Abstract

A double current phase-shift full-bridge zero-voltage switching converter is disclosed. The characteristics of this invention is by adding two sets of power-storage inductors in the secondary side circuit of the double current converter, the loss from the peak current of the first and second side windings of the transformer is reduced. Two extra rectifying diodes are added to provide the additional energy-releasing path of the power-storage inductor and disperse the load current to flow together into the original diodes, which solves the problem of the current stress on the diodes. Hence, it can effectively increase the power density and improve the transfer efficiency of the converter.
