Abstract

The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of wound dressing using nano-fiber, comprising steps of: preparing solution; proceeding process of electro-spinning, which is to place an acidic solvent into a sample bottle, to dissolve collagen, chitosan and polyethylene oxide into acidic solvent according to the ration, to wait until the solute to be dissolved completely, to store at room temperature, to set up an electro-spinning device and to utilize the prepared solution to make film of nano-fiber by means of the electro-spinning device, so that the film of nano-fiber contains more than thousand times of surface area rather than the traditional nano-fiber of wound dressing, facilitating cells to receive message of bio-molecule in the dressing quickly and further stimulating fibroblast to enter into dermis soon and to secret a large amount of extracellular matrix (ECM).
