Description of the invention: [Ming eyebrow] Field of the invention The present invention relates to a dishwashing machine for washing dishes such as jet washing water, etc. 5 ❹ 10 15 ❹ 20 washing machine. Background of the Invention Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing the main part of a conventional dishwasher. In such a dishwasher, the object to be cleaned such as tableware is stored in a washing tank (not shown). The cleaning tank is provided with an opening 101. The user operates the washing pump (not shown) by closing the opening 101 with the upper door body 102 and the lower door body 103. The washing water is thus ejected from a nozzle (not shown), and the object to be washed is washed and rinsed with water. The door is also paid by Fu Shiming, and the upper door body 1〇2 moves to the space above the body 1〇5 to open the opening HH. The X' lower door supporting member 1〇6 and the upper door supporting member 1〇4 are coupled by the interlocking member 107. Under the _ switch _3, the upper door 1 〇 2 will also switch in conjunction. Therefore, the entire opening portion 开关 is switched by the lower ^. Further, the lock mechanism (not shown) maintains the closed state of the upper door body 102 and the lower door body 1〇3. The cleaning pump will be automatically stopped when it is washed and rinsed. Also, during washing or water washing, if the user presses the temporary stop button, the operation of the cleaning will also stop. However, if the stop button is not pressed, and the user interprets the mechanism, the green is still in operation and the lower door 103 is opened, and the opening 101 is opened by the door. Therefore, the washing water has the possibility of 3 200948326 flying out of the machine. That is, while the user presses the push button switch of the unlocking mechanism, the upper door body 1G2 and the lower jaw body 1 () 3 operate to open the opening portion 1 () 1 greatly. When the lock mechanism is released, even if it is stopped, the inert wash water of the cleaning pump 5 will be sprayed for a certain period of time and will not stop instantaneously. Therefore, the washing water will fly out of the machine from the opening 101. In this proposal, a safety switch that is interlocked with the lock mechanism is provided, and the cleaning pump cannot be operated in a state where the door body is not closed. In this configuration, if the cleaning mechanism of the door body is released while the cleaning pump is in operation, the operation of the cleaning pump 10 is immediately stopped. It is even proposed that the door in operation be fixed in a closed state. However, when the tableware is to be placed again after the start of the operation, the operation of the operation is stopped every time, and the usability is not good and it is not convenient. Further, since the operation of the operation is stopped, the lock of the door body is also released, and even if the operation of the cleaning pump is stopped while the operation of the operation is stopped, the problem of the washing water flying out due to the inertia of the washing pump cannot be solved. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The dishwasher of the present invention can prevent the washing water from flying out of the opening portion if the lock mechanism of the door body during the operation of the washing pump is released. The dishwasher of the present invention has a washing tank, a washing pump, a door body, a lock mechanism, a lock releasing operation portion, a switch, and an opening and closing mechanism. The cleaning tank accommodates the object to be cleaned. The cleaning pump pressurizes the washing water and sprays it into the aforementioned washing tank. The door body switch is configured to open the opening of the cleaning groove and divide the upper door body and the lower door body. And, in the closed state, the upper end portion of the lower door body is opposite to the lower end portion of the upper door of the above-mentioned 200948326. The lock mechanism maintains the closed state of the door body. The lock release operation unit performs the release operation of the lock mechanism. When the release operation of the lock mechanism is performed, the operation of the aforementioned purge pump is stopped. When the opening and closing mechanism is released from the lock mechanism, the upper end portion of the lower door body is moved to a position exposed from a lower end portion of the upper door body, and the lower door body is displaced toward the opening direction of the lower door body. The potential energy of the aforementioned upper door body in the closing direction is assigned. According to this configuration, if the lock mechanism is released during the operation of the washing pump, the washing water can be prevented from flying out of the machine. When the door body is opened, the user presses the button switch ^ to perform the release operation of the lock mechanism 21. Thus, the lock mechanism 21 is released from the locking portion 5 by the third spring 44, and the interlocking member 24 to which the potential energy is applied is operated in the opening direction of the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7. That is, as shown in Fig. 6, the lower door body 7 is rotated by a predetermined degree in the direction of the arrow A. At this time, if the cleaning fruit 46 is in operation, the operation of the cleaning pump 46 is stopped because the operation is OFF in conjunction with the lock mechanism 21. 