Description

第9圖爲第2圖之系統櫥櫃的圖,其中(a )爲俯視 圖,(b)爲A — A剖面圖,(c)爲B — B剖面圖,而(d )爲C—C剖面圖。 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pull-out type storage that is disposed in a system cabinet, and is a system cabinet storage having a plurality of structures of internal geese inside the external drawer. [Prior Art] The cooking utensils used in the kitchen include various items such as a filter washing basket, articles having a long strip shape (long handle structure), a long sample, a wrap film, a seasoning, and the like, and a kitchen knife. In order to accommodate the above-mentioned cooking utensils, it is conventional to provide a storage portion such as a hinged door or a drawer under the cabinet, or a storage portion such as a hanging cabinet. Further, in order to efficiently store the cooking utensils and seasonings of the above various shapes and sizes, various studies have been conventionally conducted. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a bottled or canned container such as a food seasoning, a small food container, a small cooking utensil, and the like are housed inside a front panel of a drawer of a kitchen cabinet. Further, as in Patent Document 2, an internal drawer is provided inside the outer drawer of the cabinet, and the above-mentioned members are multiple structures that are slidable to each other, and the external drawer has: chopsticks for cooking or long-handled articles can be placed vertically The height between the outer drawer and the inner drawer. [Patent Document 1] JP-A-2006-204462 [Patent Document 2] JP-A-2006-230676 [Summary of the Invention] -5- 200911168 [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Opposite to the all-open type that has been added in recent years In the case of a kitchen, there is no wall for hanging the cooking utensils or the storage rack in front of the kitchen user, so the storage space is further restricted. Therefore, it is necessary to store cooking utensils and the like more efficiently. Although it is considered that, for example, a storage cabinet fixedly placed on the ceiling is used, a beam for suspending the ceiling of the storage cabinet is required, and the construction cost is greatly increased. Even so, the practice of placing the used cooking utensils directly on the kitchen cabinet does not look neat and tidy. Therefore, a pull-out type storage case in which a cooking utensil or the like is housed under the sink is considered. However, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, although it is considered that a cooking utensil or a seasoning having a shape having a considerable degree of change can be accommodated, the storage structure provided inside the drawer front panel and the storage provided inside the drawer are accommodated. The relationship between the constructs has become ambiguous. In addition, in the case of using the technique of the multi-structure drawer of Patent Document 2, although a wide storage space can be secured, it is not said that an appropriate place corresponding to the shape or size of various cooking utensils can be sufficiently ensured to perform efficient. Storage. In addition, there is no ink in the case of the storage of the long handle and the storage in the drawer. Generally, when the storage structure is provided inside the outer drawer of the system cabinet storage of the multiple structure, The storage structure' causes the inner drawer to retract toward the rear, resulting in an entrapment of the storage space that can be used by the inner drawer. The invention team of this case has always regarded this as a problem. In view of the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a pull-out system cabinet storage having a multi--6 - 200911168 structure which is disposed in a system cabinet and further has an internal drawer inside the outer drawer, and provides: The storage structure is provided on the inner side of the front panel of the drawer, so that the storage space of the internal drawer occupied by the storage structure can be minimized, and the objects stored in the external drawer and the internal drawer can be prevented from interfering with each other. System cabinet storage that is efficiently stored. [Means for Solving the Problem] In order to solve the above-described problems, a typical structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the system cabinet storage placed in the system cabinet includes: an internal drawer having an end in a pull-out direction a partially retractable receding portion of the rim; and an outer drawer having a bottom plate located below the inner drawer and a front panel extending at least to a height of the upper end of the inner drawer, and the inner drawer and the outer drawer are each slidable, and A raised space is formed which extends from the retreat of the inner drawer to the bottom of the outer drawer located below the receding portion. According to the above configuration, since the edge other than the retreat portion does not become encroached, and the storage function of the inner drawer is not impaired, the storage space of the occupied inner drawer can be minimized. Not only that, but the retreat of the inner drawer can not be stored as an internal drawer, but can be utilized as a storage space through a high space as will be described later, so that it is not wasted at all. In the above configuration, it is not limited to the position of the inner drawer and the outer drawer, and as long as the inner drawer overlaps with the outer drawer, a high space can be formed. 