A communication system and related method are disclosed. In the communication system, a frequency synthesizer can synthesize a tuning signal according to a frequency-divide data and a reference signal of constant frequency, so a transmitting signal is modulated by the tuning signal. When an amplification circuit of the communication system amplifies the transmitting signal, an equivalent impedance of an LC-tank load circuit of the amplification circuit is adjusted according to the frequency-divide data, such that a pass-band of the equivalent impedance is shifted in frequency domain to fit a frequency range of the transmitting signal. In this way, the invention can dynamically adjust equivalent impedance of the LC-tank to cover tuning requirements of different frequency ranges spread in a wide frequency range.
