The LED 36 indicates whether the power of the washing and drying machine 10 is ON or OFF by turning on or off. The LED3 7 system constitutes a display of the operation process. LED37 indicates the running process by turning on or off. The LED 38 is provided in the encoder 35 to illuminate the encoder 35. The LED 39 is disposed inside the process ◎ switch 342 to illuminate the process switch 342. The display 33 has a liquid crystal screen 40. The liquid crystal screen 40 has a section 41 for indicating the remaining time of the operation or the current time, and an icon portion 42 for displaying various kinds of information set in advance. The operation panel 18 is provided with a block display unit 44 or the like that displays various kinds of information in addition to the above. The liquid crystal screen 40 constitutes a time display means for applying for a patent. The washing and drying machine 10 is actuated according to the setting input from the input unit 32 of the operation panel 18, -10-200949042. The operation panel 18 is provided with a display unit 43 for displaying the operation of the washing and drying machine 10 by illumination with an LED 37. The process display portion 43 is irradiated with light by an LED 3 7 provided on the back side. Further, on the back side of the process switch 342, an LED 39 for illuminating the process switch 342 is also provided. Next, the electrical configuration of the washing and drying machine 10 will be described based on Fig. 3 . The control unit 119 includes a control unit H 51 as a control means, and is configured by a micro-computer including a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and the like (not shown). The control unit 151 is electrically connected to the motor 14, the fan 16, the heater 17, the operation panel 18, the water supply valve 24, the memory unit 52, and the buzzer 53. Further, the control unit 51 is connected to the battery 54 in a different manner from the commercial power source that serves as the power source for the washing and drying machine 1A. The control unit 5-1 supplies electric power from the battery 54. A part of the commercial power source supplied to the functional unit charges the battery 54. The buzzer 53 constitutes a means of sounding the scope of the patent application. The G control unit 5-1 turns ON or OFF the energization toward the motor 14, the fan 16, the heater 17, and the like in accordance with an operation procedure set by the input unit 32 provided on the operation panel 18. The liquid crystal screen 40 of the operation panel 18 is irradiated with light from the backlight 55. The control unit 5-1 controls the energization of the backlight 55 toward the liquid crystal panel 40. The control unit 515 opens and closes the water supply valve 24 in accordance with the operation. Thereby, the tap water supplied from the faucet is intermittently supplied to the water tank 12 and the heat exchanger 15. The memory unit 52 is, for example, a non-volatile memory such as an EPROM. The buzzer 53, if there is a drive instruction from the control unit 51, will sound. Control -11 - 200949042 Section 51, if there is an input from the input unit 32 of the operation panel 18, outputs a drive instruction to the buzzer 53. Thereby, the buzzer 53 interlocks with the input from the input unit 32 to emit an operation sound. Further, when the washing and drying machine 10 detects an abnormality or the like, the control unit 51 outputs a drive instruction to the buzzer 53. Next, the operation of the washing and drying machine 1A formed by the above configuration will be described. 1. The memory control unit 51 that accumulates the operation time stores the operation history of the washing and drying machine 10 in the memory unit 52. The memory unit 52 memorizes past operation histories and error information about problems that have occurred in each unit. Further, the control unit 516 stores the accumulated operation time in the storage unit 52. The accumulated operation time is in addition to the operation time of the washing and drying machine 1 itself, and the respective use times of the motor 14, the fan 16, the heater 17, and the operation panel 18 including the functional portion are added. Therefore, the memory unit 52 stores the operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 and the respective use times of the motor 14, the fan 16, the heater 17, and the operation panel 18. Further, it is preferable that the memory unit 52 memorizes the cumulative operation number instead of the cumulative operation time. The cumulative number of operations is in addition to the number of operations of the washing and drying machine 1 itself, and the number of uses of the motor 14, the fan 16, the heater 17, and the operation panel 18 including the functional portion. Further, the memory unit 52 also memorizes both the accumulated operation time and the cumulative use count. Further, in the present embodiment, an example in which the accumulated operation time is stored in the storage unit 52-12-200949042 will be described. 