200911168 Next, when the outer drawer is closest to the internal geese, the continuous lifting space is formed from the retracted portion of the internal drawer to the bottom of the outer drawer located below the retreat. The raised space formed at this time does not interfere with each other regardless of the position of the internal drawer. Therefore, the object to be stored can be stored by the heightening space. The external drawer may have a socket that is connected to the height-adjusting space and that can accommodate the long-shaped storage object. Since the chopsticks, the tweezers, and the like, which are used for cooking, can be stored in an upright state, it is easy to find the object to be stored, and it is easy to take out. The above-mentioned socket is located on the inner side of the front panel of the outer drawer, and can also be disposed at a position facing the back portion of the inner drawer. Alternatively, the above-described socket may be arranged such that the outer drawer is located at the bottom of the outer drawer below the retreat when the outer drawer is closest to the inner drawer. Regardless of the seat, the contents can be stored in a raised space when the outer drawer is closest to the inner drawer. As long as the socket is at the relevant position, since it can be arranged in a space vertically projected in the height-adjusting space, not only the storage object can be held by the socket ‘even the socket itself does not interfere with the internal drawer. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a pull-out system cabinet storage unit that is disposed in a system cabinet and has an internal structure in which the inner stomach of the outer drawer further has a plurality of internal drawers is provided with a storage structure inside the front panel of the outer drawer. The storage space of the internal drawer that is occupied by the storage structure of -8-200911168 can be minimized, and the objects stored in the external drawer and the internal drawer are not interfered with each other, and efficient storage can be realized. [Embodiment] [Embodiment] Next, an embodiment of a system cabinet storage of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, members not directly related to the present invention are omitted. In addition, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 1 is an external view of a system cabinet in which a multi-layer storage of an embodiment of the system cabinet storage of the present invention is accommodated, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the system cabinet storage of Fig. 1. The system cabinet 1 〇〇, which is the so-called opposite open system cabinet, is used to hang the cooking utensils or the wall of the storage rack is not in front of the kitchen user, so it is necessary to store the cooking appliances more efficiently. The system cabinet 1 is composed of the following three cabinets: a stove cabinet 120, the stove cabinet 120 is provided with a stove 1 10; and a sink cabinet 150, the sink cabinet 150 is provided with a faucet 130 and a sink 140; The space cabinet 170 is provided with a space 160 for preparing food materials, and can accommodate a dishwasher or the like. As shown in Fig. 2, the system cabinet 100 is constructed such that the stove 1 10, the water tank 140, and the space 160 for preparing the food material are adjacent to each other and the space is prevented as much as possible. The multi-layer storage 200 200911168' in the embodiment of the system cabinet storage of the present invention is a pull-out type storage in which the handle 180 is attached. On the lower side of the multi-layer storage compartment 20 0, a bottom storage compartment 2 1 0 which is almost in contact with the ground is disposed. As shown in Fig. 2, the multi-layer storage 200 is disposed below the water tank 140 of the system cabinet 100. This is to facilitate the removal of cooking utensils or seasonings that are commonly used at the sink 140. However, the multi-layer storage tank 200 may be installed at another position. For example, it may be provided in a space cabinet 170 that has a space for preparing food materials 160. Fig. 3 is a view showing a state in which the multi-layer storage of Fig. 2 is pulled out. The multi-layer storage 200 has a triple structure comprising: a grid 220 'the