驟 C:加工步驟 ® 10 :香品 11 :香腳 12 :香粉 20 :柱狀體 21 :環溝200950731 IX.
