Abstract
A method for manufacturing steel floor of clean room is disclosed. The plurality of protruding pins and inserting notches is molded from the plurality of vertical/horizontal frame strips. The frame structure is formed by inserting and connecting the inserting notches of the vertical/horizontal frame strips with each other. The frame structure bearing the heavy lumps is delivered to the one-time thermal furnace to eliminate the stress, and seams of the frame having the calibrated deformation, which is completed with the one-time thermal treatment, are coated with solder. The frame having solder then bears the heavy lumps again and passes through a continuous furnace for simultaneous welding. Lastly, the protruding pins are tenon-jointed to the tenon grooves of a cover plate, and are ground. Accordingly, the steel material is treated with the consistent process by combining brazing and thermal treatment technique. The change of temperature is employed to allow the material to completely develop its characteristics during simultaneous welding so that the structure is stronger, light weight, and enhances the bearing capability and reduces the deformation.