grid 220 has a flat loading space; and a tray-shaped inner drawer 230 located on the grid 220 a lower portion, and a partially retracted receding portion 50 of the end edge formed in the pull-out direction; and an outer drawer 300 having a front panel 250 extending beyond the inner drawer 230 The height of the bottom plate 240 and the inner drawer 230 below. The present embodiment is characterized in that it is not limited to the position of the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300, and is continuous from the retreat portion 00 of the inner drawer 203 to the bottom plate of the outer drawer 300 below the retreat portion 00. Pick up space 5 4 0 (hatched part of Figure 3). This will be explained in detail later. The net frame 220 (upper layer) having a flat-shaped mounting space is for accommodating a typical chopping block 3 10 or other trays, a square platter, a cake cooler, and the like. . A bracket-like internal drawer 23〇 (Medium-10-200911168 layer) having the above-mentioned receding portion 00 and having a slightly Η-shaped shape is a fork 350' spoon 360 or seasoning (not shown in the drawing) The small-sized article is stored in the center of the small-sized article holder 340', and the kitchen knife 303 is stored in the kitchen knives 3 20, and the wrap film 380 is stored in the wrap holder 370. . In this way, each of the storage units can achieve a planned and effective storage. Fig. 4 is a view showing the drawing state of the multi-layer storage of Fig. 2 viewed from another angle. The ceiling panel ′ which forms the boundary between the water tank 140 and the water tank 140 is omitted for the sake of understanding, and the internal structure can be clearly shown. Further, the inner drawer is placed on the cover 800 provided on the outer drawer 300 in the state of being stored, and the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 can be integrally pulled out. Moreover, the multi-layer storage tank 200 has a rail that is placed such that the inner drawer 203 can be pulled back from the external drawer 300 that has been pulled out to the multi-layer storage 200, and the inner drawer can be stored in multiple layers. The rail provided in the library 200 and the cover provided in the external drawer are moved and pulled back into the multi-layer storage 200. In this way, the inner drawer 230 can take out the stored object with a high frequency of use immediately after being pulled out (integrally) with the outer drawer 300, and it is convenient to use the upper pole. Further, when the article is taken out from the accommodating portion of the outer drawer 300, only the inner drawer 230 can be pulled back into the multi-layer storage 200. According to the above-described all-in-one triple structure, as long as the external drawer 300 (lower layer) opening the outer frame 300 (upper layer) and the inner drawer 230 (the middle layer) are also present, almost all of the objects to be stored are changed. At a glance, you can easily find the items you need. In addition, the multi-layer storage 200 is as shown in FIG. 4, and is characterized in that, in addition to -11 - 200911168, a group of rails 400 that can slid independently of the grid 220 also include an internal drawer 2300 and an external drawer. 300 sets of two sets of tracks 410, 420 that slide independently. Although not shown in view from the perspective of Fig. 4, the other side is also provided with rails 400, 410, 420. In this way, the triple-receiving portion formed by the grid 220, the inner drawer 230, and the outer drawer 300 can be independently slid by the rails 400, 410, and 42 0, so that the grid 220 or the interior can be The drawer 230 is slidable in a free manner, and the stored object can be easily taken out, which is extremely convenient to use. Also shown in FIG. 4, in the multi-layer storage 200, the inner drawer 230 is formed with a retreating portion 500 that forms a portion of the inner drawer 203 in the pull-out direction of the inner drawer 230, In addition, the inner side of the front panel 250 of the outer drawer 300 further includes an article holder such as a tweezers that can be fixed in a state in which the article (long handle) 5 10 is upright, that is, a small cooking utensil holder 5 20. In other words, the small cooking appliance holder 520 can be held to receive the contents of the upper and lower drawers 230 by the heightening space 540. Items such as cooking chopsticks or tweezers, which are so-called long-sized articles, can be stored in the inside of any drawer in a flat state. However, in the case where the depth or the width of the drawer in the horizontal direction is insufficient, it is not possible to store it, and even if a predetermined size is accommodated, a plurality of long strips accommodated in the same state are accommodated in the same type. It is especially difficult to take out the long strips required. For example, when the same type of chopsticks are stored in the same drawer in a flat state, it is extremely cumbersome to take out the chopsticks of a specific object. -12- 200911168 In the present embodiment, the small-sized cooking utensil holder 520 can be stored in a state in which the long-sized storage article is erected, so that the stored object of the specific object can be easily found. And the removal is also simple. In this way, the outer drawer 3 of the front panel 250 extends to at least the height reaching the upper end of the inner drawer, that is, the upper end of the front panel 250 extending to the upper end of the multi-layer storage 200 (the height H shown in FIG. 9(c)). 