Abstract

The present invention provides a protein chip for detecting herpes virus infection that comprises a substrate having a surface and at least one probe bonded to the surface of the surface of the substrate and screened from herpes virus antigens. Besides, the present invention also provides a method for detecting herpes virus infection that comprises: allowing a tissue sample to contact with the protein chip of the present invention; allowing a secondary antibody to contact with the protein chip; and finally detecting and analyzing the reactions of the protein chip so as to determine if the tissue sample is infected by a herpes virus.
