Description

200934915200934915 IX. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a filtering device for intercepting foreign matter such as 5 debris contained in a drain of a washing machine or the like. C Prior Art 3 Background of the Invention ▲ When using a washing machine, foreign matter such as debris, dirt, and dirt from the clothes often occurs in the washing water. At this time, if the foreign matter is directly discharged from the main body of the washing machine, it may cause the drain pump, the drain valve, the drainage path of the washing machine body, or even the drain pipe leading to the water passage under the house where the washing machine is installed. Therefore, a filter device for intercepting the aforementioned debris and the like and a washing machine including the same filter device have been proposed by the prior art (see, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2002-282616). 15 Fig. 7 is a view showing the appearance of a washing machine having a conventional device. Fig. 8 is a perspective view of the periphery of the filter device, which is a perspective view showing the state when the cover is opened. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the filter device, and Fig. 1 is a front view of the cover portion of the overhang. In Fig. 7, a cover body 20 (9) is disposed on the lower right side of the front surface of the main body 1 of the washing machine, and has a structure of a slinging device to be described later. Fig. 8 shows the state when the cover 10 is opened. The lid body 101 is usually made of a plastic molded member, and its lower end is pivotally supported by a shaft ′, and its upper end side can be closed toward the arrow J in the direction of the arrow J. The back side of the cover body 101 is provided with a rib 102 which protrudes obliquely and the front end is processed into two. Further, 5 200934915 is disposed inside the cover 101 with a cover 35 for operation when the filter device is taken out from the body 1 or mounted to the body 1 or the like. Further, the cover 35 is provided with a grip portion 35b for projecting and integral with the cover 35 for rotating the cover 35. In the cross-sectional view of Fig. 9, in the front portion (on the left side in Fig. 9) of the cylindrical filter casing 34, an enlarged diameter portion 47 having a stepped portion 34d and expanding in diameter is provided. The enlarged diameter portion 47 has a structure of the screw portion 37, and the cover member 35 is screwed to the filter case 34 via the screw portion 37 via a water seal gasket 42 made of an elastic body such as rubber. A convex engaging portion 10 35a ' is formed behind the cover 35 (on the right side in FIG. 9), and a concave engaging portion integrally formed therewith and engageable with the convex engaging portion 35a is formed in the filter body 36. 36a. Further, the cover 35 and the filter body 36 are coupled together by the engagement between the convex engagement portions 35a and the concave engagement portions 36a. Therefore, the filter body 36 can be taken out from the filter housing 34, i.e., the body 1 of the washing machine, by rotating the cover 35 away from the threaded portion 37. 15 The filter body % is formed with a cylindrical and mesh-shaped screen portion 51 which allows water to pass but simultaneously intercepts foreign matter. Further, the filter body 36 is disposed inside the filter housing 34 between the inflow port 38 of the filter case 34 and the outflow port %. Thus, the laundry drain containing the foreign matter can pass through the filter portion 51 through the inlet port 38, and then flows from the outlet port 39 through the drain path to the drain line outside the machine 20 in the state of the foreign matter removal. In the filter device of the above configuration, the cover 35 is rotated, and the filter body 36 is taken out from the over-casing casing 34, and the accumulated shoulders and the like are removed. After that, the cover 35 is normally screwed back to the original position on the filter housing 34 to prevent water from leaking out of this portion. 200934915 Therefore, in the above-mentioned conventional example, the following structure is used to prevent water leakage. The cover body 35 is provided with a recessed portion 351 recessed in a cup shape on the side of the cover body ιοί, and the recessed portion 351 is provided with a grip portion 35b protruding from the center of the slightly circular surface of the recessed portion and extending in the diameter direction. Also shown in the perspective view of Fig. 8 is a perspective view. Further, the main body 1 is provided with a locking hole 1〇4 through which the hook member 103 is inserted to be engaged in a portion corresponding to the hook member 1〇3 of the lid body 101. The front view of the lid body 101 of Fig. 10 shows the state when the lid body 1〇1 is properly closed. Here, the center angle 0 indicates the angle at which the grip portion 351) rotates from the reference line 1〇5. That is, when the grip portion 35b is located at a position 10 which is slightly 90 degrees from the center angle 0, the lid body 1〇1 is closed in the direction of the arrow J of Fig. 8. As a result, as shown by the dotted lines in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the rib 1〇2 of the cover 1〇1 does not abut the grip portion 35b of the cover 35, and the cover 1〇1 can be completely closed. . At the same time, the hook portion at the front end of the hook member 103 can be locked to the locking hole 1〇4, so that the cover body 101 does not easily open even if an external force is applied from the outside of the washing machine. 