〇〇 (lower layer) is a storage of articles 51 such as rafters on the front panel 250, and it is planned to be stored in the same manner as other layers. In addition to the soup, the "scorpion and other items" referred to in this case may include all cooking utensils having a long strip such as rice cookers, clips, and cooking chopsticks. As shown in Fig. 4, a buffer plate 700 for mitigating the flush between the outer drawer and the multi-layer storage 200 is provided on the back surface of the front panel 250 of the outer drawer 300 below the article fixture 520 such as the tweezers. Thereby, it is possible to alleviate the flushing of the portion in contact with the multi-layer storage tank 200 when the external drawer 300 is accommodated. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the small cooking utensil holder shown in Figs. 3 and 4. The small cooking utensil holder 5 20 includes a socket portion 522 formed of a plurality of elastic members disposed on the front panel 250 in the horizontal direction, and a groove 526 is formed between the adjacent socket portions 522. 26 is a triangular view of the small cooking utensil holder of FIG. 5 by holding the shaft portion 524 of the article 5 10 such as a tweezers, and further fixing the object such as the tweezer 5 10°, wherein (a) is a plan view, (b) ) is the front view and (c) is the right view. -13- 200911168 Each of the socket portions 520 constituting the small cooking utensil holder 520 is formed by bending a long elastic body such as a resin, such as a polyester elastomer, into a slightly U-shaped shape. The socket portion 522' is disposed adjacent to each other with a front panel 25 0' whose both end portions face the outer drawer 3 and which are formed in a slightly U-shaped shape when viewed from above. By this, a groove 5 26 is formed between the adjacent socket portions 52 2 . In the present embodiment, both end portions of the socket portion 526 are guide members 528 that are fitted to the iron wire. As shown in Fig. 6(a), the guide member 52 has the following shape: two iron wires extending in parallel in the horizontal direction (only one can be seen in Fig. 6(a)); As shown in Fig. 6(c), the two iron wires are formed by combining the iron wires in the vertical direction formed by the two end portions protruding in the drawing direction of the outer drawer 300. As shown in Fig. 6(a), in the guide member 528, each of the socket portions 52 2 is fitted to the two parallel wire portions. As shown in Fig. 6(c), when viewed from the side, the socket portion 522 has a curved notch portion formed in the middle of the side of the slightly rectangular shape, and the two parallel iron wires of the guide member 52 are passed therethrough. The guide 528 is fixed. Next, as shown in Fig. 6(b), in the two parallel wire portions of the guide 528, a polyethylene guide fixing portion 530 is provided at three positions at both ends and the center. The small cooking utensil holder 520 is screwed to the inner side of the front panel 250 by the screw holes 5 32 of the guide fixing portion 530. As described above, the U-shaped socket portion 5 22 is disposed adjacent to each other, except Both ends of the U-shaped socket portion 522 are used as a fixing portion facing the front panel 25A of the outer drawer 300, and the above-described groove can also be formed between the portions which are formed adjacent to the U-shaped-14-200911168. 5 26. As shown in Fig. 6(a), the groove 526 formed between the adjacent seating portions 522 is formed in a wedge shape. The scorpion and the like 5 10 can easily enter from the wide portion of the wedge groove 5 26, and after being pressed in, the pressure applied to the article 5 10 such as the scorpion is increased by the narrower portion of the front end of the groove 526. The item 51 is fixed and held between the grooves 5 26 . Fig. 7 is a view showing a state in which an article such as a tweezers is fixed to the small cooking caller holder of Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 7, according to the small cooking tool holder 520, the article 5 1 0 such as the tweezers can be easily fixed by pressing the shaft portion 524 of the article 5 10 such as the tweezers into the groove 5 2 described above. Fig. 8 is a view showing a storage