Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a frame t-frame, which is a segmented frame device that can be used to accommodate a locomotive compartment and a suspension locomotive engine. [Prior Art] Referring to Figure 1, a conventional locomotive frame i is used for carrying a locomotive compartment 2 and includes a front frame 70 11 , a front frame unit A 12 , and a rear end frame unit 12 A crossbar 13 traversing the rear frame unit 12. The front frame unit has a front frame body m and two front end rods 112 extending rearward from the left and right sides of the riser body 111. Each of the front side rods 112 has a locomotive engine for hanging (Fig. The sling portion 7012 of the sling portion (not shown) has two rear rods m respectively connected to the ends of the two front rods 112. The cross rods 13 are horizontally disposed on the two rear rods 121 and located at the two Behind the suspension portion 113. The bottom surface of the locomotive compartment 2 is formed with a recessed groove 21 for positioning the crossbar 13 to its towel, whereby the locomotive compartment 2 can be stably placed on the locomotive frame. Referring to FIG. 2, the front frame unit u has a front end rod 112 having two through holes 114' adjacent to the end and a positioning hole 115 between the two through holes 114. The rear frame unit 12 has a rear rod 121 having - a rod body 1 ^ 1 _ 2 ' connecting the crossbar 13 and a post 123 extending from the rod body 122 toward the front rod 112 for emptying the baby, and the teeth are placed in the positioning hole 115, The rod body 122 has two through holes 5 respectively corresponding to the two through holes 114 of the front rod 112. When the front and rear frame units u and 12 are to be combined with each other, they must first be supported by a clamp or a human force, and then The protrusions 123 of each rear rod 121 are placed in the positioning holes 115 of the corresponding front rods 112 to ensure that the front and rear rods 1=, (2) do not produce relative (four), and then the two screw inspections 14 are respectively used. The two through holes 114 of the front rod 112 are worn by the two through holes 124 of the rear rod (2) and the ends thereof protrude from the through holes 124, and the ends of the bolts 14 are locked with the two nuts 15 This allows the front, binary 11, 12 to be locked to each other. ' However, the conventional locomotive frame has the following shortcomings in assembly and actual use: (1) It is inconvenient to assemble the front and rear frame units u and 12, reducing work efficiency: - 丨山丨'颂砹The manners are respectively inserted through the corresponding perforations 114 and the through holes 124, and the front and rear frame units u and 12 have a certain height. When the locking is fixed, the operator must be located before the The higher positions of the rear frame units 11, 12 can lock the two bolts 14 from top to bottom. Therefore, assembling the front and rear frame units „, 12 is inconvenient and reduces work efficiency. (2) The front The frame unit 11 is large in size and difficult to cast: since each of the front section rods 112 is a portion behind the suspension portion 113, and the corresponding rear section rod 121 is smashed, the length of each front section rod H2 is inevitably larger. Long, resulting in the previous year = η volume is larger 'not easy to share the same prayer with the rear frame unit 12 200819343 machine' to increase the cost of manufacturing equipment. (3) The strength of each of the front section 112 and the rear section 121 is reduced: Each front section pole 112 and rear section The contact surface of 121 is relatively smooth, and a plurality of perforations 114 and through holes 124 are drilled in the contact surface, resulting in a decrease in the strength of each of the front section 112 and the rear section 121. The valley is ruptured at the perforations 114 and the through holes 124. (4) The front and rear frame units η, 12' must be supported by the clamp or manpower for assembly: The front and rear frame units 11 and 12 have considerable weight and must be supported by fixtures or manpower before they can be supported. The assembly is difficult, the assembly is difficult, and the overall assembly efficiency is reduced. (5) The internal space of the locomotive compartment 2 is inefficiently used: since the crossbar 13 is traversed in the recessed groove at the bottom of the locomotive compartment 2, the locomotive is caused. The internal space of the compartment 2 is divided into two sections, so that the internal space of the locomotive compartment 2 is greatly restricted and inconvenient, and the space utilization efficiency is reduced. Therefore, how to overcome the conventional locomotive frame i is assembled and actualized. The above-mentioned shortcomings have become an attempt by the relevant industry to study. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a locomotive of a locomotive. The assembly is convenient and can effectively improve the efficiency of the maintenance. The knife-type vehicle then has the segmented frame device of the locomotive of the present invention, including a frame, a frame at the rear end of the front frame, and a slave car. a combination unit for combining the former 200819343 and the rear frame with each other. In addition, in order to reduce the overall weight of the front and rear frame 3 32, the present invention forms a «-, two lateral grooves 317, 337 on the outer side of each of the outer rod 312 and the inner rod milk. And forming the volume of the first and second concave λ frames 31, 32 on the center thereof, thereby achieving the purpose of: widening and reducing _, thereby achieving weight reduction, but at the same time avoiding excessive weight and reducing structural strength In the present invention, the reinforcing ribs 335 are disposed around the coupling holes 331 of each of the inner rods 322, thereby strengthening the strength of the structure, and avoiding the occurrence of cracking at each of the coupling holes 331 when the rear frames 31 and 32 are combined. Reduce structural stability. Referring to Fig. 4:6, in addition, the suspension portion 113 of the conventional locomotive frame i has a relatively long distance from the end of the segment 112, and the side of the moon is 312. The suspension hole 316 is between the two adjacent bead holes 3U at the last end, that is, the distance between the suspension hole 316 and the end of the outer rod 312. When the length is shortened, the length and the occupied volume of the front frame 31 are shortened. The front frame 31 can be scraped, and the μ & 1 t is easy to share the same casting tool with the smaller rear frame 