15 With respect to the normal installation state, when the central angle 0 of the grip portion 35b is deviated from 90 degrees to 90 degrees, the rib 1〇2 will still abut the grip portion 35b even when the lid body 1 is closed. In turn, the cover 1〇1 cannot be closed. Therefore, it is easy to detect that the cover 35 is not completely mounted due to the lid 101 being not normally closed. Thereby, the user can operate the grip portion 35b again to screw the cover 3520 to the appropriate position, and easily return to the water-free state. That is, the user can determine whether the cover 101 is properly mounted on the body 丨 to prevent water leakage. Further, the related art document information of the invention of the above-mentioned application is known, for example, in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2-282616. However, in the structure of the prior art, it is necessary to determine whether the cover body 35 is correctly installed on the body 1 or the cover, in order to determine whether the cover body 35 is positive or not. Body 101 is in a closed state. However, the 'wan-user's attention is focused on cleaning the foreign matter from the transition body 36, and forgetting to close the cover 101 will not confirm the leakage prevention. Or the 'reduction of the number of parts for the purpose of designing or lowering the cost, so that the structure of the above-mentioned prior art is configured because the filter device including the cover 101 is configured as Since the necessary conditions, the above structure without the cover body cannot be realized. 10 Further, the lid body 101 is generally made of a plastic molding material or the like, and is usually disposed at the lower portion of the washing machine, so that the user and the toe of the family by the washing machine touch the tip of the foot, or the user fails to recognize the cover. When the closing state of the lid body 101 is forcibly pressed, the lid body 1〇1 is broken or the lid body 101 is detached from the washing machine body. Once such a situation occurs, it is of course impossible to confirm whether or not the water leakage is prevented. In addition to these problems, the operation of such washing machines is generally a housewife rather than an expert, so there is still a problem to be solved that must be constructed to be easy to understand and simply prevent water leakage. [Metals and contents] 20 The invention discloses a filter device for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, which is not affected by the presence or absence of a cover, and can detect the installation state of the cover of the filter device, and is installed. When the setting is incomplete, the user is notified of the abnormal state to achieve water leakage when the washing machine is actually prevented from being used. 200934915 Therefore, the filter device of the washing machine of the present invention includes a cover body that operates the switching state of the filter device when removing foreign matter; and the telecommunication transmission and reception device operates in a normal position on the filter housing on which the cover body is mounted. Moreover, when the cover body is not properly installed, the cover is closed again by the abnormality of the user's disposal. With the foregoing construction, the filtering device of the washing machine of the present invention can prevent water leakage during washing. I: Embodiment 3 Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention 9 200934915 Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same components as those of the conventional examples will be given the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, this embodiment is not intended to limit the inventors. (Embodiment 1) 5 The first W is an external view of a washing machine having a bribe according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view when the filter is placed, and Fig. 3 is a front view of the filter device when the filter device is incompletely installed, and the 4A to the front side shows the state of the cover of the transition device. The plan view of the operation, the top view shows a partial side view of the operation of the cover installation state of the filter device, and Fig. 6 is a part of the control flow chart of the washing machine. As in the washing machine of Fig. 1, the recess 7 formed below