Abstract

The present invention provides a sorter and formation apparatus for melted metal powders that includes a nozzle for controlling the impact between the high speed gas and the melted metal fluid to form the first nebulization and to produce the mixed spray flow doped with large and small spray particles and a substrate disposed to the lower portion of the nozzle. The substrate is toward a side of the nozzle to form a support surface. Accordingly, when the larger spray particles impacts the support surface of the substrate, the actions of impact, shatter and sputtering toward the outside are produced to form the second nebulization, thereby producing the finest metal powders with different particle sizes through the sorter. The larger spray particles are sprayed over the surface of the substrate to form the metal block. The nebuliztion efficiency for metal powders can be improved, and products with different characteristics can be produced simultaneously, and the production efficiency can be enhanced.
