Abstract
A treatment method of drainage containing organic matter is provided for preventing the decrease of flux and biofouling due to the absorption of organic matter on the membrane in RO membrane separation device while treating and recycling the drainage containing organic matter by RO membrane separation device, and reducing the TOC value containing COD of RO condensed water effectively to prevent the bad influence on drain treatment of RO condensed water. The method includes: a scale inhibitor is added into drainage containing organic matter and a base agent is added therein to adjust pH to no less than 9.5, and then the drainage is introduced to pass through the RO membrane separation device 2. The RO condensed water is treated in ozone reaction tower 4. The pH of RO supplying water is adjusted to no less than 9.5 to prevent the biofouling in RO membrane separation device and to prevent the decrease of flux and due to the absorption of nonion surfactant on the membrane. The scale inhibitor is added to suppress the membrane block due to the scale of calcium carbonate in high pH condition. The TOC value containing COD in RO condensed water is oxidized and degraded by ozone.