the front surface of the body 1 of the washing machine is provided with a cover 2' which is slightly rounded for operation to remove foreign matter such as debris in the drainage (4) Device. Further, the cover 2 is configured to be movable in the rotational direction, to detach the attachment means, and to move the filter out of the shaft 5. A control device 3 is disposed inside the upper portion of the body 1, and a microcomputer for controlling a series of strokes such as washing and dehydrating is built in. Further, the upper surface I of the main body 1 is provided with a switch unit 4 for inputting the operation stroke input control device 3, a display unit 5 for controlling the state of the on/off state and the remaining time, and the like. Water drain pipe 6. The portion 7 = the cross-sectional view of Fig. 2 is shown. The cover 2 is housed on the fourth body 1 and does not protrude outward from the outline 8 outside the body 1. The front side of the cover body 2 (the left side in Fig. 2) is integrally formed with a word ♦ 旋 'the user can grasp the finger to perform the rotation operation. Further, inside the inside is 20, 200934915 5 Ο 10 15 ❹ 20 1 , a filter body 11 having a mesh filter portion 10 that allows water to pass but intercepts foreign matter to be formed in the concave engagement portion 16 of the filter body 11 The cover portion 15 formed in the cover body 2 is closely attached to the cover member 2 so as to be freely rotatable. Further, the grasping knob 9 such as a finger can be pulled out toward the axial direction of the cover 2, and the filter body 11 can be taken out to the outside of the machine. The cover 2 and the filter body 11 are both housed in the filter housing having the inflow port 12 and the outflow port 13. The inside of the outer peripheral cylindrical portion 17 of the connecting portion on the side of the cover 2 on the side of the casing 11 is attached to the outer periphery of the outer peripheral cylindrical portion 17 of the filter body 11 with a shackle 18 formed of an elastic body such as rubber, which is in close contact with the inclined wall 19 of the filter case 14 Water seal. The drainage of the washing water containing foreign matter such as debris, the foreign matter is removed from the inlet port 12 when passing through the mesh portion 10, and then flows out of the machine through the drain pipe 6 of Fig. 1 from the outlet port 13. On the side of the concave portion 7 of the main body 1 in which the filter case 14 is housed, a large-diameter cylindrical portion 20 integrally formed is housed, and a cover body 2 that is freely rotatable is housed inside the cylindrical portion 20. Further, the inner peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 2 has a plurality of protrusions 21, and the projections 22 formed on the outer peripheral portion 23 of the cover 2 can be pressed toward the filter body 11 side. Thus, the '0-ring 18 can be pressed toward the inclined wall 19 by the outer peripheral cylindrical portion 17 so that the washing water inside the filter casing 14 is sealed with the outside. The magnetic body 24 is housed in one of the outer peripheral portions 23 of the cover 2, and the mounting plate 25 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 2 of the filter casing. Further, a reed switch 26 is attached to the mounting plate 25 on the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 20. Here, the reed switch 26 is disposed at a position corresponding to the magnetic body 24, and the inner magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 is disposed at a position where the magnetic body 24 can be closely attached. In the cross-sectional view in which the filter device of Fig. 3 is incompletely installed, as shown in Fig. 11 200934915, the projection 22 of the cover 2 does not enter the inside of the projection 21 of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter housing 14. In this state, the cover body 2 and the filter body 11 have a 〇-shaped ring 18 or the like disposed therebetween, and the position at the time of mounting as shown in Fig. 2 becomes in the third figure. The outer side of the body i (ie, the left side in Figure 3). 5 Therefore, the water seal effect achieved by the 0-ring 18 or the like disappears and will cause water leakage. At this time, since the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 inside the reed switch 26 are displaced by the distance Η in the axial direction, the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 is not affected by the magnetic body 24 and does not operate. Therefore, since the reed switch 26 does not operate, no ON signal from the reed switch 26 is transmitted to the control device 3. 