Description

The present invention relates to a drawer-type storage disposed in a kitchen, and relates to a multiple-structure kitchen storage in which an inner drawer is provided inside an outer drawer.

There are various cooking utensils used in the kitchen, such as bowls, rice cakes, ladle with a long shape, long chopsticks, wraps, small items such as seasonings, and kitchen knives.

In order to store these cooking utensils, conventionally, a storage unit such as a hinged door or a drawer or a storage unit such as a hanging cabinet has been provided under the kitchen. Moreover, in order to efficiently store cooking utensils and seasonings of various shapes and sizes as described above, various devices have been conventionally made. For example, as in Patent Document 1, a technique for storing bottled or canned containers such as foods and seasonings, small tableware, small cooking utensils, and the like inside the front plate of a kitchen drawer is disclosed.

Further, as in Patent Document 2, for example, an inner drawer is provided inside the outer drawer of the kitchen cabinet, and the outer drawer has a multiple structure that can freely slide with respect to each other, and the outer drawer is between the outer drawer and the inner drawer. Furthermore, it has a height capable of storing chopsticks and ladles in a vertically placed state.

In the case of a fully open face-to-face open kitchen that has been increasing in recent years, there is no wall for hanging cooking utensils or providing storage shelves in front of the kitchen user, and the storage space is more limited. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to efficiently store cooking utensils and the like. For example, it is conceivable to use a storage cupboard fixed to the ceiling, but a frame (beam) for suspending the storage cupboard on the ceiling is required, which increases construction costs. As it is, it looks bad if the used cooking utensils are placed on the kitchen.

Therefore, it is conceivable to store cooking utensils or the like in a drawer-type storage below the sink. However, in the technique such as Patent Document 1, it seems that cooking utensils and seasonings having a variety of shapes can be stored to some extent, but the storage structure provided on the inner side of the front plate and the inner side of the drawer are provided. The relationship with the storage structure is not clear.

On the other hand, with the technique using the multiple structure drawer as in Patent Document 2, a large storage space can be secured, but an appropriate storage place according to the shape and size of various cooking utensils is secured and efficient. It ’s hard to say that it ’s enough to store. In addition, no consideration is given to how to balance storage of ladles and storage of drawers.

Normally, when the storage structure is provided inside the outer drawer of the multi-structure kitchen storage, the storage structure causes the inner drawer to be driven backward, and the storage space that the inner drawer can occupy is eroded. The present inventors have always regarded this as a problem.

In view of such a problem, the present invention is arranged in a kitchen and further has an inner drawer inside the outer drawer, in a multiple structure drawer type kitchen storage, a storage structure is provided inside the front plate of the outer drawer, To provide a kitchen storage that realizes efficient storage while minimizing the storage space of the inner drawer that is eroded by the storage structure and does not interfere with the objects stored in the outer drawer and the inner drawer, respectively. Objective.

In order to solve the above-described problem, according to a typical configuration of the present invention, in a kitchen storage disposed in a kitchen, an inner drawer having a receding part in which a part of an edge in the direction of withdrawal is retracted. And a bottom plate located below the inner drawer, and an outer drawer having a front plate extending at least to a height reaching the upper end of the inner drawer, the inner drawer and the outer drawer each sliding and from a retracted portion of the inner drawer A continuous blowout space is formed up to the bottom plate of the outer drawer located below the retreating portion.

According to the above configuration, the edges other than the receding portion are not eroded and the storage function as the inner drawer is not impaired, so that the eroded inner drawer storage space is reduced to the minimum. In addition, the retracted portion of the inner drawer can only be stored as the inner drawer, and is used as a storage space through the blow-out space as described later, so that it is not wasted at all.

In the above configuration, the blowout space is formed as long as they overlap each other regardless of the positions of the inner drawer and the outer drawer.

Even when the outer drawer and the inner drawer are closest to each other, a continuous blowout space is formed from the retracted portion of the inner drawer to the bottom plate of the outer drawer located below the retracted portion.

The blowout space formed at this time is not interfered with regardless of the position of the inner drawer. Therefore, it is possible to store an object to be stored through this blowout space.

The outer drawer may have a holder that can store a long object to be stored by communicating the blowout space. This is because it can be stored in a standing state, such as chopsticks and eggplant, so that it is easy to find and take out the target storage object.

