Abstract

This invention is to provide a paste coating apparatus which has a plurality of coating heads on a frame, wherein the positional deviation of a nozzle can be easily corrected with exchanging of a nozzle receiving cylinder containing a nozzle, especially which discharges a paste, of the coating head. The paste coating apparatus loads a substrate on a table so as to face a paste discharging opening of a plurality of nozzles, makes the relative positional relationship of the nozzle and the substrate change while making the paste received in a paste receiving cylinder to be discharged from the discharging opening onto the substrate, and image-forms a paste pattern of the desired shape on the substrate, wherein each nozzle is provided in the X direction on the one frame and has a means for adjusting the space of the X direction between each nozzle, a means for adjusting the relative position of the Y direction between each nozzle, and a means for adjusting the relative position of the Z direction between each nozzle.