10A to 4D are plan views showing the operation of the cover mounting state of the filter device, and Fig. 4A shows the preparation position before the cover 2 is mounted. In the fourth embodiment, the position of the reed switch 26 and the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 in the circumferential direction is attached to the mounting plate 25 which is formed adjacent to the upper portion of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter housing 14, so that the cover 2 is positive. Up direction (12 o'clock direction). On the other hand, 15 is mounted on the magnetic body 24 of the cover 2 at a position of stone=slightly 90 degrees leftward (9 o'clock direction), and the direction of the one-shape shape of the knob 9 of the cover 2 is set to be slightly vertical . In the preparation position before the cover 2 of the fourth embodiment, the projection 22 formed on the outer peripheral portion 23 of the cover 2 has a stopper portion 30 at one end portion and a width D 20 in the lower portion. Similarly, a second protrusion 22e having a symmetrical shape is provided on the upper side of the opposite side of the 180 degree, and a total of two places are provided in total. The position of the ridge 21 formed on the inner circumference of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter casing 14 is a distance C from the left end of the width D of the projection 22 of the cover 2 in the direction of rotation. Fig. 4B shows the state in which the cover 2 is rotated clockwise by the knob 9 by about 45 200934915 degrees = about 45 degrees. The projection 22 of the cover 2 becomes a cross-sectional view of the second drawing which follows the ridge 21 of the inner peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter case 14. However, since the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding action portion 27 inside the reed switch 26 are offset by an angular direction of about 45 degrees and are spaced apart from each other, the magnetically opposed operating portion 27 does not detect the magnetic body 24. Further, when the cover 2 is rotated by 80 degrees and the state is changed from the 4A to the 4C, the water seal effect of the 〇-shaped ring 18 is first generated. Further, although the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 inside the reed switch 26 have an offset of about 10 degrees in the angular direction, the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 can start detecting the magnetic body 24. Therefore, the reed switch 26 starts to detect the ON state, and the cover 2 and the filter body 11 have the 〇-shaped ring 18 disposed therebetween, and the axial direction of the cross-sectional view of Fig. 2 is obtained. As shown in Fig. 4D, when the knob 9 is rotated by 90 degrees from the state of Fig. 4A, the positional relationship between the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding action portion 27 inside the reed switch 26 becomes valley = 〇, without Offset in the angular direction. Therefore, the magnetic-corresponding operation unit 27 can reliably detect the magnetic body 24, and the stopper portion 30 can abut the ridge 21 while the reed switch 26 can completely detect the ON state. Thereby, the user can judge that the cover 2 is completely installed. In addition, Fig. 5 is a partial side view showing a portion viewed from the direction of the arrow A in Fig. 4B. The axial relationship between the projection 22 of the cover 2 and the projection 21 of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter housing 14 will be described with reference to Fig. 5. The projection 22 has three heights of the thin portion 22a, the inclined portion 22b, and the pressing portion 22c in the axial direction from the side of the opening portion 22d in the range of the width D. Further, the gap E formed between the pressing portion 22c and the flange portion 31 is set to be approximately only slightly larger than the thickness dimension 13 of the filter housing 14 13 200934915 F. As the cover 2 rotates, the inclined portion 22b slides with the cover 2, and the cover 2 moves toward the arrow G direction with respect to the fixed side protrusion 21, so that the outer circumference of the filter body 11 of FIG. 2 is pressed. The portion π causes the water seal effect of the 〇-shaped ring 18 to be achieved. 5 The K point of the final part of the inclined portion 22b is set to be changed to the coldness of the 4Cth diagram = slightly 10 degrees, and the water seal effect of the 〇-shaped ring 18 is generated first from the ON action of the reed switch 26" As shown in FIG. 4A, when the knob 9 is slightly inserted perpendicularly from the arrangement in which the ridge 21 and the pressing portion 22c do not interfere with each other in the planar state, the pressing ◎ 10 portion 22c changes from the ridge 21 On the side of the filter body 11. At this time, when the knob 9 is rotated, as shown in Fig. 2, the 〇-ring 18 can be correctly pressed and the reed switch 26 is also operated. However, for example, when the filter cartridge is inserted into the filter housing 14 in a horizontal state, the ridge 21 and the pressing portion 22c will interfere with each other. Therefore, even if the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding action portion 27 are close to each other in plan view, the incomplete