Abstract
This invention relates to a regenerating method of plate-shaped catalyst for denitration and dedioxin, wherein the plate-shaped catalyst is a discarded plate-shaped denitration catalyst used in a sintering workshop of a consistent operation steel plant. The regenerating method of the plate-shaped catalyst comprises: (a) providing a plate-shaped catalyst, a surface of the plate-shaped catalyst having contaminants that reduces the catalyst activity; (b) removing the contaminants; (c) immersing the plate-shaped catalyst into a catalyst activation solution containing catalyst activation ingredients to have the catalyst activation ingredients attached to the surface of the plate-shaped catalyst; (d) calcining the plate-shaped catalyst to oxidize the catalyst activation ingredients, making the plate-shaped catalyst regenerated to gain the capability of denitration and dedioxin, so as to recover the denitration capability of the denitration catalyst and make the plate-shaped catalyst have efficacy of dedioxin, to enhance the removing capability and prolong the lifetime of the catalyst, and to improve the problem of air pollution caused by dioxin.
