Abstract

Disclosed is a photo-induced-heating-type desoldering machine, which includes a power supplier and a circuit board in a case having a top opening, the front outer surface of the case being joined with plural pushbuttons and at least one display device; a top lid covering the opening of the case, wherein the case is provided at a mid-section thereof with plural fanners for exhausting airflow upwards; a heating hood bottom having a central indent and supported over the top lid by means of plural copper supports, thereby forming a connection with a gap therebetween, the heating hood being provided at the indent portion with at least one heating tube straddling thereover, the heating tube being covered with a heat collecting board thereover, the heating hood being provided at a bottom of the indent portion with one ventilating hole corresponding to part of a fan provided to the top lid for guiding the airflow and reducing temperature in the indent portion, while other fans on the top lip guiding the upwards airflow to flow through the bottom of the heating hood to isolate heat energy of the heating tube from being ducting downwards to the top lid; and a circuit board positioning mechanism provided above a side of the heating hood on the top lid, the mechanism being two coupling rods in parallel arrangement and capable of relative sliding movement, and engaged thereto with plural slidable positioning elements, where the positioning elements serve to clamp circuit boards of different lengths, widths and dimensions, and to mount the circuit board over the heat collecting board whereby heat energy of the heating tube can be collected and maintained by the heat collecting board for heating the circuit boards.
