Abstract
A method for forming dynamic grooves formed on a bearing is carried out by using a processing tool having a protruding pattern on its exterior wall. The protruding pattern is the profile of the dynamic grooves. The bearing has an axial hole penetrating therethrough. The method includes the steps of positioning the processing tool into the axial hole of the bearing; pressing and printing the protruding pattern of the processing tool onto the interior wall of the bearing; rotating the processing tool at a first rotation speed and driving the bearing to rotate at a second rotation speed; and forming dynamic grooves on the interior wall of the bearing.
