A piece of paper with anti-counterfeit pattern has first and the second paper sheets, and each paper sheet has at least a laminated surface. The manufacturing method comprises: step 1: printing an anti-counterfeit pattern on at least the laminated surface of the first paper sheet; step 2: applying glue on the whole laminated surfaces of the first and second paper sheets; step 3: laminating the opposite laminated surfaces of the first and second paper sheets together; and step 4: pressing the laminated first and second paper sheets to form a piece of formed paper. By the above-mentioned steps, the anti-counterfeit pattern is concealed in the laminated layer of the formed paper. The anti-counterfeit pattern can be observed by simply positioning the formed paper toward a light source. This is the most economical and fast mass-production manufacturing method.
