Abstract

A bandgap reference circuit is disclosed, in which an operational amplifier comprises an output terminal and first and second input terminals, first and second transistors are coupled to the operational amplifier and a first resistor is coupled to between the output terminal of the operational amplifier and the first resistor. A first resistor ladder is coupled between the output terminal of the operational amplifier and the second transistor and comprises a plurality of second resistors connected in series and a plurality of switches each having a frost terminal coupled to a high-impendence path.