32, thereby reducing the manufacturing equipment cost. 5, Fig. 4 7, the inventive machine; the segmented frame device 3 of the vehicle can be used to suspend the locomotive engine 4 and the carrying-storage box 51, the locomotive engine 4 has - connected to the segmented frame a support f Μ on f 3 and a carburetor 42 ′ located at the top of the engine 4 and using the two ends of the support arm 41 respectively to extend through the opening 330 of the inner side 322 and fixed to the corresponding outer side The suspension hole 316 of the rod 312 is hung between the two inner rod milks. Since the bridge portion 352 of the cup 35 extends from the two extension portions 351 to the height 12 200819343 and then is connected thereto, the cross bar 35 is formed with a carburetor 42 for the locomotive engine 4 The top space 353 is accommodated to improve the efficiency of the overall space form, and the overall rear frame 32 can provide higher strength and rigidity by the design of the crossbar. As for the cross bar 35 and the inner side bars 322, the rear frame body 321 cooperates with each other to define a housing space % for the storage box 51 to be placed therein, and the two extension portions 351 of the cross bar 35 have a plurality of The locking hole 354 is configured to be locked in the corresponding locking hole 354 after the plurality of locking screws 52 are inserted through the storage box 51, thereby positioning the storage box 51 in the accommodating space 36. Since the two extending portions 351 of the cross bar 35 are located in front of the openings 336 of the two inner rods 322, and the inner side faces of the two inner rods 322 face each other and extend forward, the crossbar of the conventional locomotive frame 1 is viewed. 13 is located in the rear of the two-hearted crane # 113 and directly straddles the recessed groove 21 at the bottom of the locomotive compartment 2, resulting in the interior space of the locomotive compartment 2 being divided into two sections, in contrast, the present invention The crossbar 35 firstly extends the two extension portions 3 由 from the inner side surface of the two inner side rods 322 and then extends upward to form the bridge portion 352. Therefore, the two extension portions 351 can not only flexibly occupy the locomotive engine 4 In the space above, the heart compartment 51 can be kept intact at the center of the bottom, ensuring that there is no separation state inside the compartment 51, and the space utilization efficiency inside the compartment 51 is improved. With the above design, the segmented frame device 3 of the locomotive of the present invention has the following advantages in practical assembly and use: (1) Improve assembly work efficiency: 13 200819343 Hunting from the inside of the rear frame 32 The rod 322 is located between the two outer rods 312 of the front frame 31, and is conveniently located from the left and right sides of the front frame 31 when the operator is at the same height as the front and rear frames 31, 32. And respectively engaging the joint member 341 in the outward-inward direction through the mutually corresponding shell holes 314 and the joint holes 33 i, so that the front and rear frames 31 and 32 are combined with each other' It is more convenient' to effectively improve work efficiency. (2) Reducing the volume of the front frame 31: The hanging hole 316 of each of the outer bars 312 of the present invention is between the two adjacent through holes 3U at the last end, that is, the hanging holes 316 and the outer bars 312. The distance between the ends is quite small. In contrast, the distance between the suspension portion 113 of the conventional locomotive frame 1 and the end of the front segment rod 112 is relatively large, so that the present invention can effectively shorten the length and the occupied volume of the front frame 31. It is easy to share the same implement with the smaller rear frame 32, reducing the cost of manufacturing equipment. (3) Weight reduction and strength improvement: The first and second lateral grooves 317, 337, and the top surface of each of the outer rod 312 and the inner rod 322 are respectively formed on the outer surface of the outer rod 312 and the inner rod 322. The first and second grooves 315, 334' reduce the volume of the front and rear frames 31, 32 to achieve the purpose of reducing weight, and the reinforcing ribs are disposed around the coupling holes 331 of each of the inner rods 322. 335, in order to strengthen the structural strength. θ 14 200819343 (4) The rear frame 32 has a self-positioning function and is not required to be supported by the use of a missing or human force during assembly: the rear frame 32 is in contact with the front frame 31 by the ribs 333 The top surface of the outer rod 312 is designed as a movable supporting lever, and the rear frame body 321 is inclined downward due to the heavy weight. At this time, the lug portion 323 at the front end of the inner rod 322 is relatively inclined upward. The bottom edge of the clamping block 313 of the front frame 31 is pushed. However, since the front frame 31 has a large volume and weight, the positioning block 313 is not pushed and moved by the lug portion 323. Therefore, the rear portion The frame 32 is self-aligned to the rear end of the front frame 31 in a state of being balanced, and is not required to be supported by a jig or a human. (5) The space inside the storage box 51 is preferably more efficient: the cross member 35 extends the extension portion 351 forward and then extends upward to form the bridge portion 352, so the storage box 51 is at the center of the bottom portion. The structure can be kept intact, and only a structural design for accommodating the bridging portion 352 is formed at the bottom edge of the bottom portion, thereby ensuring that the compartment 51 (4) does not generate a separation, and the space utilization efficiency inside the storage box 51 is improved. . In summary, the segmented frame device 3 of the locomotive of the present invention has the advantages of improving the working efficiency of the new installation, reducing the volume of the front frame frame, reducing the weight of the front frame, and eliminating the need for assembly of the rear frame 32 in actual assembly and use. It is possible to achieve the object of the present invention by using the advantages of the use of the coolness or the manpower, the space utilization efficiency inside the storage box 51, and the like. The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, that is, the simple equivalent change of the patent application scope and the description of the invention is Modifications are still within the scope of the invention.
