Abstract

Provided are a releasing sheet for processing repeatedly used in production processes for artificial leathers and marking films which have high gloss and are excellent in fineness and a production process for the same. The above releasing sheet is a releasing sheet for processing having a releasing layer comprising a thermoplastic resin which is formed on at least one surface of a support by extrusion coating, wherein the support has a smoothness ("Ohken-style" smoothness based on JAPAN TAPPI paper pulp test method) of 100 seconds or more on both surfaces thereof, and the releasing layer has a glossiness (75 degree specular glossiness based on JIS Z8741)of 80% or more, and the above production process is a production process of a releasing sheet for processing having a releasing layer comprising a thermoplastic resin which is formed on at least one surface of a support by extrusion coating, wherein a releasing film having a maximum surface roughness Rt(based on JIS B0601) of 0.250 μm or less is brought into tight contact with a surface of the releasing layer formed on the support in the extrusion coating, and the releasing film is cooled by means of a cooling roll while staying in a tight contact state.