The holder may be disposed inside the front plate of the outer drawer and at a position facing the retracted portion of the inner drawer.

Alternatively, the holder may be disposed on the bottom plate of the outer drawer that is located below the retracted portion when the outer drawer and the inner drawer are closest to each other.

Any of the holders can store the objects to be stored in the blowout space formed when the outer drawer and the inner drawer are closest to each other.

If the holder is in such a position, the holder is disposed in a space in which the blowout space is vertically projected, so that not only the object to be held by the holder but also the holder itself reliably interferes with the inner drawer. You do n’t have to.

According to the present invention, in a multiple-structure drawer-type kitchen storage that is arranged in a kitchen and further has an inner drawer inside the outer drawer, a storage structure is provided inside the front plate of the outer drawer, and the storage structure Efficient storage is realized in which the storage space of the inner drawer that is eroded is reduced to a minimum and the objects to be stored in the outer drawer and the inner drawer do not interfere with each other.

Next, an embodiment of a kitchen storage according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the figure, elements not directly related to the present invention are not shown. Similar elements are denoted by the same reference numerals.

FIG. 1 is an external view of a kitchen in which a multistage storage which is an embodiment of a kitchen storage according to the present invention is stored, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the kitchen of FIG. The kitchen 100 is a so-called face-to-face open system kitchen, and there is no wall in front of the kitchen user to suspend cooking utensils or provide storage shelves, and it is particularly necessary to efficiently store utensils etc. Yes.

The kitchen 100 includes a stove cabinet 120 in which a stove 110 is installed, a sink cabinet 150 in which a faucet 130 and a sink 140 are installed, a base cabinet 170 in which a cooking space 160 is provided and can accommodate a dishwasher and the like. It consists of three cabinets.

As shown in FIG. 2, the kitchen 100 is configured such that the stove 110, the sink 140, and the cooking space 160 are adjacent to each other, and wasteful space is eliminated as much as possible.

A multistage storage 200 that is an embodiment of a kitchen storage according to the present invention is a drawer-type storage with a handle 180 attached thereto. Under the multistage storage 200, a foot storage 210 that is substantially in contact with the floor surface is disposed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the multistage storage 200 is disposed under the sink 140 of the kitchen 100. This is because cooking utensils and seasonings used in the sink 140 can be easily taken out. However, the multistage storage 200 may be provided in another position, for example, in the base cabinet 170 in which the cooking space 160 is provided.

FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the multistage storage box of FIG. 2 is pulled out. The multi-stage storage 200 is a tray-shaped tray formed with a net shelf 220 having a flat mounting space, and a retreating portion 500 that is located below the net shelf 220 and has a part of the edge retreating in the pull-out direction. It has a triple configuration including an inner drawer 230, a bottom plate 240 located below the inner drawer 230, and an outer drawer 300 having a front plate 250 that extends to a height that exceeds the inner drawer 230.

A feature of the present embodiment is that, regardless of the positions of the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300, the continuous blowout space 540 (from the retracted portion 500 of the inner drawer 230 to the bottom plate of the outer drawer 300 positioned below the retracted portion 500. The hatched portion in FIG. 3 is formed. This will be described in detail later.

The net shelf 220 (upper stage) having a flat mounting space typically stores a cutting board 310 and other flat objects such as a tray, a bat, and a cake cooler. The tray-shaped inner drawer 230 (middle stage) having a substantially H-shape with the above-described receding portion 500 is provided with small items such as a fork 350, a spoon 360, and a seasoning (not shown) on a small accessory tray 340. Among the items stored on both sides thereof, the knife 330 is accommodated in the knife insert 320, and the wraps 380 are accommodated in the lap tray 370. In this way, each storage unit achieves efficient storage with planability.

FIG. 4 is a view of the state in which the multistage storage shown in FIG. 2 is pulled out as seen from another angle. The sink 140 and the top plate that forms the boundary with the sink 140 are not shown and the internal structure is clearly shown for easy understanding.

Further, the inner drawer 230 is placed on a cover 800 provided in the outer drawer 300 in the housed state, and the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are integrally pulled out. Furthermore, the multistage storage 200 is provided with a rail that is mounted when the inner drawer 230 is pulled back to the multistage storage 200 independently from the pulled-out outer drawer 300. It travels on the rail provided in 200 and the cover provided for the outside drawer and is pulled back into the multistage storage 200.

