Abstract
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of super absorbent resin, which includes: (a) proceeding the free-radical polymerization of acid group-containing monomer solution which has the neutralization ratio of 50 mole% and also adds the high hydrophilic multi-component epoxy compounds having long-chain. Wherein, the acid group-containing monomers can be selected from the group of acrylic acid, (methyl)acrylic acid, 2-acrylamido-2-methy-propane sulfonic acid, their mixture, the monomer solution containing water-soluble polymers; (b) drying by hot air at the temperature of 100 DEG C to 180 DEG C, then grinding and filtering them. (c) coating the crosslinking agent on the surface by using the mixer. The substrate of mixed chamber inside the mixer is composed of the soft or elastic substrate, which has the thermal distortion of not less than 100 DEG C. Furthermore, more than one set of shaker or punching machine or roller are disposed at the outside of mix-typed chamber, which can shake or roll the outside of chamber to decrease the absorption of super-absorbent resin to the chamber; (d) heating at the temperature of 90 DEG C to 230 DEG C and proceeding the surface-treatment.
