Abstract

An active devices array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of active devices, a plurality of the first lead lines, a plurality of the second lead lines and a first floating shielding layer is provided. The substrate haves a display area and a peripheral area and the active devices arrange with an array in the peripheral area of the substrate. Besides, the first lead lines and the second lead lines are disposed in the peripheral area of the substrate. As the mentioned above, the first floating shielding layer is disposed between the two first lead lines and covers the part of the first lead lines. Furthermore, the floating shielding layer doesn't connect the power supply completely. Therefore, the active device array substrate can avoid from the light leakage between the first lead lines and the power consumption of the active device array substrate is reduced.
