Abstract

In the invention, plural automatic vehicle car computers collaborated with a control center to form a mobile network. By using the exclusive vehicle chip card of each vehicle to have connection and identity verification with the control center, the control center provides the latest electronic map and the instant road condition for the vehicle. In addition, as the control center has the connection with plural vehicles, the control center is capable of collecting different road conditions reported by plural vehicles where they are located and providing the road conditions for the other vehicles on different roads. Thus, the control center can construct an interactive system framework with plural vehicles for real time reporting road condition.