2. The detection control unit 5-1 of the functional decline period determines whether the washing machine 10 itself or the functional units have reached the functional decline period based on the accumulated operation time stored in the storage unit 52. The period of decline in function is equivalent to the product life set in advance in the washing and drying machine 10 itself or in each functional part. Φ The washing and drying machine 10 and the functional parts that exceed the life of the product are likely to cause mechanical or electrical problems. Therefore, the control unit 51 determines whether or not the accumulated operation time of the storage unit 52 has been reached, and whether or not the function decline period set in advance has been reached. In the period of the function decline, as shown in Fig. 4, the standard use period is set as a reference to the plural stage. The standard period of use is defined as "in principle, the product is in a general household, under normal conditions of use, the standard number of years of operation or time, or the number of times used," (reference: corporate legal person) Japan Electric Industry Association (JEMA). The control unit 51, as shown in FIG. 4, is stored in the washing and drying machine 1 of the storage unit 52 or the cumulative operation time of the functional unit, and is determined to be: washing when the cumulative operation time of the standard use period T is less than or equal to K0. The level of the function of the dryer 1 是 is the "normal" condition of the period when the function is not reached. In response to this, as the cumulative operation time continues, the control unit 51 advances the stage of the function degradation level. Specifically, the control unit 51 is configured to have a cumulative operation time of more than 1. 0T and at 1. When it is 1 or less, the function degradation level is judged as "1". Similarly, the control unit 51 is greater than 1" in the cumulative operation time -13 - 200949042 and is at 1. When the value is less than 2, the function degradation level is judged as "2", and the cumulative operation time is greater than 1. 2Τ在1. When the value is less than 3, the function degradation level is judged as "3", and the cumulative operation time is greater than 1. When 3 Τ, the function degradation level is judged as "4". 3. The function of the functional unit is gradually lowered by the control unit 51, and the accumulated operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional unit stored in the storage unit 52 is calculated according to the cumulative operation time. Decrease the level to reduce the function of the functional department step by step. Specifically, it is carried out in accordance with the following. (1) The heater function lowering control unit 51 sets the heater 17 of one of the functional units to be weakly operated. As shown in Fig. 5, the control unit 51 lowers the maximum output of the heater 17 by reducing the electric power supplied to the heater 17 as the function lowering level progresses. When the output of the heater 17 is lowered, the drying time for drying the laundry contained in the rotary tub 13 in the washing and drying machine 10 increases the time required. Further, when the output of the heater 17 is lowered, the completion state of the laundry to be dried is changed. As a result, the user can recognize that the life of the washing dryer 10 and the heater 17 is close. The control unit 5-1 lowers the electric power supplied to the heater 17 as the function degradation level progresses. Thus, the time required for the drying of the washing material is gradually prolonged as the level of deterioration of the function progresses. 200949042 Heater 17 is used as a heat source. Therefore, 'substantially exceeds the use of the heater 17 during the standard use period' is a concern that causes problems other than the expected one. Therefore, the control unit 51 lowers the output of the heater 17 when the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 exceeds the standard use period. Further, the control unit 51 is not limited to the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10, and the cumulative use period of the heaters 17 exceeds the standard use period that has been set in the heaters 17, and is also lowered according to the function. The progression of the level also makes the output of the heater 17 drop better. (2) The load of the motor is reduced. The control unit 5-1 lowers the load of the motor 14 of one of the functional units. The control unit 151 limits the operation of the motor 14 by reducing the load of the motor 14 as the function degradation level progresses. When the load of the motor 14 is lowered, in the washing and drying machine 10, the washing stroke, the cleaning stroke, and the drying stroke for drying the washing φ are washed by the washings contained in the rotary tub 13 The time required for the trip also increases. Therefore, the user can recognize the problems of the washing machine 1 and the motor 14. The control unit 5-1 lowers the load of the motor 14 as follows, as the function degradation level progresses. The control unit 5 1 ' is the "normal" state in which the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 1 or the cumulative use period of the motor 14 is equal to or lower than the standard use period. For example, as shown in Fig. 6, the motor 14 is The ON period and the OFF period are set to 5: 3. On the other hand, if the function lowering level is "2" or more, the control unit 51 reverses the ON period of the motor 14 and the -15-200949042 OFF period to 3:5. Therefore, when the time required for the cleaning step in the normal state is 1%%, and when the function reduction level is "2" or more, the time required for