Abstract

A solar cell with transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate is disclosed, it is an oxidation laminate design with low refractive index, high transmittivity, high conductivity, and high chemical stability. In application, the transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate is generated on a silicon solar cell substrate. The refractive index can be adjusted through the composition and generation method of the transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate, such that the refractive index of the transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate is smaller than the refractive index of the silicon solar cell substrate in the base layer to match the optical interference principle to achieve anti-reflection, reducing the reflection loss of incident light to increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency. Furthermore, the transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate has high transmittivity, high conductivity, and high chemical stability for respectively achieving full-irradiation-surface light-collection area, impedance loss reduction, and increased climate tolerance. The transparent conducting anti-reflection laminate of the present invention is a single laminate design, capable of simplifying the complex solar cell process in the prior art like the reflection laminate deposition, metal electrodecoating, organic solvent burning, and metallization.