15 20 Then, the manual operation provided at the upper end portion of the lower door body 7 is applied to the position where it is exposed from the position covered by the lower end portion of the upper door body 6, and the potential energy of the upper door body 6 in the closing direction is imparted. That is, the upper door is biased by the upper door supporting member 14 to the second magazine 41, and the pulling force of the door supporting member 14 above the upper door pulling member 30 is given the potential energy in the direction of the _ direction, and is maintained at Close to the location. Thus, only the lower door body 7 is opened at the beginning of the opening. On the one hand, it is possible to prevent the washing water from flying out of the machine when the door is left in the closed position and the state is changed from the state of the ι map to the operation of the cleaning pump. The lower door body 7 is opened to a certain extent in the direction of the arrow a, and the manual operation portion 25 covered by the lower end of the upper door body 6 is exposed. Therefore, after the release operation of the line locker is used, the predetermined time of the stop, that is, the shift from the makeup of Fig. 1 to the state of Fig. 6, is prohibited, and the user cannot operate the manual, Feng Li.卩 25. That is, after the operation is pressed, the manual selection of the lower door body 7 is opened, and the manual operation can be performed manually. Therefore, the cleaning pump 46 cannot open the lower door 7 during the inert operation. Further, as described above, the lower end portion of the upper door body 6 is provided with a receiving portion 6b (first drawing). The receiving portion 6b is provided with an inter-door sealing pad 9. The door inter-body seal 9 is located at the upper end portion of the lower door body 7 and is overlapped with the first pressing portion 7c' on the front side of the receiving portion 6b and is disposed between the lower end of the upper door body 6 and the upper end of the lower door body 7. There is a seal. The inter-carcass seal 9 hermetically seals the joint receiving portion 6b and the first pressing portion 7c. With this configuration, after the lock is released, the lower door body 7 is displaced by a predetermined level, and then the manual operation portion 25 is exposed from the lower end of the upper door body 6 to be set to 10 times. Therefore, the cleaning pump 46 cannot open the door during the inert operation. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the washing water from flying out of the machine due to the inert operation of the washing pump 46. Further, the door inter-body gasket 9 is provided with a projection piece % extending downward, and the second door pressing portion % of the protruding piece 9a is pressed when the lower door body 7 is closed. The lower door body 7 is displaced from the closed position of Fig. 10 to the position where the manual operation portion 25 is exposed, and is displayed at the position shown in Fig. 11, and the protruding sheet region is moved sideways by the second pressing portion 7d pressed by the force. Bit. Therefore, the highlights of the sheet are detailed (4). Net 7 water has the effect of closing the gap between the doors. As a result, it is possible to surely prevent 2 〇 from flying out. Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the two mechanisms of the second spring Μ and the upper pull-back member 30 are used to cause the upper door center to stay at the closed position at the initial stage of opening. However, depending on the weight of the weight of the upper door body 6 or the space for the second door to pull back the member 30, it is also possible to use only the 2: 948 326 / a mechanism to make the upper door 6 stay closed. position. Next, as shown in Fig. 8, as soon as the connecting shaft 23a moves to the end of the play in the long hole 23b, the connecting shaft 23a and the long hole 23b are coupled, and the upper door body 6 and the gamma door body 7 operate in conjunction. In conjunction with the opening operation of the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7, the upper door pulling back member 3〇 is moved upward. The upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are opened to a predetermined extent. As shown in Fig. 2, the second track end point 32a of the second guide rail 32 is brought into contact with the second guide lock 29.

Further, once the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are opened, the upper door pull-back member 旋 is rotated to the first rail end point 3a1 of the first guide 31 and the first guide pin with the second guide pin 29 as a fulcrum. 28 arrived. By the reversal of the upper door pullback member 30, the abutment of the upper door pullback lock 33 and the upper bucket pullback projection 34 is released, and the upper door pullback member 3〇 is not closed to the upper door boat 6 and the lower door body 7 The potential of the direction. The upper door pullback member 3 is given the potential energy downward by the first spring 38, but the i-th guide pin 28 is held against it.