state of the third figure is formed, and the axial offset of the distance Η is obtained, so that the signal is not transmitted to the control. Device 3. As described above, the reed switch 26 is turned ON only when the magnetic body 24 and the magnetic corresponding operation portion 27 are aligned in the rotational direction and the axial direction of the cover 2''. Thereby, the normal installation of the cover 2 is input from the signal line 28 20 to the control device 3. Next, with reference to Fig. 6, a description will be given of a control flow of the washing machine when the user wants to perform the laundry operation operation if there is no signal from the reed switch 26, that is, when the filter device is incompletely installed. First, the user puts clothes and lotion into the predetermined position of the washing machine, 14 200934915 and puts the power switch in the 〇N state (s1〇〇), and then sets the desired running stroke (S1〇1). Then, the start switch is turned ON and input (S102), and in the next step (Si〇3), whether or not the reed switch 26 of the filter unit has a round-in signal to determine whether it is in an ON state or a 〇FF state. 5 At this time, if it is in the 〇N state, the washing machine will start to operate (S104), and perform a series of steps such as washing, rinsing, and dehydration. If the reed switch 26 is in the 〇1^ state, as shown in Fig. 6, the stop step is performed, and the abnormality notification is immediately entered (S105). ◎ When the time value is displayed, the display unit 5 of the figure will display, for example, the "closed 10 filter unit" which represents the "abnormal notification that can be repaired by the user's operation", which is set in advance, and urges the user to pay attention, and the washing machine Will not work. Then, it is checked whether the user performs the repair operation and the filter device is installed normally. Once this is the case of 'returning again to the step of confirming that the reed switch 26 is in the ON state or the 0FF state (S103), if the reed switch 26 is in the ON state, the operation is started without re-operation (S104), and the washing step is started. . In other words, the filter device of the washing machine of the present invention comprises a filter body H 11 ' disposed on the drainage path to intercept foreign matter such as debris; and the cover body 2 having a knob for operating the filter body 11 in the rotation direction and the axial direction; The filter housing 14' includes the filter body 11 and the cover 2 therein. Further, the filter device further includes a reed switch 26 attached to the filter case 14 and a magnetic body 24 attached to the position where the cover 2 corresponds to the reed switch 26. Further, the filter device further includes a 〇-shaped ring 18, a water seal formed between the filter body 11 and the filter housing 14, and a control device for controlling the washing machine and the display portion. Further, the outer periphery of the cover 2 is provided with a projection 22' having a thickness varying in the axial direction, and a projection 21 corresponding to the projection 15 200934915 22 is provided on the inner circumference of the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter housing 14, and the projection 22 can be pressed. Thereby, the water seal between the filter housing 14 and the cover 2 is obtained. The ( can be pressed against the 〇-shaped ring 18 to form a position in the direction and the axial direction of the cover body 2 when the wei wei 24 attached to the cover body 2 is located. When the position is corresponding to the position of the reed switch 26, the tongue (4) (4) will be in a 5 ON state. . At the beginning of the step, the signal is input without the ON signal input from the reed switch %. (4) The device 3 stops the step. At this time, an abnormality notification is made on the display unit 5, for example, when the user of the washing machine is notified, and the cover member 2 is in an inoperative position in the circumferential direction, the filter housing positioning position cannot be inserted in the axial direction. At this time, the reed switch 26 does not operate. 10, the other side, when the position of the cover 2 is in the predetermined circumferential direction, by rotating the knob 9, the action of pressing the Ο-shaped ring 18 and causing the tongue to open (4) in the state of (10) can be completed. Moreover, although the operation signal of the washing machine has been input but the signal from the reed switch 26 has not been received, the control device 3 will distinguish the abnormality notification that the display cover 2 is not properly installed, such as the washing machine. Notification of disposition. Therefore, the user is known as an abnormal notification, but the user knows that it is a notification and a treatment that can be easily corrected. Therefore, the filter device is extremely easy to discriminate and easy to handle for the user. The filter device of the washing machine configured as described above will be described below in terms of its operation, action, and effect. When the cover 2 is not in the predetermined position in the circumferential direction, that is, the positional relationship shown in the cross-sectional view when the mounting of FIG. 3 is incomplete, it is not possible to insert the predetermined position in the filter housing 14 in the axial direction. In addition, in the axial direction between the magnetic body 24 in the cover 2 and the magnetic corresponding action portion 27 in the reed switch 26, 200934915

