Abstract

A method and apparatus for treating potable, process or wastewater so as to reduce and/or control the pH of the water. In particular this is accomplished via a method and apparatus for injecting and mixing carbon dioxide gas into waters having a high pH level, thereby reducing the pH of said waters.
