Abstract

A positioning device includes a fixing component including an arc slot with a first end, a positioning plate connected to the fixing component in a rotatable manner relative to the fixing component, and a first adjusting component positioned on the positioning plate in a slidable manner inside the arc slot. The first adjusting component includes a first-radius section and a second-radius section. A cross-sectional area of the first-radius section is larger than a cross-sectional area of the second-radius section. The first adjusting component can be positioned in a first location or a second location selectively. When the first adjusting component is positioned in the first location, the first-radius section is against the first end. When the first adjusting component is positioned in the second location, the second-radius section is against the first end.