In this way, the inner drawer 230 is pulled out integrally with the outer drawer 300 and can quickly take out stored objects that are frequently used, which is easy to use. Further, when taking out an object from the storage part of the outer drawer 300, only the inner drawer 230 can be pulled back into the multistage storage 200.

With such an all-in-one triple structure, as long as one outer drawer 300 (lower stage) is opened, a net shelf 220 (upper stage) and an inner drawer 230 (middle stage) also appear, and almost all stored items can be seen at a glance. Therefore, it is easy to find the object to be stored.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the multistage storage 200 has two sets of rails for independently sliding the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300 in addition to the set of rails 400 for sliding the net shelf 220 independently. 410 and 420 are included. Although not shown in FIG. 4, it is needless to say that rails 400, 410 and 420 are also provided on the other side.

As described above, the triple storage portion including the net shelf 220, the inner drawer 230, and the outer drawer 300 can be slid independently by the rails 400, 410, and 420, so that the net shelf 220 and the inner drawer 230 can be freely slid. By doing so, the stored items can be easily taken out, which is easy to use.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the multi-stage storage 200, the above-described inner drawer 230 is formed with a retreat portion 500 that forms a part of the substantially H-shaped inner drawer 230 in the direction in which the inner drawer 230 is pulled out. Further, an insulator fixing tool 520, that is, a small accessory holder 520, which can be fixed in a state where the insulator (ladle) 510 is set up inside the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 is further included. That is, the cooking accessory holder 520 can hold an object to be stored in the upper and lower portions of the inner drawer 230 through the blowout space 540.

Items to be stored by so-called long people such as chopsticks and eggplants can be stored in a laid state inside any drawer. However, if the depth and width of the drawer are insufficient, storage is impossible, and even if the size that can be stored can be secured, a long person stored in the laid state can store multiple long persons of the same type. In particular, it is not easy to take out the intended long person. For example, when the same kind of chopsticks to be stored is stored in the same drawer, it is troublesome to take out the target chopsticks.

In that respect, in the present embodiment, the above-described cooking accessory holder 520 can be stored in a state in which the object to be stored by a long person is stood up, so that it is easy to find and take out the object object to be stored.

In this way, the outer drawer 300 (having the front plate 250 that extends to at least the height that reaches the upper end of the inner drawer and extends to the upper end (height H shown in FIG. 9C) of the multistage storage 200 in this embodiment. On the front plate 250 of the lower stage, the insulator 510 is planned to be stored, and a planable storage is realized like the other stages.

The term “coconuts” as used in the present application may include all kinds of cooking utensils having a longitudinal shape, such as rice balls, tongs, and chopsticks.

As shown in FIG. 4, a buffer plate 700 is provided on the back surface of the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 below the insulator fixing device 520 to reduce the impact between the outer drawer and the multistage storage 200. This is because the impact of the portion that comes into contact with the multistage storage 200 when the outer drawer 300 is stored is reduced.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the cooking accessory holder shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The cooking accessory holder 520 includes a holder portion 522 composed of a plurality of elastic members arranged in the horizontal direction on the front plate 250, and the shaft portion 524 of the insulator 510 is sandwiched between the adjacent holder portions 522. A groove 526 for fixing the insulator 510 is formed.

6 is a three-side view of the cooking accessory holder of FIG. 5, (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, and (c) is a right side view. Each holder part 522 which comprises the cooking accessory holder 520 is a substantially U shape which bent long elastic bodies, such as a polyester elastomer, such as resin. The holder portions 522 are arranged adjacent to each other in a substantially U-shaped posture when viewed from above with both ends thereof facing the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300. Thereby, a groove 526 is formed between the adjacent holder portions 522.

In the present embodiment, both end portions of the holder portion 522 are fitted into guides 528 that are iron wires. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the guide 528 includes two iron wires (only one is visible in FIG. 6 (a)) running parallel to the horizontal direction, and these iron wires. As shown in FIG. 5, the two ends have a shape that is projected in the direction in which the outer drawer 300 is pulled back and is joined by a vertical iron wire.