2015 is above the first guide rail 31, so it does not move downward, but stays at the upper position as shown in Fig. 2. Thus, the upper door pullback member 30 subjects the upper door body 6 to the reaction force from the sealing member 8, and is used to close the upper door body 6 to the original position. The closing force of the door to the closing is used for 20. Therefore, the upper door body 6 can be more effectively closed to the original closed position as compared with the configuration in which the second spring 41 is constantly biased in the closing direction with the force imparting the potential energy. Further, when the door body is closed, the upper door pullback pin 33 abuts against the upper door to pull back the trigger portion 35, and as the upper door pullback member 3〇 continues to rotate, slides on the upper door pull 15 200948326, and the back portion 34 and the upper door pull back Between the trigger portions 35. Hereinafter, the state of the first figure in the reverse order to the above is returned. Further, the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are opened until the upper door support member 14 abuts against the first stop portion 15, and the lower door support member 17 abuts against the open state of the second stop portion 18 5 . At this time, the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are both slightly horizontally facing upward, and the upper door body 6 is located above the lower door body 7 so as to be opened. Therefore, as in the past, the door body 6 does not completely cover the upper portion of the opening portion 5. Therefore, the washing water adhering to the washing tank 2 of the upper door body 6 does not drip in the open state. Further, the manual operation unit 25 is provided at the upper end of the lower door body 7. Therefore, unlike the case where it is placed in front of the door body, the manual operation portion 25 does not abut against the surface of the dishwasher or the like which is provided with a groove or the like when the door body is opened. After the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are opened, the user pulls out the cutlery basket 4 on the inner surface of the upper door body 6, and places the object to be cleaned 3. Since the cutlery basket 4 is pulled out on the inner surface of the upper door 15 body 6, it is possible to prevent the soup juice and the water droplets dripping from the object to be cleaned 3 from flowing out of the machine. When the object 3 to be cleaned is placed, the water droplets which are dropped from the object to be cleaned 3 and adhered to the outside of the upper door body seal receiving portion 6a are accumulated in the water receiving portion 11. Further, the upper door body 6 is opened downward from the opening 5 and moved downward toward the lower side of the dish basket 4, so that the upper portion of the opening portion 5 is not covered by the upper door body 6. Therefore, it is easy for the user to place the cleaning object 3, and the upper surface of the body 1 can be utilized as a storage space, which is very easy to use. Even if the open space of the upper door body 6 is not required to be moved above the body 1, even a narrow kitchen can be easily installed. 200948326. Next, the user stores the cutlery basket 4 in the washing tub 2, and closes the lower door body 7. Since the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 constitute a linkage for switching, the upper door body 6 is also closed at the same time. By the second spring 4, the potential energy of the upper door body in the closing direction is imparted via the upper η support member. Further, the third spring 44 imparts potential energy to the closing direction of the fifth moving member 24. Therefore, the user can The lower strength of the lower door body 7 is closed. As shown in Fig. 5, in the open state, the water received in the water receiving portion _ 11 of the upper door body 6 is rotated toward the closed state, and the water receiving portion 11 faces the opening portion 5 The lateral outflow 邛12 is lowered to the lower muscle, and is recovered to the water receiving portion 10 of the lower door body 7 via the outflow portion 12. If the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 are interlocked, the upper door body 6 is < The water receiving portion 1G of the lower door body 7 is held in a close position. ' & 'The water received from the outflow port 12 is received by the water receiving portion 10 at an angled angle with respect to the horizontal plane, and reception can be suppressed. The splash of water droplets in the water. In the open state, when the upper door body 6 is rotated to a position close to the upper side of the lower door body 7, the lower end of the upper door body 6 can be approached to the opening portion 5 of the cleaning tank 2. The drawer can be smoothly pulled out and accommodated. Then, the upper door body 6 is rotated in the direction of the upper body 6 When the lower end is displaced in the direction away from the opening portion 5, the side of the opening portion 5 on the upper surface of the upper door body 6 is inclined downward. Therefore, the water adhering to the water receiving portion 11 of the upper door body 6 to the water receiving portion of the lower door body 7 10 20 flows down. In the open state, the water accumulated in the water receiving portion 10 of the lower door body 7 and the water recovered from the water receiving portion 11 of the upper door body 6 flow to the lower side of the water receiving portion 1 It is collected in the cleaning tank lower portion 2a via the outflow portion 10a. Therefore, the water receiving portions 11 and 1 are not leaked out of the machine and are collected in the cleaning tank 2. Therefore, the cleaning of the dishwasher and the groove 5 can be maintained. Further, as described above, the opening and closing mechanism of the upper door body 6 and the lower door body 7 is provided on the right and left sides of the washing tank 2, the upper door body 6, and the lower door body 7. As described above, the washing machine of the present invention is a cleaning pump. In the operation of the fifth lock mechanism 21, even if it is released, the washing water can be prevented from flying out of the machine, so that it is an effective dishwasher.
