Abstract
The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for continuously preparing polycarbonate oligomer at good productivity and a low price by easy equipment. This invention relates a method for continuously preparing polycarbonate oligomer by reacting alkali aqueous solution (ii) of divalent phenol compound and phosgene gas (iii) in the presence of organic solvent(1), the said method comprises: (1) a step for obtaining phosgene gas(iii) containing 1~30 vol.% of carbon monoxide, via reacting chlorine and carbon monoxide by the mole ratio of 1.01~1.3 based on 1 mole chlorine, (2) a step for obtaining initial product as vapor-liquid mixing phase, via continuously reacting organic solvent(i), alkali aqueous solution (ii) of divalent phenol compound and resulted phosgene gas (iii), (3) a step for cooling the said initial product to 2~25 DEG C, and (4) a step for obtaining the resulted solution containing polycarbonate oligomer, via vapor-liquid separating the said initial product.
