Abstract
The present invention relates to a synchronized motion control system for dual parallel linear motors, which generally employs a mixed serial-parallel synchronized motion control to realize synchronized motion control for dual parallel linear motors for vertical axis (Z-axis) motion mechanism or system. Furthermore, in consideration of the influence of the gravitational acceleration in a high acceleration motion, an active penumatic compensation system is provided, which together with the mixed serial-parallel synchronized motion control architecture provided by the present invention, effectively enhance the synchronized motion control performance of vertical-axis dual parallel linear motors and achieve positioning with high speed and accuracy.
