Abstract
The disclosed inventions will improve our currently patented conductive concrete heating technology to make it safer for human touch, easier to produce and control quality, and much more energy efficient. The improved technology may be used for interior radiant heating as well as pavement surface deicing. It has the potential to replace the current hydronic heating systems, which have many maintenance and reliability issues.
