Abstract
A master/slave controller using asynchronous serial transmission includes a master controller and at least a slave controller, wherein the master controller connects to an electronic device and the slave controller connects to an electronic equipment. A serial bus is used to link these two controllers by an asynchronous transmission way so as to transmit serial signals between these two controllers. Therefore, the master controller obtains the parallel output signals from the electronic device and transforms them to serial signals, and then transmits the serial signals to the slave controller via the serial bus. Further, the slave controller transforms the serial signals to parallel output signals and transmit the same to the electronic equipment, so as to achieve equivalent connection between the electronic device and electronic equipment, and correctly and rapidly transmit the parallel signals with low cost.