As shown in FIG. 6A, each holder portion 522 is fitted into two iron wire portions running in parallel in the guide 528. As shown in FIG. 6C, when viewed from the side, the holder portion 522 has a portion that is curved and cut out in the middle of the substantially rectangular side surface, and two parallel iron wires of the guide 528 are here. It is fixed to the guide 528 through the material.

And as shown in FIG.6 (b), the guide stop 530 made from polyethylene is provided in the two parallel iron wire part of the guide 528 at a total of three places of both ends and the center. The cooking accessory holder 520 is screwed to the inside of the front plate 250 through the screw hole 532 of the guide stopper 530.

By arranging the U-shaped holder portion 522 adjacent to each other in this way, both ends of the U-shaped holder portion 522 are used as fixing portions for the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300, while between the adjacent U-shaped curved portions. The above-described groove 526 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the groove 526 formed between the adjacent holder portions 522 has a wedge shape. The insulator 510 can be easily entered from the wide portion of the wedge-shaped groove 526. As the wedge 510 is pushed, the pressure applied to the insulator 510 by the tapered portion of the groove 526 increases, and the insulator 510 is in the groove. 526 remains fixed.

FIG. 7 is a view showing a state in which coconuts are fixed to the cooking accessory holder of FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, according to the cooking accessory holder 520, the insulator 510 can be easily fixed by pushing the shaft portion 524 of the insulator 510 into the groove 526.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a storage state in which the multistage storage shown in FIG. 4 is stored in the kitchen. When the outer drawer 300 is closed, the net shelf 220 and the inner drawer 230 are also pushed by the front plate 250 and stored in the space below the sink 140.

By storing the multistage storage 200 in the kitchen 100 in this way, the insulator 510 can be freely stored without interfering with the inner drawer 230 even when the inner drawer 230 is closest to the outer drawer 300. It can be taken out. The configuration will be described in detail below.

図9は図2のキッチンの図であり、(a)は平面図、(b)はA−A断面図、(c)はB−B断面図および(d)はC−C断面図を示す。 FIG. 9 is a view of the kitchen of FIG. 2, (a) is a plan view, (b) is an AA sectional view, (c) is a BB sectional view, and (d) is a CC sectional view. . As shown in FIG. 9 (c), the front plate 250 extends to the upper end (height H) of the multistage storage 200, so that the outer drawer 300 is necessarily a stopper for the net shelf 220 and the inner drawer 230. The net shelf 220 and the inner drawer 230 slide only inside the outer drawer 300.

As described above, the sliding range of the inner drawer 230 is limited to the inside of the outer drawer 300, while the cooking accessory holder 520 is located inside the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 as shown in FIG. Thus, the inner drawer 230 is disposed at a position facing the retracted portion 500.

Or although not shown in figure, the cooking accessory holder 520 may be arrange | positioned at the baseplate 240 of the outer drawer 300 located under 500, when the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are closest.

Any cooking accessory holder 520 can store an object to be stored in an open space 540 formed when the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are closest to each other.

Since the holder 520 is in such a position, the holder 520 is disposed in a space in which the blow-out space 540 is projected in the vertical direction, and not only the object to be stored held by the holder 520 but also the holder 520 itself reliably interferes with the inner drawer 230. You do n’t have to.

However, the holder 520 may be in any position as long as it can avoid interference with the inner drawer 230.

According to the above-described configuration, as already shown in FIG. 3, the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300 are positioned regardless of the positions of the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300 as long as they overlap. There is a continuous blowout space 540 (the hatched portion in FIG. 9B) up to the bottom plate of the outer drawer 300 located below.

Even when the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are closest to each other, a continuous blowout space 540 is formed from 500 of the inner drawer 230 to the bottom plate 240 of the outer drawer 300 positioned below 500.

The blowout space 540 formed at this time is not interfered with regardless of the position of the inner drawer 230. Therefore, an object to be stored can be stored through the blowout space 540.

As described above, the inner drawer 230 is blocked by the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 extending to a higher position, and therefore cannot slide beyond the front plate 250 further outward. That is, the slide range of the inner drawer 230 is limited to the inside of the outer drawer 300.