the cleaning stroke is 150%. As such, by reducing the load of the motor 14, the time required for the cleaning stroke is increased. Thus, the user can recognize that the life of the washing dryer 1 and the motor 14 is close. Further, the control unit 51 is also preferably configured to change the maximum number of rotations of the motor 14 as shown in Fig. 7 . In the case shown in Fig. 7, if the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the cumulative use period of the motor 14 is the "normal" state below the standard use period, the control unit 51 will perform the washing. The maximum number of rotations of the dehydration dehydration stroke motor 14 was set to 1 300 rpm. On the other hand, if the function lowering level is "2", the control unit 51 limits the maximum number of rotations of the motor 14 in the dehydration stroke to 1200 rpm, and if the function reduction level is "4", it will be The maximum number of rotations of the motor 14 for the dehydration stroke is limited to 100 rpm. In this case, it is preferable that the motor 14 is set to be fixed regardless of the function lowering level until the motor 14 is in the acceleration operation of the rotation of the highest number of rotations. In order to achieve a resonance frequency range in which the vibration level is increased when the number of rotations of the motor 14 is increased, it is passed in a short period of time. By limiting the maximum number of rotations of the motor 14, the time required for the dehydration stroke is increased, and the completion of the washing after the dehydration stroke is lowered. Further, the control unit 51 adjusts the maximum number of rotations, and the degree of change in the number of rotations of the motor 14 in the vicinity of the highest number of rotations is preferably lowered as the function level is lowered. As a result, there is a change in the sound generated from the motor 14 until the time when the maximum number of revolutions of the motor 14 is reached from -16 to 200949042. Thus, the user can recognize that the life of the washing dryer i 〇 and the motor 14 is close. The motor 1 4 ' is the most important functional part in the washing and drying machine. Therefore, the control unit 51' lowers the output of the motor 14 when the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 1 exceeds the standard use period. Further, the control unit 51' is not limited to the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10, and the cumulative use period of the Mazda 14 exceeds the standard use period set by the heater 14, and is also performed in accordance with the function reduction level. It is also preferable to reduce the load of the motor 14 . When the motor 14 is normal, the washing direction and the cleaning stroke are changed, and the direction of rotation changes during a specific cycle. Therefore, the control unit 51 preferably reduces the load of the motor 14 by reducing the number of times of reversing the motor 14. Ο 4. The warning control unit 51 obtained by the alarm may also periodically issue the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional unit, if it exceeds the standard use period, in accordance with the function reduction level determined based on the cumulative operation time. In addition to the alarm, the function of the functional part such as the motor 14 or the heater 17 is lowered, or the function of the functional part is lowered, and the situation is added. Some users may find it difficult to notice that, as described above, the change in the output of the heater 17, or the change in the function of the motor 14 or the like, or the change in the completion state of the laundry accompanying the decrease in the function. . Therefore, the control unit 51-17-200949042 not only lowers the function of the functional unit, but also issues an alarm of the five senses of the user. Specifically, it is carried out in accordance with the following. (1) The warning control unit 51 issued by the display of the display panel stores the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional unit of the storage unit 52, and if it exceeds the standard use period, according to the cumulative operation time The function of the judgment is lowered to make the display of the operation panel 18 change stepwise. The control unit 5-1 dims or turns off the LEDs 36, 37, 38, 39 of the operation panel 18, the liquid crystal screen 40, or a part of the backlight 55. The control unit 51 is a "normal" state in which the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional portion is equal to or less than the standard use period. For example, as shown in Fig. 8(A), the operation panel 18 is entirely The LEDs 36, 37, 38, 39 and the backlight 55 of the liquid crystal screen 40 are lit. In the first aspect, if the function lowering level is "2", the control unit 51 turns off the backlight 55 of the liquid crystal screen 40 as shown in Fig. 8(B). Thereby, the visibility of the liquid crystal screen 40 is lowered. In the control unit 51, if the function lowering level is "3", the LED 37 of the process display unit 43 is turned off in addition to the backlight 55 of the liquid crystal screen 40 as shown in Fig. 8(C). Then, if the control unit 51 is "4", the LED 39 that is irradiated to the process switch 342 is also turned off as shown in Fig. 8(D). In this manner, by turning off the backlight 5 5 or the LEDs 37 and 39 of the