state in which the multi-layer storage shown in Fig. 4 is housed in the system cabinet. If the outer drawer 300 is closed, the frame 220 and the inner drawer 230 are also pressed by the front panel 250 and housed in the space below the sink 140. As described above, by accommodating the multi-layer storage 200 into the system cabinet 100, even if the internal drawer 230 is extremely close to the external drawer 300, the article 5 10 such as the dice can not interfere with the internal drawer 230. In the state, it is freely stored and taken out. Hereinafter, this structure will be described in detail. Figure 9 is a diagram of the system cabinet of Figure 2, wherein (a) is a top view, (b) is a A-A sectional view, (c) is a B-B sectional view, and (d) is a C-C sectional view . As shown in FIG. 9(c), since the front panel 250 extends to the upper end (height H) of the multi-layer storage 200, the outer drawer 300 can of course function as a stop for the net frame 220 and the inner drawer 230. The net frame 220 and the inner drawer 23 0 slide only on the inner -15-200911168 side of the outer drawer 300. As described above, the sliding range of the inner drawer 230 is limited to the inner side of the outer drawer 300, and as shown in Fig. 9(b), the small cooking utensil holder 520 is located inside the outer drawer 300 before the panel 250. And disposed at a position facing the inner drawer 23 0 back portion 500. Alternatively, although not shown in the drawings, the small cooking appliance holder 520 may be disposed on the bottom plate 240 of the outer drawer 300 located below the 500 when the outer drawer 300 is closest to the inner drawer 23 0. Regardless of which of the small cooking utensil holders 520, the contents to be stored can be accommodated within the 504 space formed by the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 23 0 closest to each other. In order to position the holder 520 at the above position, the height-adjusting space 540 is disposed in a space projected in the vertical direction, and is not only the object to be held by the holder 520, but also the holder 5 2 itself can be surely avoided. The internal drawer 230 produces interference. However, the socket 520 can be disposed at any position as long as it can avoid interference with the inner drawer 230. According to the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, regardless of the position of the inner drawer 203 and the outer drawer 300, as long as the two are overlapped, it exists: from the inner drawer 230 The receding portion 500 continues to the high-pitched space 540 (hatched portion in FIG. 9(b)) up to the bottom plate of the outer drawer 30A below the retreating portion 500. Next, when the outer drawer 300 is closest to the inner drawer 230, a height 540 is formed from the inner drawer 230 to the bottom plate 240 of the drawer 00 outside the lower portion of the -16 - 200911168. The raised space 504 formed at this time does not interfere regardless of the position of the internal drawer 203. Therefore, the object to be stored can be stored by the heightening space 540. As has been explained above, since the inner drawer 230 is blocked by the front panel 250 of the outer drawer 300 which is extended to a higher position, it cannot slide beyond the front panel 250 toward the outside. In other words, the sliding range of the inner drawer 230 is limited to the inner side of the outer drawer 300. In the case of the storage of the above configuration, normally, when the inner drawer is pulled out to the limit and the inner and outer drawers are formed closest to each other, the inner drawer separates the storage space of the outer drawer into the upper and lower sides. However, according to the present embodiment, even when the outer drawer 300 is closest to the inner drawer 203 (the state shown in Fig. 9(b)), the front panel 250 of the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are retreated. Within the range of the 500 divisions, there is also a high space 540. Whenever and wherever, only the upper space 540 is connected to the upper and lower spaces of the internal drawer 23 0. Therefore, as long as the object to be stored is accommodated by the height-increasing space 540, the stored object does not interfere with the inner drawer 203 regardless of the position of the internal drawer 203. In this way, the internal drawer 203 can accommodate the stored objects that have passed through the height of the pick-up space and reach the height of the front panel 250 of the external drawer 300. However, although the number of the internal drawers 230 in the present embodiment is one, a plurality of internal drawers may be stacked on the upper and lower sides to form a height-adjusting space that penetrates all of the plurality of internal drawers. -17- 200911168 Since the scorpion or the like 510 housed inside the front panel 250 of the outer drawer has a position passing through the