In the case of a storage with such a structure, normally, when the inner drawer is pulled out to the limit and the inner and outer drawers are closest, the inner drawer divides and blocks the storage space of the outer drawer vertically. However, according to the present embodiment, even when the outer drawer 300 and the inner drawer 230 are closest to each other (the state shown in FIG. 9B), the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 and the retracted portion of the inner drawer 230. In the area partitioned by 500, there is a blowout space 540. Only the blow-out space 540 connects the space above and below the inner drawer 230 at any time.

Therefore, if the object is stored through the blowout space 540, the object is not interfered with the inner drawer 230 regardless of the position of the inner drawer 230. In this way, it is possible to store the objects to be stored up to the height of the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 by penetrating the inner drawer 230.

In the present embodiment, the number of the inner drawers 230 is one, but a plurality of inner drawers may be provided one above the other so as to constitute a blowout space that penetrates all of the plurality of inner drawers.

Since the insulators 510 housed inside the front plate 250 of the outer drawer are in a positional relationship passing through the retreating portion 500 of the inner drawer 230, the inner drawer 230 that can be slid independently of the outer drawer 300 is provided in the outer drawer 300. Even if it is closest to the inner drawer 230, it can be stored and taken out without interfering with the inner drawer 230. That is, the insulators 510 do not contact the inner drawer regardless of the sliding of the inner drawer 230 and the outer drawer 300.

As described above, when the inner drawer 230 is closest to the outer drawer 300, the end edges of the inner drawer 230 other than the retreating portion 500 are slid to a position where they almost reach the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300.

The outer drawer 300 has a cooking accessory holder 520 that can store a long object to be stored by communicating the blow-out space 540. This is because it can be stored in a standing state, such as chopsticks and eggplant, so that it is easy to find and take out the target storage object.

When the storage structure is provided inside the front plate of the outer drawer of the multi-structure storage case like the cooking accessory holder 520 in the present embodiment, the inner drawer is usually rearward by this storage structure unless there is any ingenuity. You will not be able to slide to a position where you will almost reach the front plate. In other words, the storage space that the inner drawer can occupy has been eroded.

However, according to the present embodiment, the cooking accessory holder 520 stores the cooking accessory (object to be stored) through the blow-out space 540 formed by the retracted portion 500 of the inner drawer 230. Therefore, of the inner drawer 230, only the retreating portion 500 is eroded, and the other portions protrude forward, and are effectively used as the knife insert 320 and the lap tray 370.

In this way, the end edges of the inner drawer 230 other than the retreating portion 500 can be slid to the position just before the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300 without being driven backward. In other words, erosion of the storage space of the inner drawer 230 is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the retracted portion 500 of the eroded inner drawer 230 cannot be stored as the inner drawer 230, and is used as a storage space through the blowout space 540, so that it is not wasted at all.

The inner drawer 230 only needs to be provided with the retracting portion 500 in the direction in which the inner drawer 230 is pulled out. Therefore, the inner drawer 230 does not have to be substantially H-shaped as in the present embodiment. It is good also as a type.

In the present embodiment, as can be seen from the fact that the inner drawer 230 is substantially H-shaped, the retreating portion 500 is provided at the center of the edge in the direction of withdrawal. However, the position where the retreat part 500 is provided is not limited to the center of the edge.

FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a variation of the retracted portion shown in FIG. FIG. 10A shows a portion corresponding to the retracting portion 500 of the present embodiment. On the other hand, FIG. 10B shows an inner drawer 234 having a receding portion 504 that is biased in the width direction. It goes without saying that the direction of the bias may be either the left or right direction. In the case of FIG. 10B, the blow-out space 544 is present in an area defined by the front plate 250 of the outer drawer 300, the retracted portion 504 of the inner drawer 234, and the side plate 550 of the outer drawer 300.

FIG. 10C is a schematic diagram showing still another variation of the receding portion. In this case, the inner drawer 236 occupies only a part of the width of the outer drawer 300. Although the retreating part 506 is provided at the center of the inner drawer 236, it goes without saying that it may be provided at an offset position as shown in FIG. Such a small inner drawer 236 may be provided inside the outer drawer 300 in parallel in the width direction so that each slides independently.

Furthermore, although the shape of the receding portion 500 or the like is a rectangle in the present embodiment, it goes without saying that the shape may be any other object to be stored.

As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was described referring an accompanying drawing, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to the example which concerns.