operation panel 18, the visibility of the liquid crystal screen 40, the process display unit 43, or the process switch 342 is lowered. Thereby, the control unit 51 can warn the user of 200949042 to warn that the life of the washing and drying machine 10 is close to the case, and the control unit 51 is, for example, from the right side to the left side of the liquid crystal screen 40. It is preferable that the backlight 55 is turned off in a stepwise manner and the display of the liquid crystal screen 40 is black out in accordance with the level of decline in function from one end side to the other end side. For example, if the function lowering level is "1", the right Φ end side 1 / 4 of the liquid crystal screen 40 is turned off, and if the function lowering level is "2", the right half of the liquid crystal screen 40 is turned off. When the function lowering level is r 3", the right end side 3 / 4 of the liquid crystal screen 40 is turned off, and if the function lowering level is "4", the entire liquid crystal screen 40 is turned off. In addition, the control unit 5 1 ' may be, for example, the entire operation panel 18 including the liquid crystal screen 40, from one end side to the other end side, in a stepwise manner according to the function degradation level. The composition that extinguishes the illumination. The control unit 5 1 is turned off, for example, in the order of G from the power switch 341 side toward the liquid crystal screen 40 side. Thereby, the user can visually easily recognize at which stage the function of the function of the washing dryer 10 is lowered. Further, it is also preferable that the light is turned off from the right side to the left side, from the left side to the right side, from the upper side to the lower side, or from the lower side to the upper side, etc., in any direction. In addition, the backlight 5 5 and the LEDs 36, 37, 38, 39' of the liquid crystal screen 40 of the operation panel 18 are not only lit or turned off, but also use any method such as dimming or flicker to make the visual The effect is also changing. -19- 200949042 (2) The warning control unit 51 issued by the operational feeling of the input unit is stored in the washing and drying machine 1 of the storage unit 52 or the cumulative operation time of the functional unit 'if it exceeds the standard use period' The operational feeling of the input unit 32 is changed stepwise in accordance with the level of decline in function determined based on the accumulated operation time. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the control unit 51 is such that the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional unit is "normal" or less than the standard use period. The input of the input unit 32 receives the input after a normal reaction time t1. On the other hand, if the control unit 51 is to perform the function down level to ^2", the reaction time from the input to the input unit 32 to the acceptance input is set to be longer than the normal reaction time t1. T2. Further, if the function lowering level is "3", the control unit 51 will set the reaction time from the input to the input unit 32 to the input reaction time, and set the second function to be lower than the first function lowering reaction time t2. Reaction time t3. In such a manner, the response to the input to the input unit 32 is deteriorated by extending the reaction time. Thereby, the control unit 51 can warn the user of the tactile sensation that the life of the washing and drying machine 10 is close. Further, in general, the control unit 51 outputs a drive instruction to the buzzer 53 when the input comes from the input unit 32, and the buzzer 53 sounds. In this case, by including the above-described processing, the responsiveness from the input to the input unit 32 to the buzzer 53 is deteriorated as the function is lowered. As a result, the control unit 51 not only gives the user a sense of incongruity on the tactile -20-200949042 caused by the deterioration of the responsiveness of the input unit 32, but also gives a slow response due to the buzzer 53. The resulting sense of incompatibility. (3) The warning control unit 51 issued by the buzzer sounds to store the accumulated operation time of the washing machine or the functional unit of the storage unit 52, and if it exceeds the standard use period, it is operated according to the accumulation. The function of judging the time is lowered to make the Q of the buzzer 53 change stepwise. The control unit 51 is a "normal" state in which the cumulative operation time of the washing and drying machine 10 or the functional portion is equal to or lower than the standard use period. For example, as shown in Fig. 10, the oscillation frequency of the buzzer 53 is set. Set to 2. 0 kHz. Therefore, the user can hear the usual buzzer sound. On the other hand, if the control unit 5 1 is set to "1", the oscillation frequency of the buzzer 53 is set to 1. 5 kHz. Further, the control unit 51 stops the buzzer 53 from being sounded if the function is lowered to "4". In this way, the interval of the buzzer 53 changes by changing the oscillation frequency of the buzzer 53. Thereby, the control unit 51 can warn the user of the hearing to warn that the life of the washing and drying machine is close to that. In the case where the oscillation frequency of the buzzer 53 is changed, for example, it is preferable to change the oscillation frequency while the buzzer 53 is in the middle of the sound. Specifically, for example, when the function degradation level is "1", "2", or "3", the buzzer 53 is initially set to 2. 