Abstract

This invention provides an integrated substrate of LCD panel for creating three-dimensional image and its manufacturing method. The integrated substrate has a transparent substrate, plural thin film transistors (TFT) array are formed on the substrate, plural opaque black pixels distributed in predetermined array corresponding to the TFT array, and plural pixels that are distributed in predetermined array and are capable of forming red light, green light and blue light respectively when light rays passing through. Especially, the parallax barrier is formed on the other side of the substrate, and emits light rays. At the same time, it passes through the barrier into the right eye and the left eye of the viewer respectively. The light ray received by the right eye and left eye of the viewer, it then forms binocular parallax. Eventually, it achieves the effect of creating a three-dimensional image for the viewer.
