Abstract
A shock buffering fastener is provided, which is easy to assemble and once assembled, cannot be disassembled easily, secures a predetermined shock buffering power stably, and is capable of obtaining a shock buffering power corresponding to an application, the shock buffering fastener allowing its shock buffering power to be changed arbitrarily despite the same dimensions and same shape and ensuring high productivity. The shock buffering fastener includes: a synthetic-resin-made socket (110) having a cylindrical main body (111) extending from a belt mounting portion (112); and a synthetic-resin-made plug (120) having a frame-like main body (121) wilich can be fitted into the socket (110), extending from a belt mounting portion (122), a synthetic-resin-made spring supporting member (130) being fitted slidably along inner faces of right and left frame bodies (121a, 121b) of the frame-like main body (121). At this time, a spring (140) is interposed and supported independently between an inner face of a frame body (121c) of the plug (120) on an opposite side to the belt mounting portion and the spring supporting member (130). Engaging pawls (135 to 137) provided. on the spring supporting member (130) are engaged with one or more engaging pawl fitting holes (114 to 116) formed in opposing wall portions in a thickness direction of an open side end portion of the socket (110), so that the plug is integrated with the socket (110).