position of the retreating portion 500 of the inner drawer 23 0, even when the inner drawer 230 is slidable independently of the outer drawer 300 When the external drawer 300 is approached, it can be stored and taken out without interfering with the internal drawer 30 0 . In other words, regardless of how the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer are slid, the scorpion or the like 5 10 will not contact the inner drawer. As described above, when the inner drawer 230 is closest to the outer drawer 300, the end edge of the inner drawer 230 rearward portion 500 can be slid to a position before reaching the front panel 250 of the outer drawer 300. The external drawer 300 has a small cooking utensil holder 520 that communicates with the height-adjusting space 540 and can accommodate a strip-shaped object. Since the so-called long-shaped storage items such as chopsticks or clams can be stored in an upright state, the stored objects of the specific object can be easily found and easily taken out in the small cooking utensils as in the present embodiment. In the case of the seat 520, when the storage structure is provided on the front panel side of the external drawer of the storage of the multi-structure, if the design is not designed, the internal drawer is usually retracted toward the rear and cannot slide to almost the front panel. position. In other words, it is the storage space that the internal drawer has. However, according to the present embodiment, the small-sized cooking utensil holder 520 can accommodate the small-sized cooking utensil (the object to be stored) through the height-increasing space 540 formed by the internal drawer 203 rearward retracting portion 00. Therefore, the portion in which the internal drawer 2 3 0 is invaded only has the receding portion 5 00, and the other portion is protruded toward the side and serves as the kitchen knife 3 20 or the plastic wrap holder 3 70 to effectively benefit the most drawers. Because it will be built in the middle of the road • 18 - 200911168 As a result, the end edge of the inner drawer 230 after the retreat 500 will not retreat to the rear, and can slide to the front panel before the external drawer 300 The position of 250 is up. In other words, the encroachment of the storage space of the internal drawer 230 can be minimized. Further, the retracted portion 500 of the occupied internal drawer 230 is not stored as the internal drawer 230, but can be used as a storage space in the high-profile space 504, so that no waste is formed. Further, since the inner drawer 230 is only required to have the receding portion 500 in the pulling-out direction, it may be a straight-shaped side, for example, even if it is not a slightly-shaped type as shown in the embodiment. Slightly C-shaped. Further, in the present embodiment, it is clear from the point that the inner drawer 203 is abbreviated, and the receding portion 500 is provided at the center of the edge in the drawing direction. However, the position at which the retreating portion 500 is set is not limited to the center of the end edge. Fig. 10 is a view showing the difference of the retreating portion shown in Fig. 9(b). The first figure (a) is a portion showing the retreat portion 500 corresponding to the present embodiment. Further, 'the first figure (b)' is an inner drawer 234 which displays the backward portion 504 having the width direction. The so-called offset direction can be any direction from left to right. In the case of Fig. 10(b), the 'high-lifting space 544' exists in a range defined by the front panel 250' of the outer drawer 300, the retreating portion 504 of the inner drawer 234, and the side panel 550 of the outer drawer 300. Further, Fig. 10(c)' is a schematic view showing the difference of the other receding portions more closely, in which case the inner drawer 23 6 occupies only a part of the width of the outer drawer 300. Although the retreating portion 506 is provided at the center of the internal drawer -19-200911168 2 3 6 , it may be disposed at an offset position as shown in Fig. 10 (b). The small internal drawers 236 can also be arranged side by side in the width direction inside the outer drawers 300, and can be independently slidable. Further, the shape of the receding portion 500 or the like is rectangular in the present embodiment, but may be formed into a stored object or any other shape. The above is a description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, but the invention is not limited to the above description. Various modifications and modifications proposed by the manufacturer are within the technical scope of the present invention as long as they do not depart from the scope of the patent application. [Industrial Applicability] The present invention is applicable to a system cabinet storage having a multi-structure having a sliding storage portion which is disposed in a system cabinet and which is an external drawer type.