D. Since the operation signal of the washing machine has been input but the signal from the reed switch 26 has not been received, the control device 3 performs an abnormality notification of the installation failure 5, and displays the preset representative "through the user. _ "Close the filter, the part" of the "Can be repaired abnormal notification". That is, the difference is different from the general failure, and the notification and disposal that the user can easily correct are displayed. Then, when the filter device returns to normal, the operation is started immediately without re-switching, so it is a simple and extremely easy-to-handle structure for the user. When the cover 2 is installed, the rotation of the cover 2 is performed, and the knob 9 is first inserted in the vertical direction and then inserted in the axial direction, and then rotated within a range of a slight angle of 90 degrees from the installation of the filter device to the mounting element. . In addition, when the final position is reached, the stopper portion 30 abuts against the ridge 21, so that it can be felt that the cover 2 is mounted. Therefore, it can be said that it is easy to handle, and the rotational force of the user's finger is easily applied to the cover 2 to be surely operated. That is, when the operation of the rotation of the knob 9 is performed, the reed switch 26 is set to be in an ON state after the water sealing action by the cymbal ring 18 is completed. Thereby, the rotation operation of the cover 2 is performed. The knob 9 is first inserted into the vertical direction in the vertical direction, and when the final position is reached, the stopper 30 abuts against the protrusion 21, so that the cover can be felt. 2 installed. Therefore, the rotational force of the user's finger is easily applied to the cover 2 and can be surely operated, which is easy to operate. Further, foreign matter such as debris accumulated in the filter device must be periodically removed. To this end, when the knob 9 is operated to take out the filter body u from the filter housing 14, the foreign matter or the like is usually dropped to the inner and outer circumferences below the cylindrical portion 20 of the filter housing 14. In the present filter device, since the reed switch 26 is attached to the mounting plate 25 formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 2, the reed switch 26 is located above the cylindrical portion 20, and the washing water does not drip into the electrical member. The reed switch 26 is divided into 5 points, of course, it will not lead to a lack of safety such as short circuit and insulation degradation. In other words, the reed switch 26 is disposed above the filter body 11. Thereby, when the operation knob 9 is operated to take out the filter body 11 from the filter housing 14, the laundry water droplets contained in the foreign matter or the like fall into the inner and outer circumferences below the cylindrical portion 2 of the filter housing 14, and the safety is not caused. Missing. The reason for this is that the reed switch 26 is attached to the mounting plate 25 formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 20. The washing water does not drip into the reed switch 26 of the electrical component, and of course, it does not cause safety problems such as short circuit and insulation deterioration. As described above, in the first embodiment, only when the cover 2 is correctly placed in the rotational direction and the axial direction of the cover 2, the signal is transmitted to the control device 3, and the operation of the cover 2 is performed. It can also be carried out within a slight 90 degrees. Further, in the event of an abnormal state, the user is notified of an abnormal alarm that is easy to understand. Therefore, the filtering device of the present invention simplifies the leakage prevention during washing and is easy to use. In the filter device of the washing machine of the present invention, it is easy for the operator to carry out the loading and unloading operation of the 20-line filter device, and the foreign matter in the drain is periodically removed by hand. In addition, the filter device of the present invention can be applied to the washing machine as a representative of the washing machine because the structure can notify the abnormality of the water leakage caused by the incomplete installation during the loading and unloading operation.