0 kHz, while making the oscillation frequency change to "1. 5 kHz". Thus, the interval of the buzzer 53 is changed in the middle of the sound, and the result allows the user to have a clearer understanding of the change of the interval from -21 to 200949042. Further, the control unit 51 may also reduce the voltage applied to the buzzer 53 to replace the change in the oscillation frequency of the buzzer 53 or the change in addition to the oscillation frequency. As a result, the buzzer 53 changes not only the interval but also the volume. (4) The warning control unit 51 issued by the clock display is stored in the washing machine 1 or the accumulation of the function unit in the storage unit 52. When the operation time exceeds the standard use period, the clock of the operation panel 18 is changed in accordance with the function degradation level determined based on the accumulated operation time. The control unit 51 sets the power of the washing and drying machine 10 to ON (ON), and displays the current time on the liquid crystal screen 40 of the operation panel 18. So. The control unit 51 is a "normal" state in which the cumulative operation time of the washing machine 10 or the functional unit is less than or equal to the standard use period. For example, as shown in the eleventh (A), the power supply is turned on. The clock representation is displayed. On the other hand, if the control unit 5 1 ' is down to the level of 3 j , the contrast of the clock display of the liquid crystal screen 40 is lowered as shown in the 11th (B) diagram. Therefore, the visibility of the clock display is Even if it is normal, the user who does not recognize the operation panel 18 is easily noticed when the power is turned on, and is displayed at the current time of the operation panel 18. Therefore, by being displayed at the current time of the operation panel 18. The contrast of the clock display changes, and the control unit 51 can warn the user more visually that the life of the washing and drying machine is close to that of the washing machine. -22- 200949042 The stage of the functional part described above It is also preferable that the ground function is lowered or the warning issued by the report is such that it is better to combine the washing and drying alone, and to reduce the function of the plurality of functions or warnings. In addition, the liquid crystal screen 40 plate 18 including the above operation is included. The input unit 32 and the buzzer 53' constitute a warning means for the application. In the first embodiment described above, the cumulative operation time of the sputum dryer 10 can be obtained as follows. The function of the heat generator 17 or the motor 14 is gradually lowered before the washing and drying machine 10 becomes unusable during the lapse of the period. The life of the dryer 10 is a function of the functional portion that is suddenly unavailable. Decrease and let the user know. The result is that the method of checking or constructing can be begging before the sudden inability to use. Therefore, the user's unpleasant squat can be reduced. If you know the washing and drying machine 1 and reduce the function, you can reduce the problem caused by the use of the washing and drying machine beyond the use period. If it is used during the standard period, it is the heater of the functional part. The gradual decline of the grading, thereby increasing the time of the drying stroke of the rinsing, the time required for the completion of the dried rinsing to change, or the change of the completion condition, the user realizes The life expectancy of the washing and drying machine 1 is close to that of the operating surface of the operating surface of the police machine 10, especially the operating standard. Therefore, before washing, the user needs to enter the new product sense or the life expectancy of 0, which is required for the 17th. Because this allows, the heater-23-200949042 17, Since it is a heat source, if the use beyond the standard use period is continued, there is a concern that the influence caused by the problem is increased. Therefore, by lowering the output of the heater 17, it is possible to ensure safety. The life is easy to recognize the life limit. If the motor is used during the standard use period, the load of the motor 14 of the functional unit is gradually reduced. Thus, the washing stroke, the cleaning stroke or the drying stroke of the washing material The time required for the increase is increased. Because the time required is increased, the user can be made aware that the life of the washing and drying machine 10 is close. In particular, since the motor 14 is the most important component in the washing and drying machine 10, the user can easily notice the change in the operation of the motor 14. Thus, the user can easily recognize the life limit. Further, in the dehydration stroke, the completion state of the dehydrated laundry due to the maximum number of rotations of the motor 14 is changed. Therefore, the motor 14 is changed in the dehydration stroke by the maximum number of rotations. Thereby, the user can be made aware that the life limit of the washing and drying machine 10 is close. By the standard use period, the display of the operation panel 18 is changed, the responsiveness of the input unit 32 is changed, and the buzzer 53 is changed, and the user's five senses are stated: the washing dryer The life expectancy of 1〇 is close. The illumination of the operation panel 18 is turned off and blinked due to the passage of the standard use period. The input unit 32 is degraded in response to the input due to the passage of the standard use period. In addition, the buzzer 53 changes the interval or volume due to the passage of the standard period. Thus, the display, responsiveness, or change in sound is a matter of approaching the life of the washing and drying machine 10, and appealing to the user's five senses. Therefore, even if the change due to the operation of the functional unit -24-200949042 or the completion of the washing is difficult to notice, the user can be made aware that the life of the washing and drying machine is close. In particular, by changing the contrast of the clock display displayed on the operation panel 18, even for a user who is often difficult to notice the change of the operation panel 18, it can be recognized by the clock display: the washing dryer 1 The life expectancy is close to the situation. (Second Embodiment) A schematic configuration of a washing and drying machine formed in the second embodiment of the present invention is shown in Fig. 12. In the first embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted. In the second embodiment, the washing and drying machine 110 is provided with a thermal pump unit 60 as a drying function portion for drying the laundry contained in the rotary tub 13. The thermal pump unit 60 is disposed in the middle of the air passage 61 through which the air circulates through the rotary groove 13. The thermal pump unit 60 is composed of a compressor 62, a condenser 63, and an evaporator 64. The refrigerant compressed by the compressor 62 is heated by the condenser 63 and then vaporized in the evaporator 64. Therefore, the air flowing through the air passage 61 is heated by the condenser 63 and cooled by the evaporator 64. Thereby, the air that has absorbed moisture from the laundry accommodated in the rotary tub 13 is removed by the evaporator 64 to remove the contained water. Then, the dehumidified air is heated by the condenser 63, and then supplied to the rotary tank 13 again. In the case of the washing and drying machine 1 1 having the thermal pump unit 60 as the drying function unit, the control unit 151 stores the cumulative operation of the washing and drying machine 110 in the storage unit-25-200949042 52. When the time exceeds the standard use period, the function of the thermal pump unit 60 is stepped down in accordance with the function degradation level determined based on the accumulated operation time. Specifically, the control unit 51 lowers the maximum number of rotations of the compressor 62 of the thermal pump unit 60 as the function is lowered as shown in Fig. 13. As a result, the output of the thermal pump unit 60 is lowered. When the output of the thermal pump unit 60 is lowered, the time required for the drying process of drying the laundry contained in the rotary tub 13 in the washing and drying machine 110 is increased. Further, when the output of the thermal pump unit 60 is lowered, the completion state of the laundry to be dried is changed. Thereby, the user can be made aware that the life of the washing and drying machine 110 is close. The control unit 51 gradually reduces the maximum number of rotations of the compressor 62 as the function degradation level progresses. Thus, the time required for the drying of the laundry is gradually prolonged as the level of deterioration of the function progresses. In the second embodiment, when the standard use period is passed, the output of the thermal pump unit 60 of the functional unit is gradually lowered. Thereby, the time required for the drying stroke of the washing material increases, and the completion state of the dried washing material changes. Because of the increased time required or the change in the completion condition, the user is made aware that the life of the washing and drying machine is close. (Other Embodiments) The plural embodiment of the present invention described above has been described with respect to whether the washing and drying machine 10 has exceeded the standard use period as a reference for -26-200949042. An example of judgment. However, the level of decline in function can also be judged by the fact that the action of the functional unit is measured. For example, in the operation mode of the washing and drying machine 10 and 110, when the washing machine is not accommodated in the rotating tub 13, and the drying chamber 13 is dried, the drying step is performed, and when the tank is dried, the heater 17 It is measured by the operation of the functional part such as the motor 14 or the like. In the drying process of the tank, since the washings are not accommodated in the rotary tank 13, the operation of each function φ is measured under substantially constant conditions. Therefore, the main cause of external disturbances affecting the measurement of the operation of each functional unit can be reduced. Therefore, instead of applying a uniform standard use period to the product, the individual life of the washing and drying machine according to the operation of the functional unit can be applied as a criterion for functional decline.
